I'm too a long time user of coinbase but now I'm ditching it in favor of others as the fees are very high and I cannot set the fee myself. I'm using a freebitcoin deposit address for now as it also gives you interest and auto withdrawal is free of fees.

Many people will choose Ethereum as best, stable, and more officially than other cryptocurrencies. It's platform for other tokens. i heard there is Eth and Eth classic... is there any difference on that Yes, sure. Now these are different currencies, eth is an improved version of what is now called etc. I think right now that is worth the investment of bitcoin if for long term investment. Except for trading maybe altcoin can be a good alternative.
True. It is hard to believe but bitcoin seems to always be a good long-term investment. No matter how high the price may seem, it goes up over and over again. As for the investment - op, I suggest you to go on coinmarketcap, look at the first 30 coins in the list and, if you want to do trading, just invest in those coins which have their price decreased. At first you should look at the news, though. If some technical issues led to price going down - investment is a bad idea. If the coin has been recently going up crazily and now is down - perhaps it's better to wait as well. If the coin had quite a stable price and was slightly going up with time + now the price is lower - go for it! ETH is a risky investment as it's already very high compared to similar coins. NEO is growing and will grow rapidly for some time. So, it could be a nice catch for short term. |

We can say that every ICO is SCAM, but I think REcoin isn't SCAM. Their idea is good, and we need to wait & see how ICO is going.
Yup. All tokens are scams to some extent. The value for the tokens would be decided by the users itself and there can be many factors manipulating it. It's about how long they can manipulate. |

Most of the ICOs here are Pyramid Scheme. They are just created and pumped to a fake value. If you are able to dump your tokens in right time, you may profit. |

I have a CUDA supported GPU and can mine from it easily using minergate app without any issue.  But my GPU is not detected by Nicehash  I also get my GPU running from other CUDA supported miners (some with self close issues) What am I missing here? |

I'm glad ripple is expanding I know plenty of people who are invest but I just cant do it...I mean don't you guys see this coin as the Anti Crypto? Sure its a well structured idea but I means the whole idea of crypto is to be decentralized right? Unless you don't mind throwing principles out the window.
True. Though being advertised as a cryptocurrency, the Ripple pvt co. is as centralized as possible and would probably sell users data to the authorities like the traditional payment gateways do. |

I don't think the motive of all of them are similar but ICO are not as free and open investment for investors as to invest directly in the bankroll.
There are still few established sites letting investor to directly invest in bankroll and I hope they'll continue to do so.

Addicted/addicting = is the activity that you've been doing again and again. You are a different type of gambler, not all the gamblers have the same attitude with you.
Not everyone can be addicted but some people could be heavily addicted when they play. For someone like me, it is hard for me to get out of my addiction, that is why the only way for me to "stop" is to keep playing with smaller amount so that I wont really have to keep thinking about it when I do other things but i think very little people may not be addicted. In my opinion it's the opposite, there are very little people who are addicted because if majority of gamblers are addicted then for sure ti will raise alarm to the government to ban gambling. The government are making money through taxes from licensed casino and they would not grant license if it's harmful for the majority of the people, it's only harmful to some who are not gambling responsibly. maybe it just happen in offline gambling places but in online gambling site, we don't know the truth because many online gamblers that is still playing gambling in their home and hiding their IP to not tracked by any of law. the government can not make alarm for this and i think they are difficult to track the gamblers. and because of this, many people is become to an addicting person in gambling and they can play many gambling games in each of gambling sites. 1. Human by nature want's to get more than what he work for. That's why he is always looking for easy profit. 2. Human want to take risk and taking risk is a good form of entertainment as it increases your Adrenalin waiting for the result. |

People would rather do arbitrage bet themselves than giving their fund to someone unknown.

Is there any coin worth mining with an i7-7700?
I looked into Monero, but it doesn't seem profitable. I am mining SIGT with 2xGPU, but I thought I might aswell put my CPU to use when I'm not using it.

There are enough CPU-only coins. Try ZOI, MAGI, VRM, HEXX. You can check your possible profitability by using YIIMP Bench web-page. I think CPU-mining is a long term investment so choose a coin, mine it for 2-3 month and forget about it for 2-4 month and The profit can be good. How can I mine these CPU coins? Never heard of them? You can search for them. But most of the coins so called to be CPU-only are in a short time realized to be minable with other computing graphics cards with some tweaks. So, the CPU mining profit works only with the new coins. Use your hardware for your choice of coin, trying new coins from your CPU. Who knows, what coin will be the next hit. |
