Assuming yifu is telling the truth,,,how long should it normally take if the 130k chips just left the factory? are we back to 8-10weeks delivery time,,,,and anyone know what is the oldest order placed and by whom that hasn't received yet, and the following consecutive placed orders from that point? I thought someone was tabulating that in one of the threads....trying to get a start point all over again...
130K of chips are just 13 orders. thats nothing. Zefir alone has 7 pending orders from april. |

Yes, because it makes complete sense to assemble chips into units, mine for them for a month then remove and ship them.
no need to remove them or anything. just order another batch of worthless asics for all the suckers from bitcointalk. or refund, and keep the interests. |

We were just about to try and see if we can put forward a refund request for the 10k order, but now that seems like it's going out of the table.
After receiving the samples, who now knows when the complete order will be shipped, it'll be interesting to see.

Can you take an upclose picture of the new sample chips? would be interesting to see which week these ones were produced.
I don't have my camera with me right now, and the phone camera doesn't work this close. But, this is whats printed on the chips: P6N41613272C. Manufactured in week 27. Between 1st and 8th of July. zefir's first batch was produced in mid june. if they are now shipping sample chips from july batch, Yifu didnt place his orders on time, or didnt pay on time foundry, or something like that! there is no other reason or explanation why avalon didnt ship the sample chips from earlier batches! and those chips from leaked pictures were used for the production of Avalon b3 mining rigs. |

On Steamboat's thread, a different group buyer reported to have received his sample chips and there was no update on his Avalon order page. That means that Avalon is shipping things out to people without tracking numbers. Not stellar news, but at least there is some movement. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=192916.msg2923161#msg2923161Marto's first batch was ordered on June 17th. If the 30 sample chips he just received were the standard test batch sent for orders, then they had to be for his order placed on 6/17. My point is, if they are starting preliminary fulfillment of June orders, the May orders should be coming very quickly.
