This question on Bitcoin.Stackexchange mentions a method. Security researcher Dan Kaminski discusses how to link a Bitcoin address to an IP in Black Ops of TCP/IP 2011 (Black Hat USA 2011). The highrollers are getting all the spoils.   Sad

The guy in second place in the wagering contest we were talking about yesterday did all that betting on a 2x reward weekend. That means he got 37,651,596 reward points and can not only get an iPhone X but a Samsung Gear VR and whatever else he wants.

What do you actually think the point of having a reward system is? Who do you think the big Casino hotels give out free rooms, free drinks and the rest to? I don't think it is the guys that turn up with empty pockets and never gamble their money.

Would you guys ever consider adding an auto roll for the roulette?

I am pretty sure there is no point in adding auto roll for roulette. If you want to use auto roll like that you might as well use dice instead.

Roulette is more of a funner game than dice and that's why in a physical casino you usually have a Roulette table and no such thing as a dice table.

Whatever odds you are going for, you might as well configure your dice wagering and percentage and its kind of like dice. Basically no different than the people who want to play the lotto when they can just play dice on 9900x.

I'm thinking it would be more for people who play certain number(s) or maybe are trying for the jackpot or something. It would get tiring and repetitive to keep clicking a few hundred times. If you never change the settings you bet with it would make it easier if there was an auto roll. Just a suggestion though. I don't really play much roulette so it doesn't matter to me one way or another Smiley

There is a way to do it, although it lacks a stop on win that would be useful when chasing a single number.

Is there any chance that you could also add some auto-play functionality to the roulette on Crypto-Games?
I don't think there's a bot available for this, right? Even if there was, I'm not a big fan of having to install an app on my pc just for this.
You can use the in-browser console to set up a simple auto betting.
Place your chips on the numbers you want to bet, then open the console (via right click on the game table) and enter
Code:
var autoBet = setInterval(spin, 1000);
Once you want to stop betting, enter
Code:
clearInterval(autoBet);
The 1000 is the delay in this case, which you can increase to slow down your autobet, but shouldn't decrease.

I'm starting to dislike ChipMixer.
Some of its campaigners are heavily and regularly fluffing in mega threads*.
Maybe its hard to detect for manager, maybe he is oblivious to it, idk but in my opinion such frequent, anodyne discussions between same campaign members are harmful for the image of any given company, not to mention forum usefulness. DarkStar please fix.
(Interconnection; cause and effect; note: its not about ANY particular member )*

Before I accepted the position of managing the Freebitco.in threads I checked with DarkStar_ to make sure it was OK. I also suggested to him that I didn't expect to be paid for my posts in their threads. He told me that there are currently no restrictions. I don't consider responding to customers to be fluffing in mega threads, I consider it doing what the site owner pays me to do. I'll leave DarkStar_ to determine which posts he considers to be constructive and eligible for payment.

As I said I had more than thousand tickets and I dont buy lottery tickets. So my point in this is I wouldn't had that much tickets if every sunday tickets goes to zero. What would have possibly special about this week Huh

There was nothing special. You get 2 free tickets for every FREE BTC roll you play, 1 ticket for every roll your referrals play and 1 ticket for every 0.00000500 BTC that you wager in the MULTIPLY BTC game. Every Sunday the winners are drawn at which point everyone's number of tickets is reset to zero.

Click on the word "REFER" on the top line of the page.

If one of my refer is using 1000% bonus, do I also get 50% of his bonus?

No. Go to the "REFER" on the top line of the page like I just asked you to and you will see this:

Base prize obviously means excluding bonuses.

Dear TheQuin & concerned fellow forumsters, don't you think that freebitcoin thread turned in to a definition of a spamfest?*

I have this sticking suspicion that it is partly your fault. No offens of course, this is not an personal attack.
I do believe that you are doing your best, basically no question is left unanswered. However in the long run this may harm the image of our last good faucet, some post are clearly simple triggers or blunt trolling that are not even worthy of reading, not to mention responding. You doing your job, are the main cause for trolls to post, you are the attention giver, in a manner of speaking.
I have seen this before, when wetsuit was still around, I'm assuming he left because of this among other reasons and the thread went civilized again. Obviously I'm not trying to get rid of you... far from it. Do not pay attention to my condescending tone, this is just to express my concern about usefulness of this thread and clarity on forum. My advice is to care a bit less. I'm more then sure that wetsuit would approve and share my opinion. *(rhetorical)

Interconnection took me an hour to decide whenever to post this or not, concluding: it must have been done

I appreciate your comments and concerns. It is always a difficult choice between feeding the troll and leaving lies and unfounded allegations unanswered. Many people reading those and seeing no rebuttal will, unfortunately, believe them.

I used to rebut that stuff when I had no reason to, and as a result, wetsuit approached me and asked me to look after these threads because in his words I was already doing the job for free. I do chat with him frequently and he reads the threads even when his profile shows he hasn't logged in. I'm doing what he pays me to do.

I lost 0.004 satoshi with freebitco.in. I .did not print them and in my statistics there is no conclusion. tell me where to write to freebitco.in to me returned Satoshi.

How did you lose them? I'm sorry that YOU didn't print them but I don't think that's how Satoshi's work.
2753  Economy / Economics / Re: HOW DOES COINMARKETCAP and EXCHANGE COMPUTE Coin % CHANGE on: July 30, 2018, 04:22:31 PM
They have their FAQ and your question has been answered there (see quote below). If you want more information on how coinmarketcap works,  just go to https://coinmarketcap.com/faq/

Quote
In what time zone is the site based?
Data is collected, recorded, and reported in UTC time unless otherwise specified.

At what time is the 24 hour % change based?
It's based on the current time. It's a rolling 24 hour period.

That's also why it is almost completely useless to a trader. You want to the % change against a fixed reference point so you can spot things that are making large moves. Using a rolling 24hr means that the % can also change rapidly due to a move that happened yesterday. All fiat trading systems use a fixed reference point including forex markets that trade 24/5.
2754  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in - Win free Bitcoins every hour! on: July 30, 2018, 03:29:01 PM
Will this not turn into a 3 horse race, where the same 3 horses will take turns, winning the prizes?

It doesn't tend to work like that with high rollers. I witnessed similar competitions on other sites and you usually get people coming in just to try and get the top prize and then never coming back. This might be a little different as the top two are winning quite a bit from their gambling as well, so I wouldn't be surprised to see them both try again next month, but I don't think it will turn into a regular pattern.

I really can't imagine that we would ever punish someone for winning and bar them from next months competition.
2755  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in - Win free Bitcoins every hour! on: July 30, 2018, 02:59:58 PM
Usually what I saw is only 2x and 5x,

AGAIN. 2 is normal so 5x gives 10.

or even pay attention

So please refrain from picking a random post that I have already answered every week and then saying something that is wrong because you don't know what you are talking about.

If you have any questions or problems with our service I'll always be happy to help you but I would ask you to refrain from making your post count in this thread because you just mislead our customers and waste my time correcting you.

I'm not the only one that doesn't appreciate your contributions to a service thread.

It honestly baffles me you have not yet been banned for spamming/posting nonsense comments. So much wrong information in a single post, while even quoting those posts that have the correct information.

Can someone explain in simple terms what the current issue with the botnet is about?

It is not just a current issue it is a permanent issue for any site that has a faucet. They sign up tens of thousands of accounts and extract large sums of money.
2757  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bitmex Alternatives on: July 30, 2018, 10:03:12 AM
Only ever trust an exchange that has no financial interest in the outcome of your positions.
In other words, fully decentralized peer to peer exchanges.

I fiat markets it works differently. Only trust the centralised exchanges. If I want to trade forex I wouldn't go to a forex broker because there is no guarantee they are placing my trades to be filled by other traders rather than taking the other side themselves. I use currency futures on CME instead because they just provide an order matching engine for a fixed fee. My broker and clearinghouse just charge a fee for their services and none of them as an interest in whether I profit or not.

If the merit abusers are not tagged anymore, why is this thread open ? To keep an eye on them if they break other rules ?

The OP seems to have abandoned the whole thing a long time ago. I guess they didn't get around to locking the thread.
2759  Other / Meta / Re: [List] Suspected users that are abusing merit 3.0 on: July 30, 2018, 09:03:11 AM
I see comments here that merits are not being moderated and these merit abusers cannot be tagged for this. But I see some profiles tagged with the comment "merit farming". Can someone explain ?

It is not that they can't be tagged just that very few are. Generally, there needs to be a very high level of certainty before someone in default trust will tag them.
2760  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in - Win free Bitcoins every hour! on: July 30, 2018, 08:29:11 AM
I think we should have a biggest loser competition at some point and see who wins/loses that one?

That would be something I could take part in. I had a chat with wetsuit earlier and the 2 fighting it out are both winning. Some guys get all the luck.

Longest losing streak on a 50% roll? Or maybe worst single loss calculated as stake*win chance? So 0.1 BTC lost on a 90% win chance is worse than the same amount lost on a 50% win chance.

I was kind of joking. I'm not sure if running a promotion based on losing is the best advertising strategy for a gambling business.

I'm pleased to be able to say that the wagering contest has been a successful promotion and we've now decided we will run it again next month.

So make use of these special banners and advertise your referral link where gamblers can be found.  Wink
