I'm very optimistic bitcoin price will continue to pump out in the next few weeks or months so I do be believe it will reach $300 by the end of october and hopefully even more on december, $400 at least will be great christmas gift for me  it will be a great christmas gift for all traders and holders. but there still is a long way to go. $400 looks thousands of miles away. |

I think it's quite unfair to say that Gemini will fail given it has only been launched in less than a month. As long as trade volume is picking up and moving on the uptrend, I believe overall this will have positive effect on bitcoin price. Only time will tell. And 500 seems to be a modest and achievable target. I was aiming for that as well.
it had quite a decent volume yesterday. it has now dropped to 115btc for their 24 hour volume. it simply needs time. if after a few months their daily volume still isn't above 200-500btc on average then there simply isn't enough demand for their exchange. |

I think that if you have money and if you have good idea for new business better is to invest them. With a good idea you can always succeed in a new business.  whatever you do, there is always a certain risk involved. investing in your own idea for a business startup might work out well, but only if you are 100% going for it. a lot people don't have what it takes to start. |

As OP expected to see Bitcoin at about 270 $ and we successfully reached to this target.I think there will be some small drop in price over the couple of days and then again trading movements in price.What I think this time the minimum floor will be around 250$ and it will not reach to 230 $ again.
it's normal to see people take profits at some point after the price advanced to higher levels. i hope it will stay above $250. |

give their exchange a decent amount of time to establish itself. large traders won't come just like that. they must be convinced to signup there and use actually use it. the more volume they generate, the earlier the traders will come.

huobi is going up with full speed. but traders on bitstamp, btc-e and bitfinex don't follow. these times look like when mtgox had at least a $10 advantage on other exchanges. |

$600 is too much to happen before new year. demand isn't high enough to support a price anywhere near the $600 level. $300 is in range.

people should have bought when the price was around $220. when the price is going up you are better off waiting or selling. not buying.

I guess Gemini and the sidechain have somewhat caused the upward movement. Whatever it is, I'm loving it.  every kind of rise is more than welcome. maybe it's gemini or maybe people trying to buy up some coins before the block halving. |

i guess it will start in januari 2016 as it is a new year, thus a new start. i only don't think we'll see the price go that high. around $350 is my guess.
