No, it's possible to identify from the beginning if you have little time to analyze. Check their project, team, whitepaper. It will be easy to find out. This cannot be completely stop as it's impossible, but at least we can minimize it.

Lots of people have left bounty hunting because now bounty is no more profitable compare to the previous back in 2017. But at the end, it is still good to promote some good projects and have some good profit. I think changes in market will also attract bounty hunter again. |

Hope you are talking about the recently concluded T20 international between New Zealand and India, the man of the match was Krunal Pandya and i am not sure who you are talking about. Did not expect the Indians could bounce back in this match as none of their major players are playing, the bowlers tired their best to restrict the New Zealand score and they started out really well and they chased the score well without loosing many wickets.
