One reason is enough: he is a cheater. His main advantage is that he took extreme risks when manipulating weight. In addition, he is a one-sided fighter - try to remember his epic victories in the stand? Or just any epic wins? All his fights are exhausting the opponent on the ground due to the weight advantage (well, yes Khabib is a good wrestler).
Honestly, I don't know why you have so much hatred towards Khabib. It really feels like he used to bully you back in your younger years or something like that.

Wow buddy, I hope you can someday explain why Khabib (and that other cheater I mentioned) always looks bigger than his opponents other than my hate (lol what). I thought you were aware of the cycles of shrinkage - weight gain before the fight, which absolutely all athletes do, but only a few literally take a mortal risk in order to "play" with big numbers and sit in a weight category that they have long outgrown.

Yes, I know about that and it's not that we were born yesterday to be shocked about it. I mean we can literally see the difference of their body sizes but it's becoming normal nowadays although some fighters are cheating in a different way.

Correct me if I'm wrong here because I noticed that most boxers or fighters after their weigh-in schedule are continuously eating afterwards that specific event to at least regain their weight after they shrunk their weights just to be in the specified weight needed.

~snip~
Almost lost my voice in the last minutes of the game. Durant didn't see a big window for a higher chance to score. Goran Dragic. He was free near the basket with some spare time. He could release it very quickly after the pass. Bucks knew their play, he should've used that to become a decoy.
Dragic was actually expecting it if ever KD will pass.

That's the role most of the superstars that fans expect and loves to see and that's almost automatic down the stretch. It's always expected that the recipient to finish the game would always be the superstar.
I bet If that was LeBron, he could've seen him wide open for the three and pass it to him for sure. But then again, the narrative would be different when it comes to LeBron passing the ball during the dying seconds of the game.
Well, we knew KD is always gonna be the finisher and most likely not to pass when the game is on the line.
That's what KD is built for, he would always take the last shot, unlike Lebron who is afraid of taking the last shot. I didn't see this game but judging by the scorecards, I'm sure it was an exciting game and therefore I would not miss the highlights.

Durant had those 2 chances that could've end the game in their favor but sadly, Durant's shots didn't go through as their tighten up their defensive because the Bucks really knew that only Durant would take that last shot and he's supposed to finish the game with a bang.

KD is built to take those last shots under pressure and he is best at it, while LeBron is also built to do the same thing but sometimes he put too much trust on his team mates even if he could take those shots and that's why they lose.
2703  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [BOXING]: INOUE vs DONAIRE 2 - June 7 on: April 01, 2022, 06:16:53 PM
Another of one of the most anticipated fight was revealed and fortunately it will happen this year as it's already official that Naoya Inoue and Nonito Donaire will have a rematch this coming June 7, three world titles will be on the line in this said rematch.

We can quite remember that Naoya Inoue have teased the whole boxing industry that he will come back and set foot in the ring this coming June and we know that is Nonito Donaire of the Philippines, although we cannot still confirm it in the previous months but now it's already settled and we know who it is.

Quote
Inoue (22-0, 19 KO) will be defending the WBA and IBF bantamweight titles, and Donaire (42-6, 28 KO) the WBC belt, meaning the fight will be for three of the four recognized championships at 118 lbs. John Riel Casimero has the WBO title, and will defend against mandatory challenger Paul Butler on April 22 in the United Kingdom.

Inoue won a decision over Donaire in a brutal, instant classic bout in Nov. 2019 when the two met the first time in the final of the World Boxing Super Series tournament.

Quote
Scheduled for June 7th at Saitama Super Arena in Saitama, Japan, Inoue's WBA and IBF bantamweight titles, and Donaire's WBC belt will be up for grabs in this unification fight.

Donaire does not stand a chance. Again.

Inoue is definitely my favorite here. I really haven't seen Donaire recover from the last humiliation. Maybe he should spend more time training and less time promoting his NFT's on instagram  ("FilipinoFlash" - no sales history even, lol.) he would be an opponent who Inoue finds actually intimidating.

My money is on the only smart choice here, obviously Naoya Inoue is going to embarress poor little Donaire, once again.

Call me an Naoya Inoue fan, I don't mind.

Inoue is one of the best young boxers in the world and with 11 years age difference from Nonito Donaire I think Inoue is superior, and another reason he is a great and talented boxer and also unbeaten during his fights.
I am not a fan of Inoue but if I look at his tracks and it will be a very interesting fight because Inoue is a fighter to watch out for and this rematch could turn a points win into a knockout win for Inoue.

Same here, an 11 years old difference would really create a huge gap between Donaire and Inoue but this time it won't be about who has the more experience because Inoue also have those, a 22-0 record and 19 of those bouts are made by a knockout with a KO rate of almost 90% compared to the latter who have those experience but he is already quite old enough.

Nonetheless, I still call this fight as an interesting one and I would really watch this soon to see how would Donaire react in the ring against an 11 years younger than him.

Just sharing you my OT win here with a good odds at 9.75  here, I guess I was just lucky.

Suns vs Memphis - this could be another great game for us bettors. And I will go with the Suns, they are complete and healthy, -6.5.

After I saw the line-up predictions for the Phoenix Suns at Memphis Grizzlies game tomorrow, all I can say that this is indeed a good bet you have. I'll follow you at that bet @Baofeng, Suns -7.5
Quote
Suns and Grizzlies key injuries:

SUNS
F Cameron Johnson (quad) probable
F Frank Kaminsky (knee) out
C JaVale McGee (non-COVID illness) probable
F Dario Saric (knee) out

GRIZZLIES
C Steve Adams (calf) doubtful
F Desmond Bane (ankle) doubtful
F Jaren Jackson Jr. (thigh) doubtful
G Tyus Jones (hand) doubtful

The Suns will definitely gather their strengths now to defeat the Grizzlies because they are looking to set a new record on their franchise in regular games.
2705  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Casimero vs Butler ordered by WBO on: April 01, 2022, 05:15:01 PM

As for me, I wouldn't put weight on that information, I still believe that this fight will go based on the schedule.
there still no updated information about these fights after casimero being transported on an ambulance and admitted to a hospital on the same day as the weigh-ins.
And base on his youtube channel he still on ill but it was 4 months ago when i saw that, so i hope he's ok now and this fight will be reschedule again within this yesr..

I think he's fine now as he is back on his training and I believe this time Casimero vs Butler will happen. For sure he will not miss the chance to have good fight this year since he need to prove something to get more bigger fights as he want to fight Inoue, for sure many fans are waiting so if you guys want to follow or get some updates about him visit is youtube channel since he is actively posting his shits there.

He is okay now, in fact he is now training in preparation for his fight with Paul Butler. There are already a lot happened after Casimero resumed his training like he was now being watched closely by Jeaneth Aro, a famous nutritionist who was also working behind the scenes with the likes of Magsayo and Hidilyn Diaz.
This time around, this fight will happen as scheduled in Liverpool, UK. I think both fighters are now ready and are just waiting for their fight schedules.
2706  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: April 01, 2022, 04:40:18 PM
The promoters might give GGG his trilogy against Canelo only if he gets the victory versus Murata dominantly and convincingly.
If that's the case then I would already expect a GGG vs Canelo Trilogy as there's no way GGG would lose to Murata. Sorry Murata Fans, I just don't see your fighter powerful enough to beat GGG, he maybe older but the power is still there and I'm afraid that we might see a KO win by GGG.

That's what everyone is expecting, GGG winning against the Japanese by a KO or at least a good decision win, by dominant fashion.

So the trilogy is in the hands of GGG, I agree that he will have to win convincingly in order to secure a third fight, otherwise if he losses, Canelo might not be interested because it could be just a one sided win for him and maybe his critics will say that he just beat a old GGG in the third fight.

Aside that it is what everyone is expecting, GGG also really needed to win via KO or a UD with great gap in scores against Ryota Murata so that a trilogy would be compelling to see and Canelo would be threatened or at least make it as a challenge rather than just winning by a UD with a small gap of scores.

We know that's a burden to hold in GGG's part but he really needed to win this fight so that his calling for a trilogy in the past few years would not be in vain, especially now that the trilogy is now in his hands and the last thing he needed is to take a huge move forward.
2707  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Errol Spence Jr vs. Yordenis Ugas 3-Belt Welterweight Unification Match on: April 01, 2022, 04:02:42 PM
I doubt it, his trainer knows better, every fighter is different, there is no one size fits all strategy. Besides, Manny is already old had cramps that's why his game plan is also different.
The strategy in the match will always be different even though the trainer will apply the same strategy as an opportunity to win, in fact it is more accurate when matches such as the Ugas vs Manny fight take advantage of the age factor to continue to attack rather than defend, but fighting with Spence must be prepared with the right strategy because Spence younger than him.

A taller boxer, with decent speed and power, so it will be obvious that Ugas will have to adjust to Spence in this fight and not used the same strategy. Nevertheless, he will still rely on what he knows best, which is to be a defensive fighter and uses his jab in order to try and see how Spence will react and then as the fight goes on, adjust. Whether to stay defensive or be the aggressor.

Ugas have no choice here but to adjust if he still wants to outsmart Spence because we know that the latter's style is on offensive as he have the advantage that he needed and we can say that he will be the aggressor. On the other hand, Ugas may not be as aggressive as his opponent Spence but he will likely to find that perfect spot before he starts to extend his punches and that is while he is in his defensive tactics which is his best style. Nevertheless, this fight will be an interesting as these two boxers are both tough in the ring with different styles, and to sum it up, it's really hard to figure somethings which of them has the more chances on winning the said fight.
2708  Other / Off-topic / Re: Jake Paul vs Conor McGregor on: April 01, 2022, 02:41:25 PM
Of course I can  Grin To me, Khabib is a shitty fighter, a great wrestler and a cheater (weight manipulation). At the same time, he is better than Paul in all respects, there are no questions. But the advantage in weight, in my opinion, is close to critical. These are not heavyweights where Emelianenko destroyed opponents who were much larger than him, this is a weight category where 15 kilograms are of great importance. I can be wrong, but in this case, tell me, in your opinion, if you take any "newbie" against McGregor, then starting from what difference in weight will McGregor have no chance (or will they be equal) 20 kg? 40? ...?
Not sure how you can say hes bad. Khabib was out striking Mcgregor for much of the fight before ultimately taking him down, and choking him out. Khabib also has done well against Justin on the feet. He definitely isn't the one trick pony that a lot of people think he is. Although, I still don't think Paul is on the level of Khabib even on the feet, so Mcgregor probably finds it easy.

The only issue I have is Conor likes to go 100mph in the first round, and that doesn't really work with bigger gloves since opponents can  take more shots without going down. Then you usually find Conor struggles due to him emptying his gas tank way too early.

I have no doubt that if this fight did happen, Jake would evade for the first few rounds, and wait for Conor to tire, which then would likely be a boring fight, with a Jake decision.

He was just seeing Khabib as a cheater that's why he called him as a shitty fighter because of his weight manipulation techniques (I don't know if he's born yesterday or what Cheesy)

Back to the topic, McGregor or you doesn't have to worry if he charges like a freaking cheetah who charges 100 mph because I bet this fight if it would happen in the future will be held in octagon and not in the boxing ring, I also don't think that McGregor would consider fighting Jake Paul in the ring either.

Speaking of a playoff game, how about the Suns vs Warrior.

They will play later, but there's a sudden line movement.
Suns opened up at -6.5, now they are -4.5.. What does it indicate? Are we not going to see CP3 and Booker playing?
For me, if they are out, then I would take the Warriors ML, and I'll probably just do it through live.

It's better to see them playing tomorrow when all of them are healthy or atleast their star players are present and playing on the court with their respective teams but this time, Curry isn't with the Warriors and there's some rumors that the Suns will rest CP3 but he is nowhere to be found on the list who's not playing tomorrow or questionable. For now, I'll go with the Phoenix Suns.

With Paul George making his comeback tonight against the Jazz you have to wonder how they'll be going into the playoffs.  Anybody have any idea when Kawhi Leonard will return?  With them having such a low seed, they could be a real menace to the #3 seed if they get Kawhi back.  You'll be able to watch Paul George's return tonight on TNT, as the Clippers have the second game in a doubleheader tonight.  First up is the Lakers vs the Mavericks, which should be a win for the Mavericks as James is listed as doubtful for the game.  A shame, as I always love watching him match up with Luka Doncic.  They both seem to take it to another level when going head to head.

As expected, Paul George will be the main key to dominate Donovan Mitchell and the rest of the Jazz. He managed to contribute 34 points in his 34 minute time in the court. What more if Kawhi Leonard have also came back again with Paul George and played that game.

Quote
Anybody have any idea when Kawhi Leonard will return?
He is not yet scheduled to return on the court this regular season, but maybe in the playoffs they can manage to survive in the play-in tournament. There was some news that he is ahead of his schedule so that's already a good news for the team.

Quote
Leonard may be able to rejoin the rotation at some point before the playoffs, but it's still unknown if he will actually return with only a few weeks remaining in the season.

^^ Yeah, I have the Nets as well during a live bet specially at the end of the 3rd when they cut a 10 point lead down to 4, and I said that maybe they will have chance, Durant sinks his first 3 and this could carry in the 4th.

But unfortunately, Kyrie wasn't hitting any shots, and as if he tries really hard to bring the team as they close again and the lead was just 4 points. But then Hornets scored successively and it was over for them.

Kyrie was brutal from the field, killed a lot of bets.  9 out of 10 times kyrie doesn't play that bad.  In game bet was a good one and one I made as well, that's gambling though I guess lol.  Another day another chance!

That was very unexpected especially coming from him who has a better shooting percentage but then again, it wasn't their day today and indeed many bettors have lost its bets after going with the Nets.

Well, let's bounce back too. Hope we will win this time and get lucky. GL!

Here is mine:
Denver Nuggets vs Charlotte Hornets +3
Atlanta Hawks -7.0 vs Indiana Pacers
Boston Celtics -2.0 vs Toronto Raptors
2712  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: GGG vs Murata - Reschedule on: March 28, 2022, 05:44:56 PM
It won't be an easy fight for the both of them just as Murata is young and a decent boxer while GGG is more older but he had more experience and IQ in the ring, that will be his advantage for this for this fight. But let's not talk about the age because that's not an issue in this fight because it's just a 4 year gap between the two boxers, so it's not going to be an advantage or disadvantage for the both side. Instead, we will see next month who will be more capable.

Murata's experience is not solid. And he is not young at 36. At that age, a boxer is considered as veteran age and almost close to retirement age. The only advantage of Murata in this fight is, he will fight in front of his home audience in Japan. It will boost his confidence that will trigger his determination to win the fight even the chances are low (green eyes in the anime series, Hajime No Ippo lol).

But on the serious side, GGG shouldn't have any problem fighting with Murata. He is way too weak compared to other boxers that GGG faced since he turned 35. The Canelo-GGG II if I'm not mistaken was done when GGG is 36. See the gap 4 years from now, his strength should still be at 40 years old.

Good point! Murata is no longer on his prime, same with GGG, stamina wise, it's not far between the two.

Like what you just mentioned, the only thing that we can say as advantage is fighting in front of your home crowd, but in
boxing it can be the opponent's advantage.

Being inspired that the crowd is against you will boost more inside of you. That determination to win and prove that
you are much better than the crowd is cheering with.

Exactly, what we have here now is just a pure and mere speculations but the difference is that we are basing it through some facts that have happened in previous years and we cannot deny that GGG have the higher hand in this fight considering his stamina, ring IQ, and especially the experience compared to the younger and inexperienced Murata who only have its strengths and advantage because the fight will happen in his own homeland. We can expect that it will really boost his confidence and determination to give a good fight but the chances will remain the same.
2713  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: March 28, 2022, 05:19:46 PM
Btw he’s averaging 27.7 points with 5.5 assists and 4.5 rebounds. Those are very very solid numbers from a player in his weird situation.

That's his normal stats, that's why he is a superstar, but we are looking for his consistency in the game because they need that consistency in the play-in tournament to advance to the playoffs. Their ranking is not good as well, a supposed to be the number 1 team, now ranked number 9 and has to play the play-in tournament just to qualify the playoffs.

They are ranked number 9 now but they are still the favorite to win the ECF if I'm not mistaken.
Durant and Irving are going to be beast in the playoffs, plus, Simmons would be playing soon, it will only make the Nets a good team, so expect them to win.

Yes, they are one of the most favorite team to win in the ECF few months ago, but their situation have changed a bit now after the trade. Hopefully they can still dominate other teams because from their position now, a play-in tournament is almost inevitable for the team. Also, Simmons? That man still remains a mystery and hopefully he won't be a liability if he play soon.
2714  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Drake became partners of the Stake Casino on: March 28, 2022, 12:23:02 PM
Or maybe it was Drake's plan after all to get the attention of Stake, I mean why would Drake suddenly posts his huge bet slips using stake as a platform on the last Super Bowl in Los Angeles and luckily he won. That surely catches the attention of Stake management and later on we received a news that they're in a partnership now. Whichever it is, yes it is a win-win situation and we will see more famous personalities joining the Stake family soon.

It's obvious that prior to Drake's huge betting, there's already cooking a partnership with Drake. It's intentional while at the same time, Drake will really put a bet on it regardless if there's a partnership or not. That partnership might be in progress and formed for months I believed and not instant.

We don't know the real story behind but there's no need to really know some facts about it. Let the partnership just push through. We just have to wait for some Stake x Drake-related promotions and see if it will be catchy in our eyes.

That's what I'm also thinking because I don't highly believe that their partnership was formed after Drake posted that certain bet slip and have won for over $1 Million, IIRC. The Stake has a really good set of eyes on finding it's celebrity/famous endorser and in this case, Drake is really a good choice as he can really give them that profit and attention they want so that those people will go to them.
2715  Other / Off-topic / Re: Jake Paul vs Conor McGregor on: March 28, 2022, 11:58:53 AM
That's the point, why would McGregor even bother fighting Jake Paul in the ring if he has no expertise on it. He's more famous and he shouldn't even bother himself to consider that fight even if we know that McGregor wouldn't say no to a good clean money. He should fight in the octagon professionally like what he used to do.

He may have fought on the ring once and it was against the undefeated Floyd Mayweather and it was clear that fighting in the ring is not for him.

If the price is right, McGregor might be willing again to take the fighting on the boxing ring. Besides, Jake Paul will have to burn fats to catch the required weight. It's hard to lose around 10lbs within just a few months and have to maintain it until the weigh-in. That's the advantage of McGregor as he's not the one who will adjust.

Reading the article, Jake Paul told Dana White that no more excuse and bring it on. Does it mean Jake Paul will fight on the Octagon? He's on a suicidal move here for the sake of money as even McGregor is now aging, he will be pulverized on the octagon.

Well, if the price is right then I don't doubt that McGregor will gladly accept that deal and fight him. But then again, fighting in the ring won't be suitable for him because in the long run his stamina won't catch up and eventually Jake Paul will have that advantage as we know that he'll just stall that time until McGregor is catching up his breath.

Really? Wow, that's interesting! Fighting McGregor on the octagon? That surely is a suicidal move for the sake of good money, I bet he won't go long because McGregor here will knock him out.
2716  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: March 27, 2022, 07:35:22 PM
It would be much better for Kyrie Irving to stay at Nets. Because Kyrie Irving would start playing in home games at some point. And he is a very important part of this team now. He got some unbelievable performances in this season and I expect him to contribute to the team a lot in the playoffs too. I believe that Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving are making a great duo now. I wouldn't like to see one of them leaving the team because it would lessen their strength a lot.

Well, he should really stay for the Nets for the next few seasons and just as @harizen have said, he already gave the Nets some few unforgettable troubles because of his beliefs and some tantrums that led the Nets to its situation now but the team have nothing to say to him but patience towards him of how he behaved, so it's quite fair if he will stay for some seasons.
2717  Other / Off-topic / Re: Jake Paul vs Conor McGregor on: March 27, 2022, 06:59:09 PM

Same here, this fight won't be happening. Jake Paul would be so lucky if he got himself a fight with the famous McGregor in his own field of expertise. Why not let Jake fight McGregor in octagon, that would be more interesting.

I don't think will agree he has no experience in wrestling, kicking, and submission his boxing skill is not enough to beat any good MMA fighter once Connor gets him on the floor it's over for him, he has zero grappling skill and it's more tiring in octagon than in the boxing ring but I do love to see him fight in the octagon, maybe he'll do that if there's big money than doing exhibition boxing.

That's the point, why would McGregor even bother fighting Jake Paul in the ring if he has no expertise on it. He's more famous and he shouldn't even bother himself to consider that fight even if we know that McGregor wouldn't say no to a good clean money. 2718  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: GGG vs Murata - Reschedule on: March 27, 2022, 06:39:25 PM

That's right! Murata is still a threat on GGG's career even though there's a much more anticipated fight ahead of him which is the trilogy, even so he still needs to face Murata first and defeat him in-order to retain the hype of the fight that he is been calling for years now.

About Murata, I know that he is been really preparing for this fight because these are the fights that he has probably waited for years to have that one fight that will change his career and defeating GGG will be a good stepping stone for his career as it would really give him more opportunities in this industry.

What interests me on this fight is not how Murata will perform or his motivation but how GGG will handle himself going to this fight and the fight day, old age is catching up with him although I have not seen him slowing down on his last fight, every boxer's dilemma is their age and the body's reaction, the mind is still there but the body does not react to what the mind wants, it's not on Murata but if GGG still has it, if he still has it GGG can win this easily.

That's why this is going to be a very competitive fight as Murata is going to test GGG in this fight in every round. It will be obvious if age will catch up on GGG in this fight, he will be slow and then Murata winning the fight to someone thwart the possible trilogy with Canelo. So everything rest on the hands of GGG now, he better perform in this fight and show that he still has it and then set the fight with Canelo.
True. We know how good GGG is, he is a top boxer and known with a heavy hands that can cause damage to his opponent but its not certain if his performance before would still be the same now. If he defeat Murata then he can prove that he still got what it takes to be a top boxer and age is not a hindrance. However, its not going to be an easy fight since Murata is younger and a good boxer also. Lets just see who will dominate the ring.

My early pick here ===

Big game coming, 76ers vs Phoenix Suns. The number 1 in the East vs number 1 in the West.

For 76ERS, no injury report, so I'm taking the handicap which is +4.5.. and a little bit for the Moneyline as well.

Yes mate, had a tough time choosing earlier where to bet as this will be an intense game but sadly I have to go to the opposite direction, Phoenix Suns -5.0 .. Looking at their recent game, CP3 and Booker together with Bridges is quite enough to stop the 76ers win streak. Good luck to us! Grin

Additional bet: Lakers +3 and Nets -7

In the case of Drake, they essentially targeted those who are wealthy or well-known, because drake put a large sum of money on the line, which is why he became more well-known. I agree that Stake is already well-known, but they still need to attract new customers in order to generate more revenue. To this end, most gambling sites are actively recruiting big-name endorsers because they have a large number of fans but i do still agree that some will fail though they do have big names behind their website.

From my point of view, Stake's partnership with Drake is not intentional or he has been targeted. Maybe there's a point that Drake was vocal playing at Stake, the platform got his attention and from there the rest is history. Regardless of where it all started, there shouldn't be an issue.

Of course, getting new users on the site is continuous and never-ending progress. While adding good features, a partnership can be considered and that's what Stake is doing. Adesanya, Drake, etc. I'm sure there will be more personalities that will join the board while Stake is moving forward.

Establishing a partnership does mean that the Stake is getting bigger and stronger.

It could be, or is it that they had some agreement beforehand or some kind of a test to prove that if Drake could become a good asset to them that is why Drake posted his bets out of the blue with the name of Stake involved. Lot of assumptions but we cannot confirm it because suddenly the two have already partnered and indeed it's win-win situation for the both party.
