2721  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2020/2021 on: May 08, 2021, 08:52:17 AM
Yes but seriously,,, they need one more win and can lose the rest, PLUS United just need to lose one game and City can win without doing anything so it would only be the most optimistic person who can think United will snatch the title at the last minute.

EPL has been dominated in the past 4 seasons by the way. Look at the points gap of 3 seasons before this between 1 and 3rd place:) Do you not agree this shows domination?
Other clubs in Premier League are lucky and have a free gift from Manchester City. They have too many trophies in Premier League and they have more desire to win Champions League. I don't say they readily to sacrifice Premier League trophy but it's sure that they have more priority and spend more player resources for Champions League.

If Manchester City only focus on Premier League, they can dominate it more seriously. If they win the coming Champions League final match, the next season will be interesting. Usually players lose their concentration and motivation after they achieve big trophies.

Lucky? Free gift? Where is the luck and free gift when City only need a win to take EPL, a win to take League Cup, and a win to take Champions League?

Players lose focus it is true after achieving something big but City will have won 3 out of the last 4 EPL trophies, and 2 of them by a lot. Is that not a way to show they do not lose focus?

Seeing that Milan and Donnarumma have yet to negotiate their contract which expires in June 2021, the rumors of the 22-year-old player's departure are getting stronger, as @Coinlocket$ says, maybe Donnarumma will be join Juventus since them really wants him. and Express.co.uk reported several clubs from EPL also interested to bring in him.

some media also reported Donnarumma's chance to leave the San Siro will happen because he is reported AC Milan board are agree if he really wants to leave Milan in the summer transfer window of 2021. New GK for Milan next season maybe Maignan, coz lot of media says if Milan and Maignan reach a deal with 5-years contracts.

That would be a really big blow for the Italians,,, but I always felt that Donnarumma was one of the most underrated goalkeepers, even though he played for a big club he deserves to win some nice trophies and he needs a new challenge I think.

I would love to swap for him at Spurs I feel like we need fresh blood also:)
2723  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: May 07, 2021, 01:37:48 PM
Here's a few of my predictions;

Harry Kane to Manchester United which would be an incredible transfer.

It would be super indeed but as I said before,,, as a Spurs fan I think we would all be heartbroken and Spurs would go even further down the table unless we can find a replacement, which I doubt we can without a good manager or a good team and an owner willing to spend. Son will feel pressure to leave.

And no,,, Gareth Bale is not an option whether he stays or not:)
2724  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think about Algorand? on: May 07, 2021, 01:01:12 PM
I bought Algo recently as I couldn't accumulate it in the correction time. I think ALGO will be 2$ soon but I doubt it will ever compete with ETH. Also, it will be foolish to compare Algo with ETH. The partnerships and collaborations it is doing are commendable and definitely a great coin to have in your portfolio.
The scalable chain it is providing for Defi environment will be its best feature for new projects.

The thing for me always is that scalable chains seem to be easy to claim. we have seen since 2015 even all the altcoin chains talk about scaling,,, some even saying unlimited scaling and with DAGs even the more traffic, the more faster than more secure (I still think this is why DAG coins can one day be superb).

But yes, foolish to compare just on scalability.
2725  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2020/2021 on: May 07, 2021, 11:44:37 AM
Manchester City really dominates everywhere.  Grin  They also have advanced to the final in the Champions League.
They have not won the league yet, they have only won the league cup this season so I don't understand what you mean by they are dominating everywhere, it still mathematical possible for them to lose the league, the EPL is not a league you can dominates, you can only win when you put some much effect, Liverpool was the best team in the last three years look at them now. Real domination is in the Bundesliga and Serie A.

Yes but seriously,,, they need one more win and can lose the rest, PLUS United just need to lose one game and City can win without doing anything so it would only be the most optimistic person who can think United will snatch the title at the last minute.

2726  Economy / Speculation / Re: CoinDesk editor believes Bitcoin will hit 1 million per coin. on: May 07, 2021, 11:03:53 AM
Any publicuty whether good or bad still publicity and imagine if your name will be placed on many official crypto media sites you will get instant fame and fame make your name here became expensive. We are on crypto and every news you spread especially if you are famous is possibly can caught attention and I believe this is the only intention of those people who keep spreading unrealistic prediction about future price of bitcoins.

For the short term and for altcoins of course,,, short term publicity is good, people come and your name is famous and you are known,,, some shillers will even come to you because of that but long term? You can take a long time to build a good reputation but to repair a broken one takes even longer, if at all even possible. Of course I guess for these guys they are willing to forego future rep for current rep.
2727  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: XRP is pumping now. on: May 07, 2021, 09:24:46 AM
It appears they have solid fight over SEC. It is acceptable that XRP group isn't abandoning this. Furthermore, on the off chance that they do outperform this preliminary, I accept their cost will truly reach new ATH. It will be covered away and neglected yet appears as though the hour of XRP has come now. Glad for XRP holders and financial backers who didn't freeze sell. The market is siphoning each coin in the market independent of the issues they are confronting.

Is the fight still on though,,, I thought Ripple already settled and paid. I mean I know it will not be the last one, with XRP it never is, but them settling and exchanges relisting them back tells us they are exactly like big banks. Get caught every few years for doing crimes. Get fined. Nobody jailed. Repeat the cycle and make more money:)
2728  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Musk is going to hurt the Crypto Industry, sign this petition on: May 07, 2021, 08:20:46 AM
I do not agree with what Musk is doing,,, but I think I agree even less with going against the very nature of crypto. You can do whatever you want and say whatever you want.

Even if this petition happens,,, so what? people will hear even more about it and Elon will get more popular and guess what? Your desired effect of him stopping shilling it becomes worse.

Just allow it and let people realize their mistakes on their own.
2729  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread on: May 07, 2021, 07:27:53 AM
i don't know about that, a lot people had doubts that Chelsea can go through and eliminate Real madrid, i mean let's be honest, Real madrid are not the same anymore, and Chelsea is not that small of a team, they beat Man city not a longtime ago in the FA cup, and i've seen a lot of people talking about Chelsea's chances to qualify, and they were expecting them to do that especially after the 1-1 draw in madrid.

The bookmaker odds suggested otherwise however,,, Chelsea were at the highest 2x and mainly 1.8x as I could see,,, while Real Madrid was both the legs the underdogs, because everyone knew they were full of injuries. The only worry was whether Chelsea would replicate the efforts of the first leg, which of course turned out to be even better:) Hope they do same for final.
2730  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum price will now go down again after reaching 3k? on: May 07, 2021, 06:48:00 AM
It would be a big mistake to think that once ETH hit $ 3000 then the price would drop dramatically.
as can be seen on the market cap, the price of ETH continues to strengthen and skyrocket every day, even the price of ETH itself has broken through $ 3400 +, it is not impossible that next month ETH can reach $ 4000, I myself bought ETH when it was still at $ 1500 +, which already increased 100% over the time of purchase, hopefully ETH continues to skyrocket and fly to the moon.

What are your fundamentals for this? I mean,,, I do agree that price should not drop after $3000 but push onwards after a few tests and minor corrections but it can be quite normal for the first test of it to cause an immediate drop from people who have limit orders all triggering on 3000. Momentum is here for sure, but always pullbacks are expected in between.
2731  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Binance: $BNB The Future of Exchanges. on: May 07, 2021, 06:22:57 AM
I think IEOs like ICOs are dead but of course every now and then there will still be good projects,,, especially now that everyone is once more hyped about alts and everything is moving daily in double percentage profits.

But this will all come to an end as we know it,,, so enjoy it while it lasts but do not get caught up unnecessarily!
There are times when it must end and there is a time when it can come back to be better, it all depends on the owner where he wants to do to determine a project. because more and more alternatives that can be used and are available. so that probably a lot can be done and if he wants to go back to the IEO or ICO no one can hold him back, because the decision is all up to him and it remains how they can attract investors to join his project and can explain well.

yes, I agree with you as long as it is still available, at least we can just enjoy it and don't need to be stuck with what has been past. what we need is that what we will get from a project that will be made, that is, clearly the benefits that we will get.

That is true but in the very first place, any project owner who truly wanted to build something would not have needed ICOs to do it,,, and just gone and done something first. Most ICOs claimed they needed money to build something and then ended up wasting all the funds on hiring poor devs to do poor projects. If at all. See all the best open source software built they never needed any raises:)
2732  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: bull market end on: May 07, 2021, 05:41:17 AM
It does not matter when we think it will end. It matters when YOU think it ends.

You have made amazing returns,,, good. Make sure you realize profits aka turn it into fiat. Take a lesson from me who did not:)

So,,, imagine next week it all starts to drop. How much money will make you happy and how much losses are you willing to take? Assume that now and make yourself happy now. If rally continues you can still make more:)
2733  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Binance: $BNB The Future of Exchanges. on: May 06, 2021, 06:52:14 PM
Really amazing with launchpad coin listed on Binance last with TKO many trader and investor earn much profit, from IEO sell with lower price about 0.1$ become $4 right now and get much profit, last before TKO have SFP looks the same with TKO when beginning IEO price only 0.1$ and now back to higher price, really amazing if you join with IEO launchpad coin on Binance.

2734  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Why ETC price goes up so high recently? Does it have something related to ETH? on: May 06, 2021, 06:17:06 PM
Up to the present time, I cannot understand why, even if the doge coin can reach the current value in this market, with all other coins can do the same, the coins This has a lot more to do than doge coin that only gets support from Elon Musk and everyone's stupid fomo.

ETC is far different to DOGE. ETC is listed on Grayscale balance sheet and they are still accumulating which is the reason why the price is growing same with Ethereum. Dogecoin is a pure hype token without any fundamentals. Only Elon and his friends are playing with the price.

Also ETC has very good developers and are another smart contract platform, after all they were doing just the same thing as ETH and it was ETH that broke away let us not forget that.

Dogecoin is a hypecoin but at least that was what it was supposed to be from the beginning so anyone who thinks otherwise has fooled themselves:)
2735  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread on: May 06, 2021, 04:53:11 PM
I am surprised, All England club finals. I got a false prediction. it's not much of my expectation. I hope one of another country going to the final, Spain or France, but all of out. Will Chelsea going to be the champion in this session?.

Another achievement was created by manchester city, this the first time going to the final. Pep is a genius person who has made it possible. the war of strategy will be showing at Ataturk Stadium, on 29 May 2021. I won't bet atm, at least 1 week before the match, because the situation will have changed, the premier league not yet finished, maybe 1 -2 players have injured or had bad performance to be the starter on the final.

Same surprise for me too,,, I really wanted PSG to go through because I felt that Poch deserved to be in another final,,, but in the end City was too strong. Cannot say City do not deserve it as well. As much as I dislike them, they play the best football and produce the wins. Which is what a Champion does right?
2736  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum giving bitcoin a hard chase on: May 06, 2021, 02:51:35 PM
I think its significant but not huge deal. Just check ethereum dominance in past:
https://coinmarketcap.com/charts/
It was around %31 at peak in 2017. It is only around 2018 levels right now. I basically mean Ethereum dominance will increase furthermore. We have somewhat 2-3 months of bull rally in front of us. Current Ethereum prices aren't crazy I mean. It always deserved to be second best coin in the market.

Exactly! BTC dominance also fell during the same time period, and today both BTC and ETH are almost exactly where there are in terms of dominance as they were during the last crypto bull,,, which is also the same time as altseason:)

Many coins with overinflated price now, so this is perfectly to be expected.
2737  Economy / Speculation / Re: CoinDesk editor believes Bitcoin will hit 1 million per coin. on: May 06, 2021, 10:06:37 AM
Is he the new John Mcafee? Grin
This is just bullish wishful thinking. The price will never hit 1 million per BTC.Let's be more realistic and stay in the 100K-200K USD frame, when it comes to bullish price predictions.
I don't know what force would pump the BTC price to 1M USD?I can't imagine such financial power.
The US federal reserve buying Bitcoins?China buying Bitcoins?Global mass adoption of Bitcoin as a reserve currency? All 3 options seem pretty unrealistic.

I do not think there is anyone today who wants to be the new McAfee,,, especially when he has such a bad reputation now for shilling and getting paid for it, then running away and now finally getting jailed for tax evasion!

I also do not think 1 M is realistic but I would never rule it out,,, crypto is becoming something bigger than anyone imagined now.
2738  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think about Algorand? on: May 06, 2021, 08:16:23 AM
I do not think it will come anywhere near ETH not for the next 2 or 3 crypto rally cycles,,, BUT I do agree that they are a very good project and their incubators especially seem to have produced good companies with useful use cases.

If you check Algorand incubator projects, very well run and some have very good marketing. Not in your face but,,, impressive to see and good for blockchain overall.
2739  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2020/2021 on: May 06, 2021, 07:17:28 AM
Thank you for adding those explanations buwaytress and cryptofrka,,, like I said also I guess at the end of the day I am happy if my club's fans have voices and they fight for what is right. I find it slightly strange my club did not make as much noise as Liverpool or United even though we were also part of ESL;)

I also thought we hated our Chairman too but maybe he is not American is the reason.
2740  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: May 06, 2021, 06:15:03 AM
Kane going to United would crush me:(

I know we probably cannot hold on to him forever,,, and we were already so lucky to keep him for so long, if he does go it will not be any bad feelings for him.

But please, not to United. I could never see him wearing the Red Devil shirt, and scoring against us twice a season,,,
