For me Cryptopia is safe. I have an account there for more than 1 year. Have never experienced any obstacles until now and in my opinion, Cryptopia have a high quality support team.

Maybe China intends to protect its citizens from negative effects that bitcoin may cause in the future. However, this only one-sided action. On contrary, bitcoin will continue to spread perfectly, and China cann't intervene bitcoin just because prohibition.

More modern world, and  financial system continues to innovate. Cashless society increasing as mobility is very high. Even where i live, have little cash for necessities that sometimes cann't be replaced with creditcards.

I continue to believe, because poloniex is the most popular altcoin exchanger. As well as, i've known some of very friendly mod. They are very responsive to receiving complaints or anything from their customers. That's what keeps me going with poloniex.

Bitcoin hasn't spread evenly to many people around the world, and this's why most bitcoin holders still make it a commodity. But later, I also realized that the volatility bitcoin will decrease so its status can be like fiat.

In gambling no newbie or expert in my opinion. Point is equally risky btc to get btc. If we want to win, we also must be ready to accept losing. If still another safer way for your btc, should do something else. Gambling always invites emotions that have effect of losing concentration also btc.

What we think difficult right now, could happen in the future. However, the question is  when it actually happens (but i don't care about when). We can imagine how much tx fee applies if suppose we use withdraw from wallet exchanges to address blockchain 

Isn't it now bitcoin has become a global currency in virtual form, bitcoin marketcap has established it as the highest among others. To compete with conventional currency, bitcoin cann't be applied globally, because not all countries have readiness to accept bitcoin.
