2761  Economy / Speculation / Re: I think Bottom is gone on: January 14, 2023, 05:02:25 PM
Market was bullish by hours ago, now it's more stable. Resistance line is definitely at 21,000$ and support at 20,299$. Traders and investors are playing between these prices' ranges. It seems Bitcoin still lacks strength to break the resistance with solidity, but let's hope it can stay above the support level for a decent length of time. Rome wasn't built in a day, neither a Bitcoin bull run, although step by step it's going to happen sooner or later.
2762  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling addiction touched forum users in a very sad way... on: January 14, 2023, 04:53:00 PM
Anyway, stories like the one present on this thread show us how gambling addiction can become a serious problem involving a lot of people besides the addicted gambler himself. Sometimes the person is blind by his addiction that he will do anything and everything to continue wagering. In this case the person stole funds, and in some more extreme situations the person can even kill!

That he may start treating himself properly against this addiction and refunding all those people he scammed futurely.
I just understood what it means to win in gambling, namely to control yourself, when people can control themselves in gambling, that's where they already feel the victory, it doesn't mean that they have to get more money at the gambling table, people have to change their mindset like this , if addicts continue to be unable to control themselves then they will continue to do anything to continue playing at the gambling table no matter what crimes they make
You just nailed it! The most important thing is to be a winner in life, preserving mental and physical health, caring for finances and the people around. To be a winner in a game, while ignoring or going against all those other aspects is worthless, because that means an efemerous victory, which won't bring future postive consequences in life, but only suffering, regrets and pain.
2763  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are you stacking up on? on: January 14, 2023, 06:16:45 AM
Only BTC, FUN and ETH right now, and I'm willing to retreat from staking, fearing the recent events involving the scams in crypto industry. Now that crypto market is becoming interesting again, I'm not feeling confident in letting my coins in third party platforms. Greedy scammers are everywhere, especially at the command of exchanges, so we must be careful, as once they see the market pumping I don't know what might pass through their minds, but something like taking advantage of users' funds for more profit is not only possible, as also likely.
2764  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling addiction touched forum users in a very sad way... on: January 14, 2023, 06:11:54 AM
Long ago I was a gambling addict. My life was a disaster. At some point people who are very close to me they came forward to help me. To start I had to disconnect myself from all sorts of gambling websites, banned myself from all the local bookies. Then I was taken to a psychiatrist. The process was long but eventually I was able to give up the addiction. Those who follow me knows these days I do not gamble. do not even take free bets if I win from any competitions.
Congratulations for overcoming your gambling addiciton. It must be really hard to face the desire for gambling, while being seen in a bad way by friends and relatives around. You should be proud of yourself, because you are a real winner for your achievement! And congrats to these people who are close to you as well, since they must have been an essential friendly hand on your recovery process.

2765  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin hits 20,000$ again, what is the reason? on: January 14, 2023, 04:51:45 AM
I thought this very interesting:

Resistance level at 21,046$, followed by a small correction to 20,725$ after 50 minutes, and right after that, Bitcoin was pumping again to 21,000$! Although there was another small correction to 20,800$ next, Bitcoin is constantly attempting to hit 21,000$ once again, and that is the currently resistance level it has to break. Fluctuations are looking pretty strong and bullish!

I read all replies and agree with what you have written.
2766  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are you still holding your coins #btc on: January 14, 2023, 04:42:47 AM
I guess most people here are still holding, because they are long term investors and adopters who are into bitcoin investment since the early years. Weak hands are usually people who don't have much experience with bitcoin and aren't interacting with the community daily, so they don't receive the advices of experienced enthusiasts who would surely tell them to keep holding, despite the poor market conditions, explaining them it has already happened before during another years and that at some point bitcoin will get strong again. Weak hands are mostly at social medias, following crypto gurus who don't even suggest bitcoin investment anymore, claiming they have found an altcoin which is going to return 1000x profit to investors. 2767  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto Casino on: January 14, 2023, 03:59:34 AM
Honestly, how can casino owners design their platforms to make users win most times? It will be a huge loss for them, either the casino platform is old or new you will lose more than you win, OP keeps jumping websites looking for the one that will let him win, this is so wrong.

As a player you need to lower your expectations and expect more loses than winning even if you have your winning strategy,  also I think it's better to see gambling as fun so use money you are willing to lose and enjoy the fun.
Maybe it's because he is seeing gambling as money making method, instead of an entertainment activity for who already has some money to spend for leisure, with some chances of making profit on short run. When people have the wrong approach on gambling, they expect things which aren't feasible from it. That is what we could name delusion. And when things go as opposite of the expect, he thinks it's because he is being cheated, while he should have in mind the system of casinos are configured to work as you said, to give them profit on long term, while most gamblers lose money. That is how the industry has been working since the beginning and there is no other way to run gambling services.
2768  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Best Times when I visit casinos Versus When I don't on: January 14, 2023, 03:02:10 AM
I like to access a casino when I'm hyped by a strategy that I want to implement and see what happens and when I'm in a confident, optimistic mood. I believe it makes no sense to play when you are upset and pessimistic, because the enjoyment won't be the same when playing. We have to be disposed to have fun in order to have fun, otherwise it can be even bring bad luck to the game.

I also don't gamble when I have projects which demand my concentration and when I'm in the company of family members doing another activities and talking, although I've already used one of those opportunities in family to show some of them who are older than me Stake casino, its traditional games and how everything works. They liked it.
2769  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin hits 20,000$ again, what is the reason? on: January 14, 2023, 02:20:46 AM
What do you think has motivated Bitcoin to suddenly revert the bearish tendency?
I've already posted here about the bullish div we got on btc on weekly timeframe. It just followed that exactly as predicted. And as you already know the CPI came in as neutral (6.5), which helped the bulls more to push the price. Im fully celebrating this rally. It didnt come out of nowhere, this was totally anticipated in the TA.

Yeah, it was due to the CPI announcement so we shouldn't be surprised as mostly investors are waiting for what could be the data look like. If the Fed sounds positive then it's going to be a bullish sentiments for us and that's what we are seeing right now.

Part of us could say 'meeh', this is nothing, but for me it's very optimistic sign that the market has settled down already regarding the FTX and we could be around $30k-$40 at the end of the year.
Alright, so both of you attribute the recent bitcoin's rally to the decreasement in US inflation from 7.1% on last November to 6.5% right now. So I guess by January 31 or February 1 we are going to have a clearer sign if the trend continues in crypto market, because it's going to happen the next FED's meeting, which could announce the reduction of interest rates in US. If that happens as awaited, it's possible Bitcoin enters an impressive rising mode, rewarding us with a pre-bullish season appetizer. That is a very significant hypothesis in my opinion. It really shouldn't be seen as nothing.
2770  Economy / Speculation / Bitcoin hits 20,000$ again, what is the reason? on: January 14, 2023, 12:25:41 AM
Bitcoin is unstoppable, advancing fastly forward with non-stops! Without any dramas or delays it has just hit the 20,000$ mark for the first time since November, 2022.

Right now we are already at 20,200$ price range, and heading to 21,000$. It seems nothing special has happened to justify such fluctuations in price, besides we being in a new fresh year. What do you think has motivated Bitcoin to suddenly revert the bearish tendency?

2771  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How do you feel about market recovery on: January 14, 2023, 12:10:20 AM
could it be that the bull has started this early year without getting into the bitcoin halving or could it be there is a positive news concerning there entire cryptos?
Many enthusiasts predicted bitcoin would become bullish only after the halving which will happen next year, but it could be that Bitcoin is entering a new phase already. Everything is possible in this market, so let's see what the next days and weeks bring to us.

Just one last more,  how do you feels with the market? Do you feels you have been left out or possibly you wanna make a turn to buy now since it hasn't touched $20k yet?
I'm calm and patient to wait the time it takes until Bitcoin finally leaves this bearish market. I did some mistakes, but still don't feel like I was left out of the game. I'm happy with what I'm holding at the currently moment, but would definitely hold more coins if it were possible for me.
2772  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why is it becoming a thread for casinos refusing paying very huge winnings? on: January 13, 2023, 11:10:52 PM
Casinos refusing to pay big wins has somewhat become rampant for obvious reasons. It's great for us to know which casinos are these to serve as a heads up for us to try and avoid them. If casinos don't have the money to py for wins, why should we trust them? If they're reasons are too ridiculous and unbelievable, why would we entrust that they'll honor the next big win that might occur on their platform? For all we know they are already going under and we might be in for a treat, so as early as now it's great to spot these casinos to avoid them. That $43m win from the lady is a gut-wrenching example that these casinos can just shrug off the win and even get the authorities involved to back them up. Really hard to fight these entities and all that we can do on our end is just avoid them to let them take a hit on their profits.
So if we can’t beat them, at least we can avoid them for good. Well, that is really good for us gamblers as we spend money and end up losing most of the time so when we become lucky and get the chance to win, we will grab for it and once the casino refuse to pay, then let the court decide for them. But it’s better if we can find earlier those reputable and non-reputable casinos as we don’t have to meddle with these issues because it’s never healthy at all for our mental and emotional health.
I believe you can avoid such casinos by playing at legit crypto platforms, since they won't tell you the provably fair system has malfunctions in order to deny a jackpot or withdrawal. After reading these news I'm not going to trust any land based casinos' machines before asking a casino's employee if there is any hidden term on the machine where it's written they have the right to deny a jackpot for whatever reason they want to use on the moment of the cashout by the gambler. I will also mention this report from the lady who had his prize denied by the house, with the approval of the court.
2773  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in-$200 FreeBTC⭐Win Lambo🔥0.2BTC DailyJackpot🏆$32,500 Wager Contest on: January 13, 2023, 10:24:57 PM
As we expected, as Bitcoin's price climbs up, FUN token's price falls when compared to BTC, although its price is also rising compared to dollar currency. Today FUN is 34 satoshis, and if the market continues progressing this way, it's likely we are going to see FUN for less than 30 satoshis each. We still have to see where is Bitcoin's roof will be at this time, but what I can say is that once BTC hits its resistance level for now, it must be a good time to acquire FUN for the cheapest possible price, so you can profit by selling it later, once Bitcoin crashes to a previous support level.

However, there is no assurance it will happen, because Bitcoin might be in a continuous route towards a next solid and stable price range, or even a bull run!
2774  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Video how i turn 0.3 ethereum into 0.6 ethereum in dice on: January 13, 2023, 10:11:35 PM
Crazy gambling session! You bet your entire bankroll with 54% winning chance! That could be game over, but luck was by your side that day and you achieved a sweet 100% profit over your initial balance. It's not everyday we can be rewarded with such fantastic profit, so I would advise you to cashout your earnings, invest it, and make it grow within time through another methods which don't involve gambling, so you can be sure the day you turned 0.3 ETH into 0.6 ETH was a worthful one which beared fruits for a long time, instead of being a single day of waste and extravagancy.
2775  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is the $17,000+ bitcoin price breakout benchmark to new price direction on: January 13, 2023, 10:02:11 PM
Decisive moment for bitcoin right now. Or it's going to break the resistance level at 20,000$, or it's going to almost hit 20,000$ then crash to the new support level. Big expectations of seeing bitcoin keeping the positive trend above 20,000$. On the other hand, since we are talking about a trend which has started only 3 days ago, and it's pretty intense, there are chances it's just temporary, because when the price pumps too fast, it also dumps really fast not too long after... I would be more confident if this trend had been already lasting for a week, at least.
2776  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can players bet on their own games on: January 13, 2023, 09:39:43 PM
Pretty common practice by small teams in third world countries, unfortunately. There are many different ways to manipulate match results while only experts can explore such rigged games if they need to do so since even experts can be part of the whole corruption. Organizations that have to audit these type of jobs can not be trusted, the turnover is insane and I have doubts it is transparent auditing, IMHO.
This is happening, and betting on your own games probably you’ll know what will happen or you are just confident about it. Some players are not allowed to do this but they can easily let someone place the bet to them. There’s always a greedy player and a corrupt system, its just that it is not being disclose for the sake of their own reputation but I believe, many are also a bettor aside from being a player.
The player can be confident, but it doesn't mean he knows exactly what is going to happen, unless he is going to sabotage his own team in order to win a bet he placed for the rival team's victory. That is the main reason why it's forbidden for players to bet on games' results. Anyway, the rule of suspending players who are caught betting doesn't totally solves the issue, because it's pretty easy for them to use a friend, familiar, relative or partner to place a bet on their names, instead of using the player's ID. I guess that also must happen in the sports and gambling industry with some frequency.
2777  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are good AI coins to buy and HODL? on: January 13, 2023, 09:33:17 PM
There are new AI projects like chatgpt but this doesn't have a relation to crypto, yet people in the crypto space are trying to use it and see if what it can do to help them. This must be the reason why AI crypto projects are slowly coming out again. Indeed that AI projects have a lot of wealthy backers. Of course one of it is Elon Musk, as this guy is also inventing his own AIs.
Yes, Tesla's smart cars which have a lot of automatic features and drives by themselves, plus the neural link Elon Musk is developing fully rely on AIs to work. He is one of the most interested entrepreneurs (if not the main one) in this kind of technology and won't save efforts and money when having to sponsor AIs' development and improvement. I believe there must be a big competition going on the backgrounds of the billionaires' world, similar to a "gold rush" towards the most efficient and top notch AI of the market. The first to achieve it, wins.
2778  Economy / Gambling / Re: Freebitco.in - FUN Token Investment Experiment on: January 13, 2023, 03:21:00 AM
CURRENTLY BENEFITS

STEADY INCOME (09/12/2022 - 07/01/2023) ROI - 12,7817%

Benefits from 180 days holding have started. From 14 to 15 daily WoF spins and from 0,081% to 0,092% APY over bitcoin balance, totalizing a profit a little above 1,7% on the monthly period. Now the next and final tier of the premium program takes another 180 days to come. It's still a long way to go on this unpredictable year of 2023... FUN tokens were locked once again for another month.

2779  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is a Blue Chip NFT? on: January 13, 2023, 01:17:43 AM
Overall, I believe that Blue Chip NFTs are a great addition to the world of digital assets. They offer a secure, unique, and valuable asset to collect and store value.
How unique? There are so many NFTs offering the same products and features. Every unique and original collection of NFTs is a worthless bunch of avatars which people wouldn't pay 1$ if it wasn't because of the speculative hype. The arts are basic and simple, there is nothing special about them to justify a price of million of dollars, as some were sold. Store of value is bitcoin, be careful with such garbage being sold to you as gold.
2780  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Criteria of a good gambler on: January 13, 2023, 12:11:45 AM
Desperation would takes place and this is where you do mess up even more because you would really be that in a hurry on trying to break even on what you had lost.
In gambling whether you are a whale or not, we do share up on the same motive which is to make profits.
I've seen gamblers playing in desperation mode and that is really frustrating not only for them, but also for who is watching, because you see how much money they start wasting, without being able to ratiocinate their bets anymore. They simply increase bets' sizes without thinking, play, lose, then do this again and after few minutes everything is gone! Sometimes thousands of dollars burned in few minutes.

And I say wasting because clearly the game isn't enjoyable or entertaining for them anymore. They show signals of having lost total control of the situation, while being mad to recover losses.
