2741  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will TRX go to new ATH on: March 31, 2021, 06:52:41 PM
Justin sun is working hard on tron and now soon we will see NFT on tron.
Binance is also doing a trading competition that has pushed btt and trx price.
Will trx hit ots new ATH this time?
What are your predictions?
Well when one coin doesn't go up drastically, it doesn't drop drastically because people are not looking at it too much. When a coin goes up a lot, that means there is a lot of people with money that wants to buy that coin and that is the reason why it goes up so much, that's the main reason at least, there could be some news or something but that's still comes down to making people want to buy that coin in the end. And when it goes down, there are people who care about it enough that they own it and they follow it and they want to sell and get out, they want to cash out, it could be any reason but it needs to be a situation where it goes down.

Tron has neither of them, which is why one can't happen without the other, if people didn't get hyped and bought a lot of tron, then how could they hype and sell a lot of it as well? That's not going to happen.
2742  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Cardano Price Predictions For End Of 2021 on: March 31, 2021, 06:12:33 PM
What are your price predictions? I bought around ~100 at $0.40. Wondering if I should throw some more money at it. It hasn't been one of my main cryptos.
I remember there was a topic about whether ADA is on Elon Musk portfolio or not. But, honestly I do not like that kind of situation where people who hold a coin wants Elon Musk to tweet about their coin so that they could make money. That is not why we are in crypto, first of all you should not be buying any crypto just because you want to make money, we all want to make money if that was the case we would all pick just one coin, pump it, and make a ton of profit and be happy, that is not the case, a coin needs to be good and have a good potential in order to go up, so even if you want to only care about your profits, you have to care about how good that project is, bad projects do not make you money.

If you think cardano could go up all by itself because it is a good project, that means you do not need Elon since price of ADA would go up even without him, that should be the aim, however if you think the only way ADA could go up is Elon tweeting about it, you should not be in it to begin with.
2743  Economy / Economics / Re: Investing only for the rich? Think again on: March 31, 2021, 05:46:53 PM
For me, Investing is for the rich but I'm not talking about your financial capability. What I'm talking about is investing is for the rich mindset. Your money will be a waste if you are investing without a rich mindset. Actually mindset is everything you need, you can become rich by having a rich and positive mindset. Investing doesn't just require a capital because you need to have a good mindset that will guide to become good in what you are doing. Focus also in acquiring knowledge first before putting your money in some investment in order for you to prevent suffering from major losses and for you to able to earn huge amount of money.
The thing is – it’s not a must that every type of investment will be the same with another investment, they are all going to be totally different, if you know what works for you then you should just go for it. The world is changing and the internet is taking and Bitcoin is the money of the internet, and I don’t see anything wrong with being part of the new trend and definitely if you invest in bitcoin now and decide to leave it for the next ten years, one thing for sure is that the value you have there will continue to increase for sure and that alone is a good reason to invest. So, you may grab those opportunity even you are not a rich right now.

I mean other investments maybe meant only for rich people and profitable only at times but bitcoin is not that category yet as it is still in its early stages. Even you can invest $100 today and it may grow 100x in next 10 years as per the past records of bitcoin investments' performances.
2744  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin mining in Texas - new trend - will Tesla follow on: March 31, 2021, 05:30:02 PM
Let’s see what’s going to happen in the years coming, if they are going to start mining bitcoin or not. But it’s not really necessary, we already have a lot of bitcoin mining companies. Though if they decide to go for it and become and Bitcoin mining company that wouldn’t be bad, I know very well that they are going to be among the companies that will be the biggest in the industry, because they already have lots of money to invest and build it to the level they would want.

Considering that Elon is planning to build a city called Starbase in Texas, I think that there is a real possibility that they will follow this trend and he might become the biggest and most green bitcoin mining in the region.
Wow, this is the first time that I’m getting to know about this Starbase you’re talking about. What’s it all about? I don’t live in the US and I don’t really follow him on any social media platform, so I am not able to catch up with any of the news that has to do with him.
2745  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What's the point of so many cryptocurrencies? on: March 31, 2021, 08:41:24 AM
Adoption from retail businesses that we can use using blockchain. that's why there are so many altcoins with various concepts. I think this is a good thing because with so many sectors that can get adoption from the blockchain, it's not just transactions. because now in particular cryptocurrency has been in the spotlight of many people for investment preferences. this is a great move for the future
With the plenty of cryptocurrencies develop we will be able to choose among them which works better, though it’s quite risky but we really need to be motivated in studying them and to know whether they will be able to get much of what that business really needs. They have specific purposes that may not suitable in other projects, we just need to know whether we really need that crypto or not.
I do not think that retail would mind, as long as we can grow on online place that would be a lot more important. Think of how many websites in the entire world where we do not have crypto accepting just yet, even the huge biggest ones like amazon and google and facebook do not accept crypto payments just yet, that is why the best place to start would be to get crypto accepted in the online world if we can achieve that we can start thinking about what we can do with the rest of the retail world.

Going to a place and paying and waiting for 30 minutes is not something that we can accept, but if we could actually make that online world work that would be simpler because you are at home buying something and you can wait 30 minutes or few hours just for it to get accepted, not like you have any rush, it would be better of course if it was quicker but bitcoin is slow and expensive unfortunately.
2746  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread on: March 30, 2021, 08:25:29 PM
Chelsea is used to winning with a new management at their early stage.
The games will tell tho
Chelsea may end up losing that's true and I agree that Porto is not a team to scoff at, all those are right. However saying Porto will school Chelsea is quite wrong as well, I mean it's prediction so you can say anything you want and people can reply whatever they want because it's just prediction, but I do not agree with the fact that Porto could dominate that game, is there a chance they could win? Of course there is but is there a chance they could end up beating the hell out of Chelsea? No way.

I think there is a bigger chance Chelsea could dominate than Porto winning, it's that much difference and Porto is not anywhere near Chelsea level, sure Chelsea may not be awesome at premier league, leading the league or something, but they are still playing in premier league and not liga nos, if Chelsea was there, they would be at the top of the standings by 10+ points.
2747  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will ADA and eth competitors get dumped if/when Ethereum 2.0 comes out? on: March 30, 2021, 07:45:56 PM
Or will they remain stable at least?

I think I like ADA anything better than what Eth can bring out. However I hold both. I started out with more eth but have just been stacking ADA because I like staking it for passive income.

You guys have any thoughts on this?
Cardano (ADA) is a good investment and the price has been going for long now, just check the chart ,it has even increased more today. ADA is one of those so called Ethereum killers that are popping out these days, just like that Polkadot, and it has been offering developers more functionalities than Ethereum (as they say), and apart from being a smart contract it is also being a store of value just like Bitcoin.

So, it has many things that it is doing and it’s also a very popular coin, though Ethereum still holds a better position, but it has able to get the a better position on Coinmarketcap list. But, we need to wait and watch what future got to unfold for all of us.
2748  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If a project gets too complicated on: March 30, 2021, 06:58:56 PM
If a crypto project gets too complicated to understand can it affect the projects adoption rate or people don't care this days where they put their money? I remember when Hex was launched many think it's a scam and so many complains about not understanding a thing about what the project is all about, what do you say ?
Lol that’s a good question. There are some people who are going to be worried about understanding what the project is all about and they are not going to buy in because they do not have a single idea of what the project is talking about, then there are so many of those whose wouldn’t mind what they are investing in, what they want to know is that they are making the profit that they need and as long that profit is coming in they are going to be steady buying that particular Coin.

Some people don’t study the coin they are investing in, they just want to believe that there is the opportunity for new projects to grow some profit.
2749  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Newbie traders - Learn from my mistakes on: March 30, 2021, 04:53:49 PM
People need to study and learn how to trade and know how to trade and when to trade in order to become a good trader. By following others you become a sheep, maybe you will get richer for a while as well but it will always mean end to you as soon as other people start to be wrong.
Learning and that too on continuous manner is usually not easy when you’re a newbie, the money you will have to spend especially when you’re the type that’s dedicated and seriously wants to learn it and start trading.

Moreover, the funny part of it all is that there will be lots of people (the so called experts) who will be by the side and looking for means that they are going to take the little money you have from you, and I completely know how frustrating this kind of a situation can be, you will keep spending and you’re getting nothing, it’s easy to get discouraged.
2750  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Strategies to trade new listing on top exchange on: March 29, 2021, 08:14:45 PM
Waiting for the price to stabilize is the right strategy, I personally don't even follow that FOMO, if you pay attention not all the prices of coins listed on the top exchanges have risen very high, that FOMO sometimes happens before the listing starts,
like FIS coin its price increased to $5 before listing on Binance, and when trading starts its price tends to be corrected.
You are right, there was so much FOMO about EOS but the coin although hasn't done badly but never quite got hyped in price ever either. There are so many coins that get listed, get hyped and the price then stabilizes.

There was a coin that recently got listed at Binance, Mantra Dao with a ticker of OM. There was a lot of hype in their telegram group and the price went big within the first few days of the listing but then the coin got back to the stabilized price. I think it is best to make sure you sell within a few days of listing of a new coin because the token is overpriced initially and slowly once the market settles, it is almost certain to come down.

Also, make sure the token you are buying has some decent market cap because some of the new tokens are just going to get pumped and then vanish from the market and a good volume at least prevents that from happening.
2751  Economy / Economics / Re: Big test for Bitcoin during the next Economic Collapse. on: March 29, 2021, 06:31:47 PM
I am starting to believe that Satoshi created Bitcoin for what’s coming next, or might come next. Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, I’m not sure about the rest of the countries, but the United Stated Federal Reserve prrrrinted inordinate amounts of U.S. Dollars to stimulate the economy, with plans to print trillions more under President Biden. All the prrrrinting and a falling GDP MIGHT be the seeds for the worst situation of an Economic Crisis. HYPERINFLATION.

Bitcoin has been criticized as a medium “for speculation”. Big test. Is it just merely “for speculation”, or an actual “safe haven”? Will Bitcoin crash together with the rest of the economy, or will everyone run to it as a Store of Value?
Nothing will happen to Bitcoin, Bitcoin has already proven for years how strong it can be. We have seen it go down  due to one challenge or the other and after it will climb. The pandemic that happened in 2020 posed a big threat to Bitcoin and a lot of people already felt it was over until it started to do what it does best at times like that, which is survival.

So, I don’t think there is another situation that will take place and Bitcoin will be affected, no it’s going to keep on increasing in value, there are times that there will be some slight decrease for sure, but those ones are not for long.
2752  Economy / Speculation / Re: A 70% Drop May Occur after BTC Hitting Around $68,700 on: March 29, 2021, 05:00:09 PM
The specific circumstances will be the institutional investors that were pumping billions in the market and once they book their profit the market will crash and there you got your circumstances  Cheesy.

Not sure whether we will be having a 70% crash, it all depends upon the market momentum and the global financial situation.
But the question is will it happen soon? We know that every single investor in the market wants to earn money that is not news, however if they really believe they are already holding the best possible asset they can possibly hold then why sell? I could believe this scenario could be approaching if we were seeing an amazing economic recovery and fiscal prudence coming from governments, are we seeing that? No, we are seeing the opposite which is what drove those institutional investors here on the first place.
I do believe that government finally handling economy a lot better would be very good for bitcoin because people who do not have money right now to invest into bitcoin will be capable of investing into bitcoin. A good economy means everyone can have some money to invest and they can have excess money for their savings account, this will increase the price of bitcoin for sure.

I do believe that governments screwing up the economy is great for bitcoin as well, we have seen that, because in the end people see that governments are handling economy horribly so they put their money into bitcoin to basically run away and not be in it when fiat gets screwed. In both cases bitcoin is the way to go, people will always pick bitcoin, it doesn't matter how the fiat economy goes, up or down, because in either direction bitcoin will be the choice of the people.
2753  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are you guys happy if bitcoin will dropped to $10k? Why? on: March 29, 2021, 04:19:38 PM
I think people without bitcoins would want it to go under 10k and that's true, but there are people with bitcoins who wants to buy more bitcoins as well, that's another approach. I have some bitcoins, as much as I can afford to buy without changing my life, and I can say that it would be great if the price went to 10k, because I will be capable of buying more bitcoins as well and I would get rich when it reaches back to 50k.

You have to realize back in the day when it was 20k and dropped under 4k people talked about how it will never be 20k again because it was a onetime thing and we blew it and will never be there ever again, but right now we are looking at something much bigger at 55k which means that we did move beyond 20k. So, if it reaches to 10k, that means we will go above 50k eventually again, and that's why I would be fine with a drop so I can buy more.
I am not sure if people who own bitcoin would want it to go to 10k, they would rather see it go up. I mean I get the notion that if it goes to 10k you will be capable of buying more and then it will return back to over 50k so you are going to make more profit from that.

However if given the choice of 100k or 10k they will pick 100k each time. Why? Because even if you can't buy more from cheaper price, on 100k that means you have just doubled your money all over again, that's a great thing and everyone would love that, you can buy later when it drops back to 50k instead, that would be much better.

I believe that going up is the only direction that people with bitcoins would want, that would be profitable for all of us, going down on the other hand is only profitable for people who hate bitcoin and would never buy it so they want us to fail, and people who do not have any and want to buy some when it drops.
2754  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: I have 5k to invest, should I buy Ripple or Litecoin? I do not want to hold on: March 28, 2021, 03:53:41 PM
The potential rewards ranked by ATH indicator are as follow:

XRP ( 712.98% ) >LTC ( 106.49% )
Litecoin is a very good coin, though I think it is underrated. I hardly see anyone mention Litecoin when they are mentioning their top favorite altcoins that they have invested their money in, they just call other altcoins and leave Litecoin. Since 2017 I have steady invested in Litecoin and it’s been on the list till now. It’s going the way I want it to, although there are times it can still fall to a direction I don’t expect, which is a normal thing with every cryptocurrency, but I am okay with it. I believe that we are yet to see the top price, even with BTC and some other altcoins.

Hence compared to XRP, I will support you to go with litecoin. XRP's fate is yet to be decided by SEC. If I were you, I will not risk my hard earned money with XRP at this time.
2755  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it so hard to make one Good coin? on: March 28, 2021, 03:29:04 PM
The issue here is the transactions fee, you sound like all of the tokens in the market have a high transaction fee. When Ethereum is not that crowded the fee is not really that bad compared to what it is now. There are so many people that are using Ethereum which is why they need to upgrade the network like Ethereum 2.0. It's easy to create a low fee token as long as it is not crowded it wouldn't really cost that much like Bitcoin and Ethereum. Most people use XRP and you could actually use other tokens even stable coin when doing the transaction and then just convert it again to Bitcoin or Etherem when the transaction is already done. Why not use stable coin if you need a low fee transaction?
And the fact is that ethereums fee will be dropping after July as well, that's when eip1559 will take into place (hopefully) and that's where the fee structure will change and everything will go down. Even on the worst possible outcome, people will stop using ethereum too much because fees are high, and they will move to something else, and that will mean there will be less people on ethereum which will make the fees a lot cheaper anyway. So, one way or another the fees will drop on ethereum eventually.

XRP being the best is a weird claim he makes as well, he could be a shill for xrp but the fact is that Ripple is still under investigation tells me otherwise, they are not the best and will never be the best with this logic, they can't compare themselves to other things by just having less fee while they lack so many things compared to other coins and also have an investigation by SEC.
2756  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Newbie traders - Learn from my mistakes on: March 27, 2021, 12:35:22 PM
Learning from experience is the best way to gain knowledge. Especially in the world of cryptocurrency trading even if we use the permium channel even though we must suffer losses.
You mean trading by other's signal? That will definitely never let you learn out of mistakes. Because you're not doing your technical part but you are simply buying signal from others then how can you can learn from the mistakes because you are not actually doing mistakes but you are copying other's mistake and you are suffering the actual losses because you are risking your capital with others knowledge.

The best traders I think are very realistic about being able to withstand losses and just making the best in a rally.
Yeah, you can simply accept your losses when you are able to cut them earlier and you can enjoy big profits when you are letting good profits grow with the trailing stop-loss. I believe this is one simple technique which will define best traders.
2757  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading without experience and knowledge on: March 27, 2021, 06:38:40 AM
Even a guy buys a good coin but he don't have knowledge about it, he's buying out of his luck.
It is a case to case basis but it is always advisable that a trader should at least help himself by making research to satisfy his buying decision.
The case of good coin is only needed when we plan up for long-term holding. Because bitcoin is a good coin but if you are buying it in the bear market like by the times of early 2018 will definitely lead to losses. So, knowledge definitely plays the bigger role here than what possibly our luck factor could lead us. I mean whether it will be a good coin or bad coin, if you are buying at the right time out of technical analysis and other information then definitely it will lead you into big profits.

It has been repeatedly said that at least you must have basic knowledge of trading, you can easily learn about trading on YouTube or Google. take advantage of the facilities that are available today and don't be lazy to learn.
Honestly these days we are having lots of resources to learn but in my opinion most of my friends are feeling lazy to learn but they want to make easy money out of crypto trading. When we are not ready to give required efforts then we cannot expect any good returns out of trading which will be true across all markets.
2758  Economy / Economics / Re: Does myanmar illustrate bitcoin's next evolution on: March 27, 2021, 03:40:52 AM
Consider if you will a future where bitcoin is widely supported across satellite internet services like Elon Musk's starlink. With users having uninterrupted access 24/7 via satellite internet based PCs and smartphones. Natural disasters could knock out local power grids, local internet service could shut down. And HODLers would still have access to their coins and electronic payment through the use of satellites in orbit and sat net phones.

While this scenario may not sound cost effective or "too futuristic" to some. There are satellite capable phones on the market for $500:

https://www.amazon.com/BlueCosmo-Inmarsat-IsatPhone-Satellite-Included/dp/B01AKR983M/

What would it take for satellite based bitcoin BTC nodes to exist.

And what would it take for users to have satellite capable communications to support a hardened orbital blockchain capable of weathering natural disasters and local power outtages?
Well you’re right, but whether satellite or the normal networks, your Bitcoin or cryptocurrencies will still be there on the internet, the best thing the government will do it’s shut down network for sometime, you will only lose access to it for that time until you’re able to get to a place where there is network connection or they (government) releases the network again.

But still having Satellite as internet would be cool, I have as well read of Google’s internet and the one of Facebook, how they are all planning to bring internet for free, although I have also heard that some network companies have kicked against that idea because it’s going to be a spoil for their business.
2759  Economy / Economics / Re: Im big fan of stable coins and this is what I think on: March 26, 2021, 06:56:19 PM
So the government will collect and mint stable coins like USDT USDC amd Other currencies like eur and gbp use it ethereum platform.

Next they will lend out the stable coins Smiley
And if we Buy Now or hold stable coins we will make good roi as we could lend out our stable coins too Smiley

I see this is coming ill hodle hard USDC.
So anyone could be the banker and lend others the stable coins who dont have them as world will go full in stable currencies
What you have just said now is something you can do with fiat, you can lend the money and get a percentage later, it’s just like a normal thing that people does. But, as for the government making use of the Ethereum platform and adopting stablecoins here, that’s not going to happen and you know that right? It’s never going to happen.

If the government has plans of creating a cryptocurrency (stablecoins) they are going to do so by making use of their own blockchain and not the ones that are available and decentralized. The government will prefer to make use of a platform that they have full control over it.
2760  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which cryptocurrencies will be around in 10 years and why? on: March 26, 2021, 12:33:22 PM
Litecoin, Bitcoin, and possibly xrp.

Litecoin is much faster, cheaper to send, way undervalued, and will become scarce as institutions buy it up. It also is easier to evolve with a collaborating development team and foundation.

Bitcoin, due to being the first one and recognizable, being used as a store of value as insecurity with fiat increases, etc.

XRP because if it is adopted by banks, despite having billions of coins, could become a mainstream tool for banks, etc.
I know three that will definitely stay, no doubt in my mind. Its bitcoin, ethereum and bnb, why? Because bitcoin is the top one and I do not think that it will change, it will always be there, as long as crypto is crypto and people use it, I think bitcoin will always be at the top.

Ethereum will be around, don't know if it will be second or not but it will be around and big name for sure, because it is one of the most used blockchains of all time, ethereum realized long ago that people should not be buying and selling you because they just like you, it should be because of a purpose and eventually ethereums current situation appeared and now we are using for millions of tokens and defi projects even though most of them are trash.

BNB will be around because binance is a HUGE company and why would they let their token to be worthless, which is why I think it will always worth something.
