Mining isn't good for cards. Most of them get abused via temperatures or incorrect settings.

I wouldn't touch a used GPU for anything more then 100$

How so? With the info on your ID and SSN anyone could, given the right amount of motivation:

1. Take credit cards out in your name
2. Access your tax information / reroute checks
3. Apply for a birth certificate
4. Take out loans under your name
