2721  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: This forum has so many gambling addicts on: March 10, 2019, 09:18:05 AM
yes, we must distinguish between gambling and drug addicts. if some gambling addicts lose a lot of money, they are less exposed to the risk of mental damage. but drug addicts are more at risk of developing mental illness because the price is expensive and he must always use it.

If we know that certain gambler, we can but that is hard unless you can always see him gambling.

Gambling addiction or Drug addiction, they have the same negative results and that is the disease or the disorder of the individual's brain. It is said to be a disorder of the brain, I am not a doctor but I can agree with that. We should not compare these two whether what is worst or what is better instead we should raise the awareness of it to help the people with those disorders.
2722  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Meet the Wealthiest People in Crypto on: March 10, 2019, 08:34:36 AM
Never know most of these guys but I do hear their names in the past.

There are so many people are earned lots of money from this market .They are Chris Larsen; Joseph; Brock; Matthew Mellon and many mores .these peoples are earns lots of profit from here.

Obvious, isn't it?

the crypto market is indeed extraordinary, and many have succeeded in krypto, although I still haven't succeeded, but for me there are still many opportunities for success in krypto.

That is the wrong mindset.

You should not say that you are still far or still not there because you will just be conscious of what is your position in the wider angle. It is true that there are a lot of people that are so much higher than you but instead of saying it like that, you should say I can be like that. You should not push yourself down because of them, you should use them to boost yourself up.
2723  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is there any real way to earn bitcoin without investment? on: March 10, 2019, 08:13:38 AM
in my opinion, the only way to get bitcoin without having to be related is to mine, and mining costs are greater when compared to investing. besides mining for now it is less evision.

Do you even read the OP or even the title?

There is no way that people can earn them share if they will not be investing anything. Of course, when we are talking about investing, it doesn't always mean we are talking about money, we are also talking about knowledge, skills and also time. If you have those, you can start to earn without investing your money into it. If you have those, you can use it to earn your share of Bitcoin.
2724  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who would actually believe celebs promoting crypto? on: March 10, 2019, 05:01:39 AM
DJ Khaled and Mayweather had an issue about shilling an ICO. And other celebrities hyping or promoting scam coins. Who would actually rely on their words? If you're listening to celebs then you are not ready for this type of market at all.

Celebs are certainly bad for ICOs in my opinion. They can only be helpful if the coins are already established like Eth or Xrp. I'm very sure that in the future when mainstream adoption of cryptocurrencies has happened, a lot of celebrities, models or hollywood actors will shill their own tokens in the ads.

It is not that they are bad but I don't think Celebrities will just accept it like that.

There are a lot of ways to advertise cryptocurrencies especially the new ones since there are a lot of sites, forums, and platforms that posted these things and there are also, obviously a lot of people there looking up into it. Why would you pay a Celebrity to advertise your coin if you can just (for example) start a Signature Campaign here in the forum? They are Celebrities and that means a lot of people are ready to watch him or her but with a huge talent fee of course. Even if you pay them huge money, I don't think they will say yes that easily as we all know how cryptocurrencies are viewed these days.
2725  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin can less the unemployment rate? on: March 10, 2019, 12:05:04 AM
Bitcoin is another way to earn better but we can't rely everything on it because it isn't stable. It's still better to find a decent and stable job rather than entrusting everything in crypto. We should still find some ways to earn better especially now that the market is down.

I agree with that.

People are over-relying on the volatile state of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies but we should not since that is a risk and as an investor, we should always lessen the risk that we take. We should also base our profits on stable movements like metal assets. If you don't have that enough money to invest, try to find other stable jobs that can give you stable income.
2726  Economy / Economics / Re: Acceptance of bitcoin as payment! on: March 09, 2019, 10:37:53 AM
it is the most awaited thing for everyone, especially bitcoin users around the world. imagine being able to buy food, drinks, and cigarettes using bitcoin in a simple way is the most awaited.

If that will happen now, I guess it will be really bad.

I am not saying that I am not looking forward to it but the idea of paying or buying food, drinks, and cigarette or maybe a chewing gum then paying for the fee of using or transacting Bitcoin, that is really bad. Why would you use Bitcoin just to pay those, you will spend more than paying in fiat with some spare change. If that will happen, they should remove the transaction fees that are really impossible to happen.
2727  Economy / Economics / Re: the future real money on: March 09, 2019, 10:21:11 AM
I think it's still far from that. indeed by legalizing bitcoin, as if the government is providing support, but until now there are still few who do that. so I think money with a centralized system still exists

It is so obvious that it still exists.

What we are all still using is fiats which is a centralized system unlike Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies that is decentralized. You can't say that it doesn't exist anymore since we are all using fiats, I don't think all of the people like to use or the idea of using cryptocurrencies. In fact some part of a country don't even know how to use a computer, what even more using a cryptocurrency.
2728  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What causes a person to become intensely addicted to gambling? on: March 09, 2019, 10:00:37 AM
I think whole thing gets down to money . In order to make money gambling is played as it is quick way to earn money and in this way may lose money and then they play to recover money which leads to addiction in long run and thus they keep on gambling to make money or recover it .

That is the real reason why people are really addicted to gambling.

A lot of people always say that they just want to have fun or entertainment the reason they are gambling but I think they don't realize that they might be addicted to gambling. They did not realize that and thinks that they are just enjoying gambling. I mean, who would not want enjoying gambling and earning money right? But the reality is more of a losing streak than earning money.
2729  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Thoughts on Video game gambling addiction? on: March 09, 2019, 12:47:12 AM
People may start off with video games and then eventually move on to higher sums gambling in real casinos.  What are your thoughts on this matter and should anything be done?

It is happening.

I know the owner of an internet cafe for a long time now and he really loves games especially now the esports where he roots for teams. In our early years we are playing Dota, having some local games there with bets or not it is fun. Then go Crossfire and other fps games and then Dota2 came when he started to get addicted to. He started his own cafe, use the money earned to improve it and then that is when loot boxes begin to be a thing on CSGO where he usually spends a lot of money to buy boxes and keys. After that, he supports certain CSGO team betting on them every game. At first it was normal but while the time flies, it is becoming an addiction.
2730  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling - A Game of Luck or Strategy on: March 08, 2019, 05:25:56 AM
There is only luck. You can try strategies that can increase your chances, luck got to be on your side.

I don't know about it but there are a lot of games you can try that don't require luck.

I asked my friends about gambling addiction and surprisingly, they are aware of it even though I think they are already addicted. Though they are addicted, they said that they don't risk their money on luck-based games as there are a lot of other games that can depend on your analysis and knowledge like sports betting.
2731  Economy / Economics / Re: Investing in Bitcoin in 2019? on: March 03, 2019, 10:51:55 AM
Bitcoin is still the most valuable and profitable cryptocurrency right now, and it is predicted to keep this first position for several coming years. So it is always profitable to invest in BTC, regardless of its actual price, because the price is volatile and going up and down all the time almost.

"Regardless of its actual price"?

What does that mean? Is the price pumps to $10K and the price are having a sign that it will be dumping you will still invest? No, you should look at the price as it is really important. Not just important because it will give you a profit but it is, it really is. It is the reason why you invested in cryptocurrency or Bitcoin in the first place, to earn money.
2732  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: CRYPTO AND FIAT MONEY BEST COMBINATION on: March 03, 2019, 09:11:27 AM
Having both cryptocurrency and fiat are better that only choosing one. You still didnt notice but we are now living in a world like that. It also give us more option foe the different wants and needs of people. Some people doesnt want to have change thats why they want to stick with fiat.

It is not that they don't want a change, it is that it is more easy and efficient to use.

They want a change, our lives are leading there. The technology is being developed more and more while the days pass. There are a lot of new things that are being discovered, made and developed for our more comfortable lives. If there will come a time that cryptocurrencies are efficient to use in our world, people will eventually use it.
2733  Economy / Economics / Re: Tell us about your experience on: March 03, 2019, 04:09:25 AM
My experience in the crypto currency world has a good experience because in the crypto world I can get great results so that I can change my life better than yesterday

That is great for you.

The first time I entered investing in cryptocurrencies, I expected the downfalls and the problems I can encounter. I did encounter those expected problems and I already have the good ways to fix them. I can say I did good but my experience is also great as I have a lot of encounters to problems, scams and volatility of Bitcoin that is a piece of good knowledge for me to the next more years.
2734  Economy / Economics / Re: What should I choose on: March 03, 2019, 03:23:02 AM
for now this is what must be chosen how to get big profits later, of course by investing in high coins such as bitcoin and ethereum if you want to get big profits later

You can't just choose to invest.

It is true that it is a good time for investment but we should think more seriously about this since opening up your own business is better than investing in cryptocurrencies. I am not saying that investing is not worth it but if you can open up a good business and it goes well, you can still invest in cryptocurrencies any time you want.
2735  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Understand addiction! on: March 03, 2019, 02:54:12 AM
From this title in this thread I think that's the key, yeah self control is important but what if someone is out of control and already an addict? of course the key is to understand about addiction, understand what bad things will happen when you become an addict, it will make you aware

And you think that is just easy?

Being an addict to something is so hard and you will not know that easily since you are just enjoying yourself to that. When someone is addicted to gambling, they don't know they are an addict to gambling but even though they are addicted, in the real world, they know what they are doing. The problem is that they are sticking too much on the probability of them winning being positive that they will be having a take-home of big amount of money.
2736  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Celebrities you probably don't know were(are) aggressive gamblers on: March 03, 2019, 12:08:53 AM
I know about Mayweather and Jordan but the two them, I don't know.

I would normally say that we should set them as an example not to be addicted to gambling as I also heard the debt of Jordan before but man, they have a popular group of people that are addicted to gambling and they can support it as all of them are famous to what they are doing. They can support their gambling addiction now especially Mayweather that just not do boxing but also investing.
2737  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: how long you can stay without gambling? on: March 02, 2019, 05:47:23 AM
Do you gamble daily? If yes, how are you not losing that much?

Not all the time, gamblers lose a lot of money.

It is true that a lot of people are saying that gamblers lost a lot of money in gambling but in the real world, yes they are losing but they are also earning good amount of money and that is the reason why they are getting back again to gamble. Gamblers are not that dumb, to be honest in fact most of them are not usually playing games that really depends on luck. They also pick games that also depends on experience, analysis and also skill.
2738  Economy / Speculation / Re: A chance for Bitcoin to rise! on: March 01, 2019, 08:56:26 AM
Hello everyone, what are the forecasts for Bitcoin now, is it worth investing money in it now? Huh Huh Huh

It is worth it as long as you've invested in the right time.

Bitcoin may experience a bad price movement these times but I don't think it will falter us, investors, to stop from investing. The price of Bitcoin is continuously changing as we all know it is a decentralized cryptocurrency, it is volatile so if you will be making a good time to invest, you will still earn a good amount of money in time. Timing also plays a good role in investing, always remember that.
2739  Economy / Economics / Re: the future of crypto is good or bad on: February 24, 2019, 02:40:39 AM
Good or bad will be determined by comunity itself because we know that now there are so many negative issues about cryptocurrency and bitcoin that it must be able to survive. but people also still believe in a good future

I think we are in the future that you are talking about.

It's been 10 years since Bitcoin was released and since then, a lot of things happened, starting from the development, the hack that happened, the dumps and the forks. We are in the time where Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies are being developed and the Blockchain is being implemented on other things, we are in the future and I think it is a really good future for cryptocurrencies.
2740  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you think Institutions secretly HODL Bitcoin? on: February 24, 2019, 01:31:02 AM
It is very possible for an institution to hold a large amount of hold. because bitcoin is currently experiencing a deep decline I think many people take the opportunity to buy bitcoin

This is a possibility but we can't prove this is happening.

There are a lot of institutions in this world and we don't know what kind of institution they have. It might be an institution built out of religion, out of their culture, their beliefs or anything like that but there can also be a possibility that there is an institution that is built based on the cryptocurrencies that we don't know and they are holding or trying to manipulate the price on the greater or bad of the market. We can't remove that idea that these institutions are planning a bad thing for our investments right?
