Sorry Bruno but i have to agree with debtstack 100%.
I have no solutions to the quandary.
2742  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Monero exchance centralization... a danger? on: January 10, 2017, 02:47:20 PM
Your gonna get your ass ridin' hard when it happens eventually smart guy.
First you argue that it's "mostly secure"
And that no one was claiming it was fool proof.. then i show you the fucking god damn hoody
where it says "Secure, Private & Untraceable"

Dino you are all over the place desperately in vain trying to smooth over any Danger or risk etc.

We may not know entirely until after the fact how EXACTLY a suspect is tracked.
But i do know the assumption of having bullet proof computer code is foolish.
When has anything on a computer been secure ?

If it runs it can be cracked.

As always i have tried to explain this shit to contrarians who don't know fuck all about cracking.
I am not the guy doing it so i can only speculate.
You may want to contact the NSA who has performed sick brutal hardcore shit when it comes to computer code rape.
Seen my topic on the malware in the off-topic section that uses sound waves from your speaker or microphone to propagate ?

Hear about how the US govt intercepted a guys Dell computer from Dell and had it delivered to them instead so they could install custom one of a kind hacks so they could monitor him at the BIOS level from across the street ?

I am Spoetnik.. a poor guy at home.
I am not the CIA who can buy a Saudi a Lamborgini in exchange for a phone number.
But i do have the mind of a cracker and i have hammered you assholes with the concept of cross referencing which is how Bitcoin was tracked.
Why do they do mixing again ?
And no little miss contrarian looking to fire off another exception most guys are going to trust the slogan on the hoody and not go through extra steps to be extra secure.
So don't gimme that bullshit yet again.

What part of cross referencing don't you idiots understand ?

Lets say a Terrorist is doin' shit..
He signs up at Poloniex to use it to transfer large amounts of money.
He goes over 10k and gets flagged and is now being investigated.
His trade activity, IP address and coin address's are handed to the Fed's...
Now the Fed's suspect he is at XYZ location.. so they show up there and start harvesting Info.
Such as VPN providers or this forum or his own ISP or his family that rats him out or his Boss at work.. or his friends for a Lambo. LOL
And who is to say there is not a rat at Alpha Bay who is going to tattle on him for a cool million dollars in cash ?
Start point.. seized.. end point seized.. all control points seized.
All inputs and outputs being monitors means ?
The silly tech wankry bullshit in the middle is irrelevant.

That is not hypothetical.. that is in fact what happens all the time.
And they only get better at it too.

You know i love the precocious cute little opinions on security here but you are all idiots.
This was already proven by more than one guy with Monero exploits and yet you STILL did not learn your lesson ?
They already found some and now ? ohhhhhh well there is no more because NOW the code is secure HAHHAHA
Fuckin' Hillarious ROFL

I had a dev of a program mouthing me off getting all cocky before..
He was yammering at me all hot shit after i posted online Keygen's for his Firewall.
I told him i could crack his app with 1 byte if i wanted too.. he called me out.
So i posted the cracked binary and 3 versions of the keygen source and a picture tutorial on how to patch it.
Get it ?
Security bullshit in the middle that the dev thinks is bullet proof.. say a hashing algo.
So a cracker can try and crack the algo head on ... or ?
He can go around it with patching.. side stepping the frontal attack.
Cross referencing is close to that.
It's about the starting point and the end point.. not the silly security bullshit that lies in between the two.

What it REALLY boils down to is contrarians spouting off unrealistic and deceitful claims on the web giving users a false sense of security so their bags are worth more.

When those exploits came out of Monero before the price tanked.
..yeah on Polo of course  Roll Eyes

Imagine if a guy on Alpha Bay gets nailed.
If it's proven that Monero failed to keep the guy "Secure, Private and Untraceable" as it' sprinted on their merch and repeated here for years your Poloniex shitcoin prices will be decimated.

And what are the actual real odd's ?
0.01% ?
If even 1 person gets arrested then that is far too many.
That is enough to refute the bold claims being made and argued.

And is that realistic ? 0.01% chance of that ever happening ?
If so then YES we can say that having an exchange sitting there working with the Police is YES a god damn fucking "Danger"

Seriously cut the crap guys.. i know your bags are heavy and you think you "know things" but come on.
2743  Other / Off-topic / Re: I'm going to be a famous hacker one day, mark my words. 😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎 on: January 10, 2017, 12:43:22 PM
He may have to use windows if he wants to learn exploiting it.
But i agree Backtrack / Kali Linux is your friend ..got me free WIFI for years LOL

Cracking ?
I meant pretty much Software / Games etc.

Last cracking i did was on PowerAmp for Android.
I think i got closer than anyone on earth but still failed and got exhausted (i'm getting old)
When i was younger i would have kept pounding way on it till i had it but..
part of the problem with that is i had 0 experience trying to crack an Android app.
So here i was trying it the fist time on the worlds most uncrackable fucking Android APP  Cheesy
It has multiple protections on it that stop it from running if you have simply unpacked it.
If you extract the APK then put it back together again and sign it then run it it knows  Shocked
And it gets worse from there.. on & on

Hacking is like trying to exploit the server here to get access to the SQL database etc.
For example.
I seen an exchange exploited before years ago that got hit because of an exploit via their Troll-Box.
2744  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think "iamnotback" really has the" Bitcoin killer"? on: January 10, 2017, 12:31:40 PM
My point on this topic before was that the initial distribution.. IS THE COIN !

You all have no idea how sick i am of hearing "Innovation" when all these guys do is change some stuff
..and launch another ICO.

The ICO is not an improvement or innovation over Bitcoin.
If you want to make a coin better than Bitcoin it better have an improved initial distribution model.

That aspect is fucking tantamount people and i am fed up with you all just sitting on your ass counting your ROI's and making silly little bullshit excuses saying the ends justify the means essentially.

Seriously people, smarten the fuck up already.

Ethereum is a billion dollar market cap listed as the #2 coin ?
Yeah and all of you are scammy ass greedy bullshitting corrupt greedy brats.
That is ridiculous !

The massive list of scammy bullshit that has gone down with ETH since it launched is astounding
..yet you all claim it's the no. 2 coin ?

All of your opinions are dog-shit so sit the fuck down and shut the fuck up Investards  Cheesy
2745  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Monero exchance centralization... a danger? on: January 10, 2017, 12:18:43 PM
It means if this point was being watched you would have a greater than 50/50 chance at getting put in jail for Crack selling on Alpha Bay.
I sure as hell would call that a "danger".

Tell me now exactly how that would happen.

Imagine that tomorrow, I buy, say, 100 XMR on Polo and withdraw them.  I now send my own 100 XMR to another of my addresses.  I do this, say, 3 times.

Imagine that 3 months from now, I use 80 of those to buy crack on Alpha bay.

How is anyone going to link this transaction to the one I used to withdraw my XMR from Polo ?

I think you think too much in bitcoin.  In monero, these transactions are essentially unlinked.   So what has my Polo account information to do with this unlinked transaction on the monero block chain ?

Suppose that law enforcement knows about my withdrawal of my 100 XMR (because Polo knows it of course).  Suppose that they know that there has been an XMR transaction to alphabay of 80 XMR, but of course, law enforcement doesn't know what was bought with it, or to whom it was sent (if they knew, they had me already, and monero didn't have anything to do with it: for instance, I naively told Alphabay to send the stuff to my postal address, and law enforcement found out).

For you to accuse monero to "put people at danger", you have to explain how law enforcement can, from the knowledge they get from Polo (my withdrawal of 100 XMR)  infer that *I was the buyer*.

Now tell me exactly how that's going to happen.  How are they going to use the Polo information to track me to alphabay ?

If you are going to tell me that they saw that it was MY IP ADDRESS that did the transaction, then that's of course the same as "finding my postal address".  Monero/Polo/single exchange is not involved, they simply saw where the order was coming from.

Tell me how "buying XMR on Polo" puts me at danger, which I wouldn't have if I didn't get my coins from Polo.

WOW holy fucking Christ you are playing stupid.
Then railing on in vain making excuses.. which i add is not doing Monero any favors.
Because smart people can see what i see.
But carry on though.. just realize i am in fact the messenger to the obvious here.
Your desperately trying to refute the blatant facts does not change them.
And if swaying the opinion of idiots makes you feel good then go for it i don't care.
After all they are just profiteers anyway.. who will dump on the coin at some point.

Coinbase ratted out the owner of KickAssTorrents.com and he was arrested and put in jail.
Cryptsy said they had a system in place for doing it and they did too when requested.
Your attempts to say there is no risk is a laughable joke.

Dipshits go look at the picture i posted earlier with David Latapie wearing the hoody..
Then read this topic title.. THEN go bring your picture ID to Poloniex and buy Monero to get crack on Alpha Bay.

Yeah.. the future of Monero is bright  Cheesy

It will be much better if someone could post a detailed step-by-step guide how to use the platform and get paid.

The OP looks too complicated for normal people.

Yes i agree.

Feel free to use pictures too !

LOL I love you more every day penguin

feel free to send me the passwords, I'll crack them all in a few seconds Smiley

I'm curious, if you don't mind sharing... what was the vulnerability on the site?

Sorry LOL

I don't know i just stole that guys Avatar when i signed up here hahaha
The first 2 years i was here i used a very similar version of that.
Basically i was already using a similar name for many years before that hack incident.
Such as my Steam account regged way back around 2003'ish exactly like i have here.
So i dunno i just figured hey fuck it i will troll all these idiots here and see if anyone puts 2 and 2 together.
I was curious if anyone would recall the hack incident then say hey uhhh.. is that you ?
No one ever did though ROFL
..i guess people here did don't keep up with hacker news much.

I also was curious if the real hacker would one day end up here coming after me etc.
So far not that i can tell.  Cool

I have known some guys that made world headlines years ago though.
But i have little knowledge about hacking i don't pay attention to exploit stuff.
Want to find hackers ?
Search for the worlds best crackers and look for the guys hanging out with them that can't crack. Wink
Such as ?
A PC game cracking scene group's leader who has no real cracking skill yet is far too knowledgeable about Forum PHP code LOL

If anything i am a cracker, not a hacker.. and sometimes a troll Wink
I never hacked anything before that i recall.
I did Google it around the year 2000 though hahahahahha

You need to get into the world of "exploits" finding vulnerabilities then figuring out how to exploit them technically.
Sometimes this may require writing some c++ or working with SQL or PHP etc.
Or just download the ones other people find.. not skills necessary (AKA: script-kiddy style)  Cheesy

The world needs hackers.. so good luck on your quest friend.
And i say "friend" because i am hoping you won't hack me one day !  Shocked  Wink
..have fun LOL

Price keeps dropping and dropping. I still think it will turn around at some point. Watching the ETH chart.

The price trend is going high now.
Hopefully there can be such as bitcoin, I am still optimistic that the price Etherium could go up again, current mining etherium also more difficult, and the second largest marketcap after bitcoin. Maybe the price of etherium will soon be improved within a few months. I still hold and will not hurry to sell.

There does some to be some improvement alright. Don't get too carried away though. It's still very delicate.

A small hedge on Ethereum's success is a good judgement in my view.
And at these current prices it's a steal and worth a punt.

Coming from a guy voted as a fraud here by the community  Cheesy

PS:
You have 5 months left until i laugh at you and your grand price prediction.
People this clown said right after the DAO attack ETH will be worth $100 each in 12 months.
So it better be or i will ride his ass hard !

PPS:
This is the same clown who said Microsoft and IBM are "using" Ethereum.
Oh and that "Big banks are buying shitloads of ETH"

You all may want to be cautious of who you take advice from around here.  Cheesy
Blows my mind ETH is worth anything at all.. you all are fucked in the head or greedy (or both)  Roll Eyes
2750  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: What are the best exchanges for new altcoins? on: January 10, 2017, 06:08:20 AM
You should not give up from the deepest ones

If Market Cap is bigger than USD 20.000.000, it is relatively safe compared to others.

In the stock market,
BitTrex, and poloniex are deeper altcoin markets than the others.

I would not wipe my ass with that list..
Garbage from top to bottom except BTC / LTC.

Ripple is number fucking 3 ? hahhahah
yeah because they just silently unloaded another 333 million coins on the market to jump past LTC.

It's been that way for about 2 years now which is why i quit trading.
I refused to support the scammy garbage in that shitty list.
..simply for profit.

Get some integrity Investards.  Roll Eyes
2751  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: CRYPTSY stopping withdraw locking accounts without notifying users! Class Action on: January 10, 2017, 05:14:08 AM
I find it odd the silence coming from the various US authorities.
You mean to tell me they got wind of this and other incidents like GOX..
and.. well ? NOTHING.

REALLY ? SERIOUSLY ?  Shocked

Mark & Paul have plenty to spend on coke & hookers after stealing a half billion dollars.
And apparently no one gives two shits ..except the lawyers hoping to snag a percentage of a class action lawsuit.

Hey Americans i hope you are enjoying your "Justice".  Roll Eyes
What this tells the world is hey, "crypto coins" ..ALL ABOARD THE SCAM TRAIN CHOOO CHOOOO !

For example the guys at Bittrex or BTCe or Poloniex could say hey know what ?
..we been haxed.  Cry

Then wander off with the ill gotten booty.. with nary a police officer in sight.

FUDtorial:
I have to hope these guys get caught and punished hard.
Otherwise i am concerned with what will eventually end up playing out in the future (more victims)

Just remember people the chanting of NO LAWS and "Free Market" has consequences.
After all it nearly collapsed the US economy..
Funny Allan Greenspan was warned for ages by his board members that they needed to put in *some* type of regulations or things are going to collapse like a house of cards.
He refused.
He kept saying no, the markets will not let their cash cow fail.. It did !

Now here we are RIGHT AFTERWARDS repeating it all with "Crypto Coins"

Don't get me wrong i am not advocating a bunch of crappy laws jammed down our throat we don't want.
I am saying something should be done with law / regulations and hopefully we can have a say in it all.
It's possible these victims would not be out money had their been at least some basic laws governing exchange transparency.
It's possible these guys would have been caught far sooner screwing with the numbers behind closed doors.

I started out against any laws etc.
But in time i couldn't see how it all could be sustained in a healthy way with out *some*.
Are you all content to just leave it as it is knowing full well any of these exchanges can simply walk off with your money with no repercussions ?
Are you all willing to say hey.. it just comes with the territory ?
Is that the price you are willing to pay to have your "Free Market" to get your ROI's ?
Don't forget..
A lot of that money was ear marked for crypto currency productions that are set back now because of theft of funds.
These hack incidents are a set back in many ways not readily apparent.
Not to mention the ugly black eye the scene gets when shit like this goes down.

I dunno.. whatever.. enjoy your FUD guys hahahha  Grin  Cool

Hello OP, I think it is more good move on service or service discussion section on this forum,
and it is not suitable on altcoins discussion.
It will be more profesional service on the right place than on wrong section is like this.

I was thinking that earlier too.
I would not be surprised to see staff move this.
That is why they have a report button guys LOL
2754  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think "iamnotback" really has the" Bitcoin killer"? on: January 10, 2017, 04:00:52 AM
It's easy to be a critic.. not as easy to create a brand new perfect system.
Bitcoin has thus far been the finest attempt at the holy grail of a crypto currency.
Satoshi's implementation was a masterful and genius solution to apparent problems.

Step back and look at we have here.
It was not done sooner because it took a Satoshi (or a few guys acting as "Satoshi") to pull it off.
These types of visions + the ability to actually code them are rare.
I know i have done it and put my money where my mouth is.

For example..

I was Google searching a line of LG cell phones some years back to see if i could get free content on my phone via Piracy.
I ended up at XDA then Howard forums..
I was told unanimously by the world that it was (and i fucking quote) "Impossible because of DRM"

They were dead wrong !
If it runs it can be cracked.

I AM a cracker so i DECIDED your ass is mine and i WILL have my victim.
I spent many hours each day pounding away at it for a good 2 or 3 months.
(With no previous cell phone cracking experience of any kind before i might add)
After bricking my phone really REALLY fucking badly countless times.. I GOT IT !

Turns out the squakers on the web shooting their mouth off were wrong.. REALLY fucking wrong.
I laughed because there was NO "DRM" at all  Cheesy
Turns out it was simply a custom database storage format used to keep track of what app's and games were installed onto the OS.
So..
All i had to was figure out how it was structured and then how to recreate it.

So i opened Visual Studio on Windows and created a new project called "LG Mobile Tools"
I created two variants.. x86 and x64.
I created a GUI for it with MFC for the purpose of adding custom content to the phone.
Normally my service provider had a super small selection of games only that cost $10 each.
But there was free sites online with thousands of games + app's.. but we were not allowed to add them.
The only drawback of my program was that i had to use "Bitpim" to extract the original database files from the phone then input them into my program then select add new content then put them back on my phone with Bitpim again.
Later i had hoped to add USB connection capability to my program but never got around to it.
BUT it DID work and still works to this day.. right now !

Get it ?

It's a bit different loitering around shooting your mouth off than it is CREATING shit that is complete and works as intended.
I am the type of guy who would get a vision and create it.. i have the long track record of doing exactly that.. other wise i do not code anything ever.
I code / crack because i have a clear plan and a goal i intend on achieving.

But i sure as hell am not smart enough to make a new crypto coin.
I am a self taught programmer with gaps of missing knowledge and i also have horrendous math skills.
So in that respect i am sure as hell no where in the same league as many of these guys that make coins.
I am in fact an arm chair quarter back around here.
I made no secret of it either.

I am not the one posting something.. i am entitled to criticize these new "coins"
Or when a guy says he has the "Bitcoin Killer".

Shelby ?
All i heard is in the fucking 80's or some shit he worked on a what he calls a "famous" program.
..with others.
Big difference than making shit on your own (in a reasonable time frame)

Yup.. i am skeptical  Cheesy

Will Monero dip when the hard fork happens?

lol  Scheduled Monero hard fork was 4 days ago, so you can exactly see if there was a dip or not.
Next will be in Autumn 2017. So far we had 2 per year, so i think will be same in 2018. You should put them in your calendar, so you dont miss them by 4 days.

Meanwhile on the monero exchanges

Any real world use cases implemented already? In other words does the code have bugs?

No this is 3-4 years tested. A contract has never been lost in BitHalo or Bitbay.

Its been used in the past to buy/sell coins and mining gear, someone sold playing cards on the markets... various sales happen now and then. We want to see more people using it. And since this thread advertises guarantor contracts you don't have to deposit at all, only the guarantor takes the risk, pays you a dollar to learn it.

The Advertising vibe / slant is a bit of a turn off but that concept is interesting.
I was having a jab at "smart contracts" in general.. a notorious buzzword.
I still am not entirely sure what the fuck it's suppose to mean LOL
And shit, if Ethereum could make me a sandwich and polish off me ole' pink-mixer ?
