2781  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [OMG] OmiseGO - Speculation & Discussion on: June 13, 2020, 04:33:04 AM
If we analyze OMG tokens there is nothing special about OMG tokens, like other tokens the increase in OMG prices is only around 1%-2%.
And that can be said to be disappointing for OMG token performance, just imagine OMG's all time high at $ 28. And now OMG tokens are
only capable priced at $ 1.59, really disappointing. So in my opinion if you want to invest in OMG tokens now the right time, because of
the price already cheap. But it might only be able to feel the profit within 3-5 years. So if you don't have patience, then you shouldn't
investing in OMG tokens.
2782  Economy / Economics / Re: Crypto Taxation on: June 13, 2020, 12:08:25 AM
I agree that crypto taxation is a debate, because the government really wants to get the benefits of cryptocurrency. But because
cryptocurrency is largely decentralized, it is difficult for governments to impose taxes on cryptocurrency users. In the end, the
government took steps to legalize centralized exchanges, especially local exchanges. Because the government sees chances are
many crypto users convert their crypto asset to fiat, to spend cryptocurrency. Then with centralized exchanges the government
can impose crypto taxation, which starts with the application of KYC for users centralized exchanges. And that is not a problem for
me, at least I can spend the crypto that I have generated from trading.
2783  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to Spend Bitcoin? on: June 12, 2020, 11:03:28 PM
In my opinion spending bitcoin in an online shop is not a bad thing, but pay attention to the items you will buy. I suggest buying
basic necessities in quarantine situations like now, but it is not easy to find an online shop that accepts payments with bitcoin.
I myself spend bitcoin by converting the bitcoin that I have into fiat on local exchanges, then I cash out to buy my daily needs.
But sometimes I also spend bitcoin on gambling online sites, just looking for fun. Because i feel bored already 3 months of silence
at home, because my country did a lockdown.
2784  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is your opinion about HEX? on: June 12, 2020, 02:43:12 PM
I was quite surprised by the performance of HEX tokens, imagine the increase in HEX tokens is very significant in May 2020. But now the price of
HEX tokens began to decline, I think the price of the HEX token should be decreased because it only experienced a price correction. It should be
a HEX token up again, even though it does look in the near future HEX will have a chance to go up again. But if you are in doubt, I suggest
not to invest in HEX tokens.
2785  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do you make a trade or investment decision? on: June 12, 2020, 12:54:07 PM
I made the decision to trade or investment based on the news that I got from several trusted telegram groups. After I get news updates,
then I continue to analyze market movements. From there I could make a decision the final steps I have to take. And don't let the decisions
we make follow the opinions of others, because the results of other people's analyzes are not necessarily accurate.
2786  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Invest Crypto on: June 12, 2020, 10:05:41 AM
The amount of capital of $ 15k is a very large value, so you should not use it entirely for investing in bitcoin. $ 7500 should be saved
in fiat or stablecoins, then another $ 5,000 is bought bitcoin and the remaining $ 2500 is bought altcoins. Because if not do that, so there
is a possibility your capital of $ 15k can all be lost. Because investment in cryptocurrency is very high risk, due to volatile prices.
2787  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin can never become a currency. Part 1: scarce supply. on: June 12, 2020, 12:54:07 AM
Actually there are many factors that make bitcoin unable to become a global currency, especially to replace fiat currency seems impossible.
Maybe scarce supply is not the right reason bitcoin cannot become a global currency, because bitcoin can be divided into small parts. In my
opinion because bitcoin is decentralized, the government will never agree that bitcoin becomes a global currency, which the government won't
can ever control bitcoin. It is more realistic if bitcoin is an alternative currency.
2788  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: One mistake and l have lost all bitcoin on: June 11, 2020, 11:58:30 PM
The mistake that many investors often make is to be lazy to analyze the market, so rely on the predictions or analysis of others.
Which is not necessarily accurate, this is actually a valuable lesson for us all. In order to want to do research and analysis by yourself
for every investment. I'm sure if this is done we should be able to avoid losing all the bitcoin that we have. And one more suggestion,
do not use all the capital we have for investment. So when we experience losses we can overcome them.
2789  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: VeChain (VEN) Next Billion Dollar Crypto on: June 11, 2020, 10:44:52 PM
VeChain is indeed a profitable coin, when in March 2020 I bought VeChain at a price of $ 0.0026. Proven profitable now VeChain already is
at the price of $ 0.0092. I intend to hold VeChain at least until 2021, because I believe that VeChain can still grow and its price could increase
10x in 2021 based on my analysis.
2790  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: HODLing is great but why not use Options to insure what you are HODLing? on: June 11, 2020, 02:01:24 PM
If we hold using money that we can afford to lose, it feel safe. Because if the price of bitcoin goes down, it won't panic. We just have
to wait until bitcoin rises again and reaches the target we want. But I admit using the option, we can be more productive when trading.
Because we can manage the maximum amount of loss that we want, that way we can protect trading capital that we have.
2791  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: New Covid wave vs Bitcoin on: June 11, 2020, 10:30:37 AM
In my opinion there is the next wave of corona virus, but it will not have an impact on the price of bitcoin. Because people are used to it
coexist with the corona virus, so the next wave will not make people panic. Now I see the news, almost all of it countries can adapt to
the corona virus. If we pay attention to the movements of bitcoin these past few weeks the price of bitcoin tends to continue to rise,
bitcoin prices are now at $ 9800. Hopefully it can reach the price of $ 10k in the near future.
2792  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Blockchain gambling are ushering in new development opportunities? on: June 11, 2020, 06:48:54 AM
I believe that future blockchain technology will be used in all sectors of human life, as well as the internet. And several years in the future
the gambling blockchain will soon be developed, but for now it is still too fast to be realized. Because it must be made first the regulation
for gambling blockchain, many things must be taken into account. But I am sure the gambling blockchain will make progress crypto
gambling is growing rapidly, and this can help cryptocurrency adoption to grow too.
2793  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can Bitcoin and Altcoins bullish together on: June 11, 2020, 02:39:17 AM
Of course bitcoin and altcoins can be bullish together, and it often happens. Not only in 2018, usually if it's a bitcoin pump and after
that sideaway, altcoins immediately joined the pump too. This can happen if a lot of good news about cryptocurrency circulates,
then the crypto market occurs overbought situation. Then bitcoin and altcoins will rise in price simultaneously.
2794  Economy / Economics / Re: What opportunity costs will governments take. on: June 11, 2020, 01:19:12 AM
At first many countries underestimated the spread of COVID19 in Wuhan. Which ended up being a pandemic throughout the world,
in my opinion the opportunity cost that must be prioritized by the government is the economic and health sectors. Because the two
sectors are very affected by COVID19. Provide medical equipment including a special building for victims of COVID19 and provide
stimulus in the form direct assistance of money to the citizen, so that people's daily needs can be fulfilled.
2795  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why don't we literally send Bitcoin to the moon? on: June 11, 2020, 12:05:04 AM
Actually the concept of promoting bitcoin with space rocket advertising is very good, and the impact is very positive too. But the problem
the cost must be very large, and not yet the time of bitcoin promotion that way. Instead of doing space rocket advertising, better to do
promotions on television and sports stadiums. Cheaper than doing space rocket advertising.
2796  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Did Covid-19 affect crypto gambling? on: June 10, 2020, 11:43:33 PM
In my opinion crypto gambling is increasingly interested in COVID19 situations, because addicted gamblers who normally play physical casinos
will move playing crypto gambling. So it's different from other businesses that crypto gambling has a positive impact with COVID19, because
crypto gambling done online. Which during COVID19, everyone must be at home to prevent the spread of the virus. So automatic activity
mostly done online, including crypto gambling.
2797  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Someone just paid $2,6M in fees while sending just $133 in ETH on: June 10, 2020, 11:21:43 PM
Therefore be careful before making a transaction, because most people do not check before making a transaction. Such as wallet address,
number of coins, and transaction fees. These three things must be considered, because many people make mistakes in all three of these
things. The incident at the opening post is a lesson for all of us to be more careful in doing things.
2798  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Who will do the IEO of the crypto exchange market? on: June 10, 2020, 10:21:05 PM
I agree that choose trusted and popular exchanges for investment in IEO. Because exchanges that have been mentioned in
the opening post promote some profitable IEO projects, although there are still some IEO projects that have failed. Because
when open trade the price dump immediately, but we must be optimistic that there will be good IEO projects. For Probit and
Latoken now they are no longer recommended exchanges, because it often promotes shitcoins.
2799  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: CoCa Cola now Accept bitcoin on Australia and New Zealand. on: June 10, 2020, 09:28:06 PM
I consider 2000 vending machines that can be used to buy Coca Cola with bitcoin is a very good promotion method. Although the transaction
costs are quite high, it's a good idea to increase the popularity of bitcoin and Coca Cola. This is interesting for people who are not familiar
with bitcoin see the bitcoin logo found on vending machines. In the end they became curious and find out about bitcoin, a fairly effective
promotion method.
2800  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Las Vegas Casinos are open - end of the Pandemic era. on: June 10, 2020, 04:28:24 PM
Actually I do not like the news that Las Vegas casinos will soon reopen, even though as we saw in the news spread of COVID19
is still ongoing and the number of infected is still high. If forced to open casinos is very terrible, what could happen a dramatic
increase in the spread of COVID19. Should be more patient and wait for a downward trend.
