Honestly, I am sorry to say that I am not very confident about what they are planning to do. Entering into the season without a proper striker can be a big problem. But I also agree that they are not likely to face too many problems in the Bundesliga. However, they will face difficulties when they compete for the Champions League trophy and other leagues and competitions. I don’t know if this is the strategy for them heading into the next season. They will try to play a four-four-two formation probably. But it is going to be challenging for them to score a lot of goals like they did with the help of Robert Lewandowski.

Depay is a talented player. Xavi will probably use Depay as Lewandowski's replacement. Xavi may add Depay to the squad if any important player of the team is injured. Xavi is probably targeting the Champions League title. Due to this, even if an important player of the team is absent due to injury, Xavi now has a worthy replacement. Hopefully, we will see a consistent performance from Barcelona next season.

Manchester United created a lot of good chances in the match against Atletico Madrid. But they could not capitalize on those chances. In a friendly match like this, it does not matter too much. However, it would have been better to see the team perform well and win the match even though it was friendly. It is always good to win instead of lose.

Manchester United built some confidence following their previous win, but now that confidence seems to have gone back down. Nonetheless, I must say that the goal scored by Atletico Madrid was spectacular. This is because it felt like the goalkeeper had nothing to do to defend that kind of shot. I believe that Manchester United has a lot more work to do. They have to increase the chemistry between the players quickly.

de Jong does not want to play with Manchester United. But de Jong's wages are plentiful. Barcelona doesn't seem to be able to afford so many wages right now. Now if de Jong is willing to reduce his wages then maybe Barca management will keep de Jong in the squad. But if de Jong does not want to reduce his wages, then maybe Barcelona will give de Jong to Manchester United as a loan. Apart from this, Barcelona have no other option.

West Indies' performance has deteriorated. The performance of the West Indies batsmen is now erratic due to the lack of experienced and responsible players in the team. Is it just me or does anyone else also think that Philipp Lahm ended his career in some ways too early?

In any type of bidding Barcelona is not likely to be the favorite club to sign players because Barcelona doesn’t have the money to back itself up. Whenever there is no competition for Barcelona to get a player, they don't have any problems getting that player. Even when it takes them a long time to acquire the player.

But whenever it came down to Barcelona having any competition, Barcelona lost quite quickly. Because if they want to bid higher for a player they will have to take a lot of other things into account. At that time the other teams had already gotten the player. That’s exactly what happened in this case. Chelsea got the player for themselves and Barcelona basically couldn’t do anything.

I also think Harry Kane is better suited for Bayern Munich than Ronaldo. Bayern Munich is now looking for a replacement for Levandowski. Lewandowski has been with Bayern Munich for a long time.
