2761  Economy / Economics / Re: Don't stress too much due to the bear market on: February 28, 2019, 09:57:10 AM
This bear market is not different from the one experienced in 2013-2015 that one lasted a year and 9 months from November 24 2013 to August 24 2015.

We might still be 7 or so months away from a trend reversal, or who knows, maybe recent price action is trying to make a trend reversal. No matter what happens, you have to be clear of one thing: blockchain, even after 10 years of Bitcoin's inception, is still a technology that is in "beta". Decentralized systems are not fully figured out to push in a worldwide scenario, but we are all participating in the initial stages of development. Only like 2,000 people knew about the internet in the 70's so development was privatized but blockchain technology is being developed openly by the public, that's a huge difference. We are suffering the hypes and depressions of such volatile changes in price discovery because no one really clearly knows how much blockchain and cryptocurrencies should be worth or could be worth so you might have an investment worth 5 dollars in the future or 1 million, make sure you choose projects with great vision, leadership, development and market share. Also bet in favour to the small ones, but be extremely careful with small projects.

Lastly, if you ever become too stressed from watching your portfolio going up or down, watch this video
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KJVdvbrxtHo

calming visuals and soothing music are effective in reducing stress and most cryptoheads at one point will suffer from this hahaha

Cheers!

Yes it may breakout again. But is not easy to waiting without stress. All of us know and expect it will rise again but altcoins are getting die day by day. It almost reached 1/10 loss for all alts. This is huge. And last bear market has less coins so its affect was limited than now.
2762  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Adoption Spreading Fast In The Automotive Industry on: February 27, 2019, 08:26:09 AM
If I remember correctly, some vehicle sales in Germany could already be paid with BTC. This is just the beginning of development. People will continue to use it in all areas.
2763  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bakkt the Future of Bitcoin and cryptoworld? on: February 27, 2019, 08:16:36 AM
Bakkt seems ready to take off with a positive acceptance from Big companies. Bakkt aim to bring institutional money to crypto world.
Will this be the gateway to bitcoin adoption and possible Bitcoin ETF approval or this will only make bitcoin more scarier for regular joe to invest and hard to adopt?

I remember when the futures started for Bitcoin. People were excited. When we started, we saw that it was actually not very useful. Bakkt is a business established to earn money. How could that help us? They will use the market to make money.

I guess we still can't develop Blockchain and Bitcoin because we don't understand. The terms Baktt, Nasdaq, SEC, ETF won't give us anything. The most important thing that makes Bitcoin and Blockchain special is that it is DECENTRALIZATION! Institutions work for their own interests. Decentralized economy is completely on the free market!

"Still, it is precisely when most people lose hope, stumble and falter, that the greatest opportunities arise. The night is darkest before dawn. But the dawn is coming." - Beniamin Mincu CEO of Elrond Network

Check out a great article on making sense of the crypto winter and some vision for future: https://medium.com/elrondnetwork/vision-roadmap-milestones-bde4542a3047

We're soaked full of shouting yells. Let's think again and let's revive our mind.
Bitcoin was only cheaper than $ 1 5 years ago! Ethereum (number two) is worth more than 100 times the market price than its first price.

So, Can you still think market is dead or Is easy money exist no more? I can't. We should only wait and prepare new Waves (by the way I love Waves Smiley )
2765  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Tipping in bitcoin for creating content about crypto on: February 26, 2019, 09:06:28 AM
I think you're late for this kind of attempt. Crypto content, such as Steemit, Stake, Murmur appeared in many applications. However, I respect your opinion and I will try and be a member as soon as possible.
2766  Other / Off-topic / Re: Scammers now in telegram on: February 25, 2019, 01:04:49 PM
I have seen some new frauds recently on the telegram. They chose telegram as the medium for scamming. They stay in some active groups and find the target. They also once targeted me. They gave me the various link by personal message. And after clicking on the link the link told me to create an account. And if I want to do create an account they will want the wallet's private key. So I think they are a Very terrible scammer. We should be safe from them. Otherwise, we will lose all our cryptocurrency. They send me so many messages that I stopped using telegram for them. Besides, there are many scam bots in the telegram. Those bots never give payment. So I think it's not safe to earn in the telegram. It is best to use it as a communication medium.

Scammers are in everywhere. Don't underestimate them. They can find a way what you stole your money somehow. Be cautious.
2767  Economy / Economics / Re: JPMorgan is launching its own cryptocurrency on: February 23, 2019, 09:27:58 AM
Before they said this they were speaking that Bitcoin and everything related to crypto is fraud, now they say this "Cryptocurrency was supposed to replace banks in the long run".  Never liked the at all but This could influence in current price on market, they are good on what they do after. Or this could be some marketing trick for JPM for there own blockchain platform. As they say it will be backed up with diamond and gold but if will be only for business customers.

Not many lines or articles are online for the moment but hopefully it will be in next few hours or days.

I can't quite understand! Why is JP Morgan doing such a thing? Haven't them ever criticized Bitcoin and its derivatives? I can't really understand.
2768  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Non-blockchain cryptocurrencies on: February 22, 2019, 08:55:35 AM
Until recently, I thought all the digital moneys could not transact out of Blockchain. But then I saw the new currency with non-Blockchain. I do not have any idea how useful this is. And I also do not have any idea why this is available. Is it better not to use Blockchain?  Huh

Yes there are some ideas. But I think we need that economical revolution with cryto techs. Blockchain provides us a easiness, developments and great future. But, economy is still so important. We can create a new method with blockchain and its provides.

Don't underestimated it. Bitcoin is a symbol and first of its kind. But he showed us a way. There are over 2000 ideas which is running. They will re-shape our known worlds.
2769  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin could've been created by the US government...Coincidence? on: February 22, 2019, 08:51:38 AM
I have been researching about who could've created Bitcoin in the first place, and it came to my mind that the US government would've created the digital currency in the first place. The reason I say this, is because Bitcoin uses the NSA's cryptographic hashing algorithm known as SHA-256. Not to mention, Bitcoin creator Satoshi Nakamoto is nowhere to be found after a decade of the cryptocurrency's inception. This means, that if Satoshi was an ordinary person instead of a government agent, he would've been found by now (even experts have been careless sometimes).

One coincidence is the Bitcoin logo/symbol which greatly resembles that of the US Dollar. Upon surfing the web, I've found an NSA article from 1996 which is very similar to Bitcoin's electronic cash vision in its whitepaper. The article speaks about Multiple Spending (which is Double-Spending on the BTC whitepaper), and other subjects about divisibility, etc. You can read all about it here: http://groups.csail.mit.edu/mac/classes/6.805/articles/money/nsamint/nsamint.htm

If Bitcoin was truly created by the US government as an experiment, then it could be the doom of crypto and blockchain tech as we know it. The government could easily hit the "kill switch" if it owns "Satoshi's" private keys, resulting in a massive crash of Bitcoin and other crypto's price.

Here's another article related to the subject: https://www.ccn.com/4-reasons-to-believe-the-deep-state-or-the-nsa-created-bitcoin

This may sound crazy, but we shouldn't discard all the possibilities of who would've created Bitcoin in the first place. Nonetheless, what are your thoughts about this? Huh

This issue has been repeatedly mentioned. However, there is another issue in this chain of coincidences. Most of the crypts are now the Asian countries. Asian countries are in the leading position in the mining sector.

Moreover, the United States has certain restrictions on these issues. There is almost no legal regulation in any area. No miner support. In these circumstances, even if the idea came out on the United States, it is very difficult to have anything to do with the US government. But if all of this is part of a plan and still has more of the Asian countries than the US, then this is a great success story.
2770  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you think of this bitcoin halving chart? on: February 22, 2019, 08:19:33 AM
According to this graph, BTC is experiencing a retreat after rising up to Halving. Considering that the same thing will happen, the uptrend that started today can continue until May next year.

What retreat? It's clear that in 2012 and 2016 price exploded after the halving.
It's difficult to predict what will happen because there's very little data to depend on. Each halving was a little different and in 2012 very little people had Bitcoin so it was a micro economy.

Maybe after another 2 or 3 halvings we'll see a clear pattern.

You can see the highest rate of price rise on marked with red! Blue is the nearest time for halving. And this blue times are not BTC's all time highs. Before halving price is getting rise, and after halving started a correction.
2771  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Hello Jack Dorsey - Care to join us? on: February 21, 2019, 09:03:28 PM
He might not be aware on BCT's platform so just ask him directly in his Twitter profile where he is more active on, you might get his attention and be lucky like this guy:

With his recent tweets he has answered a few questions related to Bitcoin and has mostly retweeted things related to Bitcoin and CashApp, so if he thinks your questions are juicy enough for him he might answer it directly in his Twitter account.

Do you really think that he might not know about Bitcointalk? J. Dorsey is a very respected person in the field of technology, and I think he is particularly interested in Bitcoin. I don't think there's any chance that this forum which created by Satoshi.
2772  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you think of this bitcoin halving chart? on: February 21, 2019, 08:58:39 PM
This chart is designed by one Twitter user. this chart shows how the halving of bitcoin has an impact on the price of bitcoin.
This graph has presented the relation between bitcoin history price and the remaining time until the next bitcoin halve. The change of color can reinforce the show of this relational change.
The more length of the remaining time, the more intense red color moving,  the less short of the remaining time, the more intense blue color moving. From the current tendency, the color starts to go out of the yellow and ready to go to the light green, does this mean the price of bitcoin will go down again?

I would love to participate in such blockchain-based meetings. There were very good speakers and projects in Istanbul Blockchain Summit. I'm sure it will be very efficient in Prague.

Yani btc her halükarda altları eziyor. Altların canlanabilmesi için BTC'nin sabit bir aralıkta güvenli bir şekilde ilerlemesi gerekiyor.
2779  Local / Alternatif Kripto-Paralar / Re: Bittrex mi Binance Borsası mı ? on: July 24, 2018, 01:19:43 PM
Binance her açıdan daha kullanışlı. Bittrex son tasarım değişikliği ile kendini hepten bitirdi. Ayrıca Binance sürekli yarışmalar, ödül dağıtımları yapıyor. Bittrex anca uyuyor. Poloniex'te öyle sadece büyük btc patronlarına hizmet veriyor.
2780  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will ICO die in 2018? on: July 24, 2018, 09:34:41 AM
The first half of 2018 was not very good, for Ico. But the second half of 2018 probably starts to rise. ICO is also popular. Bulls are coming.
