First of all why would you send money to an unknown escrow or untrusted escrow in the first place there are some indications that a user can be trusted by their reputation there are many escrow in this forum that offer those services but if you dont like something and something is fishy then that escrow is doing some suspicious in his activity then better dont do any transaction with that person if you dont want to lose your money.

Yes it's a bubble buy a long one. Recently many people has been claiming that bitcoin is a bubble or a scam but most of this people are economist, bankers, gold investors they are mad on how can a ordinary people can make lots of money just by investing thousands that's why they spend most of their time accusing bitcoin as a ponzi scheme.
