Yes there's still a demand for bounty campaign managers because as you can see there are so many project owners launch their campaigns here and you will find multiple people handling different campaigns at the moment. Is it difficult to become a bounty manager now and is it worth it to try to become one?
Yes its difficult to be a campaign manager because you are not only counting the output of the people who participates on your campaign you also need to do background checking if the campaign or the project handle is legit and not scam because your reputation will also ruined if the project owner scam people and will not pay their participants so best to check always the project before launching it here. Is it true that only reputable bounty managers get paid in BTC, while others get paid in tokens they are managing for?
Mostly but its all depends on your negotiation and your experience to handle a campaign so make sure you have good experience so that you can also demand good payments to the project owners. Also please do remember that projects who prefer to pay by their tokens to their campaign manager are mostly scam so beware. |

The news of the war though really magnify how crypto is important on both side. Some say with the sanctions, Russia can uses crypto to get around those penalty, will the Ukrainian government is receiving lots of crypto donation. However, with the mounting lost of lives and devastation, it's really hard to fathom what is going to happen in the next coming months. World economies are going to falter, now we have seen the price of oil starting to go up because of the war. It really make people safe from any risk on any sanctions or economic intervention that's why its really important to have crypto on their financial system. For sure Russian and Ukrainian government see its importance and might we can see some great changes after this war ends. We want peace. I believe no one wants war. I agree with you partially but not fully. Because I don't think the world cares about all that wars and aggregation. Only the UN, WHO, And a few more organizations helping needy people in these countries. No specified countries donated a specific amount (Except a few) for those kids who die for food. The world is sad for Ukraine right now and the World keeps restricting Russia from many services. Take International Swift for example. Everyone around the world has their own way of resisting war, because after all war only has a very large negative effect. If an anonymous hacker group tries to attack the official Russian state website, it was an action they could take to show resistance to the Russian government to stop the war. I don't know whether the anonymous hacker group is from a western country or not, but I also support actions that can oppose the war. Although I doubt what the anonymous hacker group is doing can stop the Russian government from taking action. Because the various sanctions imposed on Russia were not strong enough to make Russia stop the war. I myself can not do much to help the victims of the war between Russia and Ukraine. So far, I can only pray that the war can be stopped, so that there will not be many casualties in both countries.
Sad thing about this situation is that even after the war has ended it doesn't change the fact that a lot of innocent people has been killed because of a foolish course. There have been so many people who have lost their lives and so many businesses that has been taken down and so many buildings destroyed because of this war. The best decision that they can make now is to put an end to the war because it is really not doing any good to them. Russia has suffered a lot of sanctions because of these and their economy has gotten to a very low stage because of the sanctions that they have faced from the US and the EU. I do wonder why Putin has not decided to put an end to the war after everything that has happened. It is very bad  . That is the most sadden thing happen after the war and hopefully their leaders will see it, they need to lower down their pride because we see there's no good thing happen on this. If Ukraine get proper military support maybe they should fight back against Russia but since they only receive fire arms then this is really bad for them. It pays off to buy asic miner for mining bitcoin only if you have free electricity or if you buy with discount price for large mining farm.

If AD just keeps healthy even more than half of the season, they might have been in a better position.
They should consider trading Anthony Davis in the off-season while he is still valuable. Continous injury will deflate his value. He is a good contributor on Lakers and he always proves that even coming back to an injury. On his last comeback from injury, he is producing good numbers right away. But that was all useless if he will remain injury at most games every season. I'd rather trade him as a priority and Westbrook as second. Unfortunate to see good young players hitting injuries at their prime. A waste of good talent. Trading AD will be the best decision to be done by Lakers since in the first place he's injury prone now and this disturb their team rotation because they don't know if when he came back to the line up.
