Good trader is a person who does market research, waits and then sells at an opportune moment.

But, these people aren't interesting to the avg joe who sees 20 YT videos of "how i made big bucks trading" daily

BNB's only asset, IMHO is that Binance is pushing it's price by those IEO airdrops where you have to hold 200 BNB for 30 days to get some tickets.
But as many has noticed, even Binance IEO days are near it's end, as the last few IEO's have been p'n'd and big dissapointment

What is Compound Protocol?

From the Web: Compound is a money market protocol on the Ethereum blockchain - allowing individuals, institutions, and applications to frictionlessly earn interest on or borrow cryptographic assets without having to negotiate with a counterparty or peer.
In short: Compound is a dapp on ETH, to which you can deposit your crypto, and receive interest for it. Something similar to a bank deposit, just a lot more flexible.

I'm not going to go into detail too much because there is an official whitepaper that explains everything and can be found on THIS LINK .

How to use Compound?

Note: For the purposes of this tutorial, I used a method that was user-friendly enough for me to be able to figure out what to do without instructions. There are several ways to use it (mostly the same way, only different tools). I tested on my cell phone, as it was the most practical for me at that moment

The first step is to install the Coinbase wallet from the Google Play store. Nothing spectacular about this, everyone knows how to do it (Apple store has it as well, just saying).
After the wallet is installed, APP starts and some things are setup. You can importat a wallet or create a new one. Once everything is set up, we have a standard wallet to which crypto is deposited.



Once the crypto arrives, we use a "built-in" dapp explorer that is part of the Coinbase wallet to open Compound.



We'll get a list of commonly used dapps here, and scroll until we find Compound




After the dapp loads, we choose the option to connect the wallet. Once connected, It will show us if we have any of the funds available for deposit.




We click on the currency we want to put in Compound, and choose how much




I don't have a lot of ETH in that wallet right now, because I transferred it all to DAI. And interest on ETH is extremely low. But after the funds are deposited, we have an overview that tells us how much those funds are worth in FIAT and what the interest rate is. In particular, DAI is changing a lot, but some average is 8% per year. 48 hours ago it was 25%.





For now, this is it. Crypto is deposited into Compound, and every now and then the quantity grows as they pay interest every couple of hours.
I'll keep track of how the system behaves, it's promising for now, so we'll see.

On an end note, DYOR and invest only as much as you can afford to lose if something goes wrong.

Ukratko: Compound je dapp na ETH, na koje možete našraviti deposit crypta, i za to dobivati kamatu. Nešto slično oročenju u bankama, samo mnogo fleksibilnije.

Neću previše drviti o tome, jer postoji službeni whitepaper koji sve objašnjava i nalazi se na OVOM LINKU.


Kako se koristiti Compound?

Napomena: Za potrebe ovog tutorijala, koristim način koji je meni bio dovoljno user friendly da mogu bez upute skužit kako što. Ima više načina kako se koristi (uglavnom je isti način, samo drugi toolovi). Testirao sam na mobitelu, pošto mi je to u tom trenu bilo najpraktičnije

Prvi korak je instalacija Coinbase walleta sa Google Play storea. Ništa spektakularno u ovom, svatko zna.
Nakon što se wallet installira, pokrene se APP i setupiraju se neke stvari. Može se importat wallet ili napraviti novi, svejedno. Nakon što je sve setupirano, imamo standardni wallet na koji se  deposita crypto.



Nakon što crypto sjedne, koristimo "built-in" dapp explorer koji se nalazi kao dio Coinbase walleta.



Tu ćemo dobiti listu često korištenih dapp-ova, i scrollamo dok ne nađemo Compound




Nakon što se dapp loada, odabiremo opciju da se poveže sa walletom. Nakon povezivanja, pokazat će nam da li imamo išta od sredstava koji se daju oročiti.




Kliknemo na valutu koji želimo staviti u Compound, i odaberemo koliko




Trenutno nemam puno ETH na tom walletu, jer sam ga sve prebacio u DAI. A i kamata na ETH je iznimno niska. No, nakon što se sredstva oroče, imamo overview koji nam govori koliko ta sredstva vrijede u FIAT-u i kolka je kamata. Konkretno za DAI se dosta mijenja, no neki prosjek je 8% godišnje. Prije 48 sati od trenutka pisanja ovog posta je bila i 25%.





Za sada je to to. Crypto se stavi u Compound, i svako malo se gleda kako količina raste, jer isplaćuju kamatu svakih par sati.
Pratit ću kako se sustav ponaša, za sada je obečavajuće, pa ćemo vidjeti.

Još jedna napomena za kraj, DYOR i ulažite samo onoliko koliko si možete priuštiti izgubiti ukoliko nešto pođe krivo.

Cekao bi jedno mjesec dana za svaku konfirmaciju, dok se ne bi odrljalo mislim 2000 blokova da se difficulty update-a.
Tu bi nastala panika, jer niko ne bi mogao ništa prodat osim onog što već imaš na exchange-u.

Desilo se to jos 2017 kada je bio onaj BTC/BCH rat, pa je transaction fee znao biti po $100 i čekalo se po 15 sati za konfirmaciju

Edit: I desit će se opet ako BTC ode na ATH, pa ekipa počne masovno slat BTC na exchange i prodavat. BTC je limitiran s brojem transakcija, i osim ako stavis ogroman fee, čekaš i blejiš dok se queue ne očisti.

Question is, are those exchanges under any such juridistiction? Does the law in those countries recognize it as illegal?

Most exchanges are regiateres in Malta, and Estonia, and i have a feeling there is a reason for that.

Besides, you'd have to prove it. At worst, i think its gray area because you as an observer dont see who made the trade, and to know that you'd need awarant from the authorities, due to GDPR and other privacy laws.

Would you be OK with, lets say Binance giving anyone your trade history? Especially since 75% of crypto is hidden from any tax?
