What does Bob say? something about his balls tingling... I dunno.  But I am getting some of that...

I have not had this feeling about BTC since early 2017.  And this time it is MUCH STRONGER.

I just had a smaller version of this come at me considering the (only) other coin I follow last week, and it broke both BTC and USD levels yesterday...

But that "tingling" was nothing compared to this.

And we are just getting started I think.

The countdown begins.
Ignition sequence engaged.
We are go for launch.

I cannot draw an exponential curve for this... but I also think we have pretty good support ~ 0.0094-0.0095.  This kooky nest of straight lines will have to stand in for the curve...

Well!  I was surprised to see my pick-up-sticks were still on this graph... but the parabolic rise seems to be playing along fairly well.  I sure hope this is more than just a little interest...

2765  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: October 09, 2020, 04:54:12 PM
Starting to move!

I still think $13,000 - $14,000 at least by the end of 2020. I hope nobody is still relying on significant dips to load up because we’re not seeing under $10,000 again.

As much as it is just ASKING FOR Vegeta to come back to taunt us, I actually really agree with the above.

I have begun to at least obscure it from Vegeta by saying:

I just want to point out that...

$1000 candles are now single digit percentage moves.

And I think they always will be.  In fact I think soon enough they will be under 1% moves.

Oh crap.  Why'd I hafta go and say that. Smiley

Whoomp

It's a little early to bake a cake for sure... but there *appears* there could be volume behind this too!
2767  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [XMR] Monero Speculation on: October 09, 2020, 04:06:16 PM
You guys beat me to it...

If we can decisively break this then I think we go to the next orbit.  This seems a little quick to me, but... hey?
2768  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: October 09, 2020, 02:04:56 PM
It worries me how excited people are over a tiny, random, upward blip that's obviously part of the normal fluctuations of bitcoin's proven downward trend. Without question the price will be back below $10k before the end of the year as the market continues its long term decline toward triple digits and below.

Triple digits is not specific enough... 100k is triple digits.. I am seeing between 250-500k once we start the upward run of the S curve.

But I suppose you are right...

It's funny you bring this up.  I have just been doing some looking into the places that are pushing volume, particularly the "legit ones"

Because I would think we could know something about where the volume is coming from if we know who trades where as in China, etc.  Or if it is likely to be a single actor.  If Polo is the big volume that second theory kind of lights up a little.
2773  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: October 07, 2020, 05:06:47 PM
So fortunately/unfortunately we can't just keep going like this...  I suppose the usual resolution is a downward break after this many tests...  But I dunno. We are not in a bear right now, I'd think.

30m (I know.. weird...)

Can you understand Spanish?

This is a guide for this, complete with a 3D printable model to properly stamp the words.

Their stamping jig is way better than mine.  But I also designed a simple one if anyone wants the .stl just pm me.  It's for 1" washers.

Well Masterluc's alter ego predicted it all:

2776  Economy / Speculation / Re: [WO] The Origins of Antifa ☭ on: October 04, 2020, 01:02:37 AM

There were liberals in the republic party and conservatives in the democratic party.

Rhino 🦏 was a nonexistent concept.

The most dangerous thing possible has happened right wing and extreme right wing are all republican.

left wing and extreme left wing are all democrats.

Bipartisanship is shot. It is a fucking mess.

Yeah.  That's exactly what I just tried to say, but better.  It actually scares me a little bit.  i feel like we have come to a place (at least in the US, but from here it really looks like lots of places in the world) where we are in some strange sort of peril.
2777  Economy / Speculation / Re: [WO] The Origins of Antifa ☭ on: October 04, 2020, 12:52:23 AM

But one of the things the left is fucking good at?  Rebranding.

When I was a conservative it meant fiscally conservative and now it means socially (religiously) conservative.

The right has been hijacked.

Irony abounds.

You got that right.

I don't know what the right is anymore.  It has splintered into several factions... Neocon hawks that are actually democrats, and conspiracy theorists.  While the left has become the actual thing that they are saying the right is... Just the mirror image. Basically woke fascists.

I seriously think it could be the prelude to the (some sort of?) Apocalypse. Lol.

2778  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [XMR] Monero Speculation on: October 03, 2020, 02:55:49 PM
So... I think it's pretty good news that we most likely have pretty good technical support above 9 even in the worst cases (that are not that support breaking):

I cannot draw an exponential curve for this... but I also think we have pretty good support ~ 0.0094-0.0095.  This kooky nest of straight lines will have to stand in for the curve...

2779  Economy / Speculation / Re: [WO] The Origins of Antifa ☭ on: October 03, 2020, 12:13:21 AM

Not many people in the US or anywhere for that matter identify themselves as communists anymore, or even socialists.

Of course people are not going to identify with the failed political ideology responsible for more deaths than any other in the history of the world.

But one of the things the left is fucking good at?  Rebranding.

But that doesn't mean we are not staring at the same toilet full of shit.

Also... in my lifetime I can't thank of may words that seem to be more incorrectly used that "fascist".  I think most people using it have some smeary definition in their head that they equate with "the beliefs of people who I think are bossy and mean".  And this is the picture they hold in their head as they raise their fists and command some innocent couple trying to eat dinner repeat the words the (actual) fascists are screaming at them.

Irony abounds.

Little pullback/healthy retrace

what do you think?

I think Bitcoin is acting like China banned it and it's 2016, and will soon realize that the Bitmex thing is totally different and net good for the Bitcoin economy.  And I think XMR is going to hang out in this trading range for a while.
