2761  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Ethereum: Welcome to the Beginning on: December 19, 2017, 11:28:25 PM
I think $1000 will be before christmas ( maybe today or tomorrow)

At this rate, we may see $2,500 by end of January.

will see soon...,what is going on ..... but now just BTC money transfer to ETH
Crypto has always been swinging back and forth between Fiat <-> Bitcoin <-> Altcoins. So no surprises here.
2762  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] 🔥Tokugawa Coin 🔥 Japanese Masternode 🔥1000% ROI🔥Buy in ICO on: December 19, 2017, 11:26:34 PM
Too much ROI lolol
It's gonna be dump
The ROI is in TOK, not USD. So it's just a way to lure fools who don't understand what they are buying. Just another ponzi/scam. Wink
2763  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Dogecoin. 2017 will be $ 1 in December. on: December 19, 2017, 11:25:39 PM
You're disillusion if you think DOGE will reach $1 within 3 years. The giant supply should be enough to tell you that. From today's price it would be roughly a 200x to reach $1.
Once BTC goes to 500k or even 1000k it wouldn't be that far fetched to see Doge at $1. And BTC at >500k within 3 years doesn't seem impossible either. I wouldn't hold my breath though.
2764  Other / Off-topic / Re: What will the world be like in 100 years on: December 19, 2017, 11:24:19 PM
Personally i don't see the world existing in the 100 years but should in case the world exist in the next 100 years then lit of invention and technological innovation would have taken over. Bitcoin and other coins will become universal currency
What makes you think it would cease existing?
2765  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: STRAT IS A SLEEPING GIANT ! on: December 19, 2017, 11:23:22 PM
I will join in after this correction. I have always be regretted of selling. When we believe in a project we need to sustain our investment. This project is solid and deserves to be one of the major assets.
People should get into a habit of having at least two portfolios in crypto. One for "never touch again long-term investments" and one for "I'll try to day trade or trade swings". That way you'll never have a significant issue with FOMO or FUD.
2766  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: WARNING DeepOnion is a SCAM, proof inside! on: December 19, 2017, 11:21:43 PM
but how it is different from any other POS coin?!
It's not. Some coins like bitcore or smartcash are also doing exactly the same distribution like DO by paying % of your balance every week/month.
DO just has the most amount of hype Grin

you'd better register on depponion's forum and earn really good numbers of onion like 100-150 per week be posting posts about deeponion.  so you'l start receive some coins extra like POS without investing your money
so instead of wasting your time postig here - post there and earn money  Roll Eyes Wink
True, maybe he should do something productive for a change Smiley
Because currently he either prevents smart people from making good profits or prevents not smart people from becoming smart Wink

If DeepOnion won't be revolutionary on tech features, it WILL be an icon of community building.  These first few weeks have been gold.  No complaints.
Of course you have no complaints. If you did you'd get banned. Cheesy
2767  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Money can buy happiness? on: December 19, 2017, 11:20:58 PM
Rich people are not the most happiest people in this world .
Popstars and actors seem like the most depressed. Cheesy
2768  Other / Off-topic / Re: What do you think is the ultimate waste of your money? on: December 19, 2017, 11:19:14 PM
for me Expensive restaurants that serve tiny portions
Those restaurants aren't about "getting stuffed". They're meant to be an experience similar to listening to well composed music (classic, jazz, prog rock, etc). Some of them really are just overpriced jokes though, but a well-crafted meal is an experience that I would pay for without batting an eye.

On another note, the biggest waste of money would be keeping it in a bank account to me.
2769  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Best crypto to buy now? on: December 19, 2017, 11:16:54 PM
Hi - Newbie here..I would like to put down 1000 USD next week.. What would your advice be to me?

Since bitcoin's price is really high these days, and not to mention that it keeps on growing. I would suggest an alternative rather than spending too much on bitcoin, and that would be etherium. Etherium is somehow one of the most commonly used coins these days. Therefore, it is wiser to buy something that is common than take a risk.
I also agree with you. bitcoin price is too high now and it rises slowly. You can choose altcoins instead and ETH is one of them. Besides, you also consider IOTA, Stellar an Dash.
It's a bit late for big climbs now. Might see a reversal into Bitcoin once it bottoms out.
2770  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH target 1000$ in ending of this year on: December 19, 2017, 11:15:25 PM
Ethereum today reached a new milestone crossing $850, and once again it has fallen low to $800 as the price of bitcoin has been in the downtrend. For the year end possibly can expect the price to reach $1000 or even higher. The growth has been taking place as predicted and expect similar growth to happen in the falling year as well.
Depends a lot on whether or not Bitcoin will reverse into another bull run before 2018.
2771  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Buying Drugs with Bitcoin ? on: December 19, 2017, 11:13:30 PM
It is good for cannabis this is what I do. Safe and no dealer to wait for. It is like buying anything else online. Very good like a shop or amazon or such. With good vendors a business can begin with safely. It is the right of the person to take drugs or not. Not government. Bitcoin is freedom of oppression.
It's not really safe for most people, because they don't understand how to use Bitcoin or the internet safely. If you really want to do this you should do a lot of research.

Ah, and finally here is the trigger :

(it took ZH long to figure it out this time Grin)

http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2017-12-19/bitcoin-crashing

Anyone who uses ZeroHedge as their news source deserves to have sold at the bottom

I hope you do not consider me as taking ZH as my news source... . But probably millions are doing so, time to sell the house(and all that goes with it) and be ready to buy the bottom... .

Ha, no that's not what I meant! Just saying that anyone who read that ZH article and sold their BTC as a result, probably deserves their losses. It's staggering how often BTC enthusiasts quote ZH as 'fact' (probably before their first shave).
To be fair, people quote a lot of weird stuff as 'fact'. I'm not even fully convinced that unmutable facts exist whatsoever in this world.
2773  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] SONM: Supercomputer Organized by Network Mining on: December 19, 2017, 11:02:13 PM
sonm surprises me again and again. First the course goes down so far that I thought it's over.
then came updates again and now the course is already very good. I think we see the next few weeks again and again new highs.
and I hope for $ 1 and up until summer 2018 . and since I'm in ico I'm happy too

$1 seems like a very easy target for SONM in August. The only thing that could get in the way would be an insane shorting of Bitcoin, but I don't think that such an event can last very long at this stage...
2774  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] SONM: Supercomputer Organized by Network Mining on: December 19, 2017, 10:15:01 PM
I want to remind you that this page is excellent: https://mvp.sonm.io
just wow!
I think we update any of 2500sat this year, this is not such a difficult task for SONM!

I wasn't expecting that tonight

Price of SONM is again back below 2000 satoshi and it is a good opportunity to buy it now.Any price prediction for SONM on 25th of this month? Are we going to be back on its ico price? 4500?

All traders are manipulating in order to increase the volume of his coin in bag and waiting for the price explosion. From now i dont sell more and wait the 25 December whit a big excite Smiley

I now hold over 80% of my coins in sonm, also waiting for the christmas pump. Personally I think we'll be over 1$ by februari next year, probably around 3$ by the end of 2018. During the year I believe we'll have multiple spikes going beyond 3$, kinda like the iota situation in the last couple of days
We're still within a similar range as Golem was during its inception. We could see around 60 cents in the next weeks before going back into hodl mode. $3 by the end of 2018 would be really good.

Looking less and less like $20k USD/BTC before New Year at this rate Sad

I would love to be wrong.
NYE means 13th paycheck and holiday bonus for some people. I don't mind a crash so people can dump more of their fiat.
2778  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: December 19, 2017, 08:06:22 PM
I hope someone proves this guy wrong!!

Bitcoin gamed?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zOgbai2e0kA
As far as I'm aware there is no direct link between Bitcoin futures and Bitcoin itself. So even if Bitcoin follows the futures and goes short, the market should eventually realize that the futures price is irrelevant. Correct me if I'm wrong, still not 100% clear on the whole futures business.
2779  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: December 19, 2017, 08:05:07 PM
Wrong direction now. Goddamnit.

OMG does it really go up and down with portafolio BTC value??    DAMMMMM I LOVE IT!
WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!
Where do I buy this marvelous contraption?

Smart people usually don't support ponzis in exchange for pocket money.
