Terrible idea I my opinion , when you have an online shop you want to be noticed all around the world since there is no physical barriers to buy the item and pay the transaction ... instead that I will suggest that if a banner comes in other language than English  it should be only shown to people that use that language on his browsers .

A proposal:
Advertising that will only appear if someone comes from a particular country.
Advantage: On the one hand it is much cheaper for the advertiser. His ads are popping up less frequently. He can apply target groups.
The second advantage: you can require at least 50% -100% more for countries advertising. It's still cheaper for the advertiser.
And quite general advantage: At the local level, there is more trust and it will be better developed business ideas. (Think global, act local)

It's an automated system to purchase Ads on get.CAPTcoin.com.

Initial prices are only:

• Top banner: 6 CAPT per 1,000 impressions
• Bottom banner: 4 CAPT per 1,000 impressions

Conditions are:
• Your Ad will be shown 1,000 times for every 4 or 6 CAPTcoins you send to the provided address, regardless of the number of clicks.
• Your Ad must not show or link to sites with illegal content or oriented for adult public only (like porn, weapons, etc.). Gambling is OK.

can i use my ref link for other coin?

Do you have still Referrals working for you? My experience is that most Referrals earn two or three days and then they stop with claiming.
I think the claiming is decreasing this days.

I'm relying on data in that column to give some amount back to my referrals 
reason I can't use "earned" amount is because you didn't do 10% from that if I calculated right last time
you seem to do 10% of the base reward 0.5 (or less than that if we donate to bounty & dev)

As you may know, I'm the creator and developer of our coin: CAPTcoin.
In BitcoinTalk, I'm EcuaMobi.

After the creation of the coin, I've worked and continue working on several things like: the official website, implementation of several translations with the help of some members, the claiming page (including the development of the third captcha from scratch), the reward sending system, the official forum, the ponzi game, keeping the Facebook page and the Twitter account, an automated system to buy Ads on get.CAPTcoin.com (still on work), promotion, among other things.

I'm mainly an Android and a web developer. I've wanted to create some Android apps related to CAPTcoin but I haven't been able to because of the time.

There's a lot of work to do to see CAPTcoin fully succeed. It's imperative that we work together on this.

At this stage, we need to know what everyone can do. Afterwards, we'll create a more detailed plan of activities.

So, I'm asking you to post here what you can do to help:

• Development (what kind?)
• Design
• Promotion (what kind? do you have some contacts?)
• Contacting merchants to ask them to accept payments in CAPTcoin
• Handling the Facebook or the Twitter account (you need to have a strong trust for this)
• Donating a fixed amount, either a single time or on a weekly bases, please mention how much. Donation will go to hire new people.
• Something else, just post.

Anything at all is acceptable. "I can't do anything" is not a valid option.

Remember: we all need to work together to see this project succeed. It's the only way.
