Utah Jazz got another win this time against Cavs and they really destroyed them with a great 114-75 result.
Now they have a 6-win streak. Jazz continue to surprise people by their awesome performance and they are still leading their conference. I wonder whether they will manage to keep up this form in playoff games also.
I'm not surprised about that win, its expected that they will dominate the cavaliers as they are -16.5 in that game. Jazz will continue to roll for sure, looks like another winning streak will be created and only fatigue can stop that just like in the previous. They need to continue winning consistently if they want to have a bigger shot against the Clippers and the Lakers in the playoffs, probably 2nd round as they'll be in the number one if they will continue their stellar performance. |

Sorry, had been busy recently. I already made my order and it's the usual.  Denver Nuggets -5.5 Over 219.5 Aaron Gordon's Nuggets debut is looking great. 13 points already at 3rd quarter. Gordon with enough minutes being provided, he really perform also the whole squad shared the ball greatly, Teamwork as it is, what is nice to this team everyone are really playing their respective role and seems that they are enjoying their task! Congrats! Both picks won! It was his first game but it seems like he was already playing with the Nuggets for a long time, nice to see he is a good team player and he is fitting into the system of the Nuggets. He played 20:41 minute and scored 13 points, I think that is some kind of quality minutes. |

Congratulations to us who all bet against the Lakers. A sudden change on events. Before it was Lakers who will get the upper hand of bets and now flipped over. Last minute trade: Look out for the Heat as they now acquired Victor Oladipo in exchange for Avery Bradley and Olynyk. They lose against the Trail Blazers today but next time they meet I am sure it will be different. They are on the back to back games, so they will face each other again. The lost was very close though, if not for Ariza fouling Lillard attempting a 3, the game could go into overtime and the outcome could be different. Another heartbreak for me as I put a bet on "YES", the game will go into OT @9.5 odds. Well if Lillard shot when it, then Portland won, however, the foul was not needed, big mistake by Ariza. I thought there was no foul, but when a replay was made, clearly it was a foul, I'm thinking if he did not foul that shot, that 3 point shot might still go in, so it's the same but better chances if Ariza did not foul it. That's some juicy odds there for Povetkin. However, I still think that Whyte can take his revenge here, ML is not that good, but if I'm going to bet, I will choose Whyte 7-9 rounds. I think he will play safe in the beginning as he don't want to get surprise again. And then go for the knockout after the second half of the fight if Povetkin is somewhat has been soften by him.
I guess there's a huge chance that this fight will go to score card, and I think Povetkin odds here is very attractive so I'll likely put a small bet for that. Will these rookies be able to help the team? Blackwater offers two-year deals to Paras, Torralba; one year for AcunoHonestly, I don't know the other two, I'm not a fan of NCAA or whatever college basketball, but Paras has been popular on TV so it's easy to recognize him. They got a contract in Blackwater team, and I think Blackwater is really in tight budge as they can't sign a legit superstar, but just rookies. Seems that Blackwater is not intending to win a title but just to continue their participation inside this league. Signing those rookies is not a guarantee that they'll be able to help the team. It's not adding anything as per my personal opinion, sorry but just like you I'm not familiar with those two,, aside from Andre who already been popular because of being a celebrty and a son of the Tower of Power of the PBA. Like they always do, they are just a training ground or a farm team as what some of our posters here have said, and I'm already convince with that though. Blackwater could actually compete at the start of the season, but the lack of experience will make them eliminated easily. Nothing say but to wait till we see any possible addition that this rookies will contribute to not just to the team but also to the league as

There's always a big sacrifice for players playing overseas, first they will missed their family and usually the contract is only short term. So if they want to enjoy a good salary, I guess they should take care of their body too so if the contract expires and they will not be renewed anymore at least there's still another home which is the PBA that could potentially sign them.
PBA may change their rules to not accept players playing overseas, and that could be a threat to the players as PBA take care of their players long term as long as they contribute, good example, is Mark the Spark, Reavis and etc.. In overseas, I think 35 years old is too old for an import, so the life will be shorter compared to the PBA. I don't know the rules on overseas teams but for sure they are only getting talented players and they don't only choose the Philippines, there's a lot of competition from other countries and maybe some players feel they are really good because they are selected. On changing of the rules, I think that is unfair, maybe the best thing they do is increase the salary as that's only the main reason why some players choose to play overseas. |
