In order to reach 190 satoshi per free roll, you already need to wager quite a lot and with the house edge, you will always loose money.

Wouldnt be appealing if it was always a loss, there is an implied cost to the gamble but it can always be a win or a loss.   Put simply a large amount gambled isnt any different rates of returns to a small amount gambled.   It can be quite true to win the gamble and gain the nicer free roll amount just because you gambled more, the risk to returns would be equal on small or large amount and the gain or loss in proportion thats all.
If anything we could complain things are possibly easier if you have alot to gamble I guess but its also true the site wouldn't exist if people only bet half a cent so the incentives are justified.    Theres someone out there whose always got a positive gain and inversely some poor guy who never gets any luck.  The speculation is that on the average game and because a game has a 'cost' on average you can say the game isnt won but thats the theoretical average and some will gain on the gamble and also free rolls and other stuff like golden tickets, lucky them.
Telling people they cant win is more wrong then right imo.  If the sports betting is included, the argument is definitely invalid
2782  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin hit 100k or more in 2022? on: July 14, 2022, 11:45:14 PM
Every time people ask about 100k it pushes away the possibility, call it reverse polarity or something but unrealistic demands makes it less likely and 100k is not a reasonable event in any normal year where we have retreated back 3 years.   Should at least think of 2023 or 2024 but after 2025 is what I'd think is the start of a reasonable objection with no indication of that trajectory at present.
2783  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin to 30k Range again on: July 14, 2022, 09:06:51 PM
Not looking probable until we break above 21k area as that coincides with momentum indicated by weekly moving average

blue is weekly and yellow is monthly average with 50 day above that.  Once we get all those averages below the price action and we are also regularly making higher lows then its time to be more confident.  I assume sideways with possible negative resets until we are able to jump start some positivity.
2784  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Bottom 2018 vs 2022 Ft. VuMan Cipher on: July 14, 2022, 05:01:06 AM
3.1k in 2018 was a pretty savage low and that whole year the Dollar kept rising.  Its even higher now in FIAT terms at least even if we all know Dolalr lost value since 2018 the situation is more extreme now with the highest rating for Dollar then has existed since BTC came into existence.  On that basis I think we revisit 2019 prices, that'd be the level of upset I expect before a turn around and equally a much nicer price to capture if at all possible where as right now it may not feel enough of an opportunity low to have just missed 17k.   Maybe 17k or 14k doesnt matter and that was close enough, wont be sure till 2022 is over I think it'll be slow setting foundation.

After 13 weeks as the No 1. Team in the world ranking NaVi have finally replaced FaZe as the best CS:GO team in the world

I think Navi retains the highest skill level but not the consistency perhaps.   Navi lost one map to Movistar, I really should have bet 2-1 on that game and taken those odds;  I intend to try that more often.

ATK beats EG.pa quite easily as EG.pa plays the game without organization or strategy perhaps just aim based play which they are not good enough to get away with on this match.   EG couldnt defend a site vs ATK on pistol eco round, not looking good.

Over 2 maps for Astralis and Mouz as Astralis are weak enough at present for that happen and it might even be victory for Mouz.   I put Movi over Liquid, maybe 3 maps is a better bet but I think Movi deserve more faith in their wins.   I couldnt see the other games listed that I might bet on, might appear closer to match time.
2786  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is Bitcoin's price "basically a fire sale"? on: July 13, 2022, 11:59:23 PM
Fire sale suggests a rushed temporary situation where as BTC can test patience far more then that.   We can be here for weeks, drift lower some spike down and really scare people enough to shake them out of the tree and so on.    Ultimately I think its better to be bullish now then the failed hopes of 100k where people failed to realize aspirations would be dashed on the rocks because markets stall on such weak flimsy reasoning as higher price hopes.
The reason it would be better value and so a good sale opportunity to buy is BTC does have a better backbone to it then purely guessing a higher price, so many bears think thats all BTC is and people go and confirm that for them while calling themselves bulls.
2787  Economy / Speculation / Re: Has crypto capitulated? on: July 13, 2022, 05:16:15 AM
I find the most obvious capitulation type event for BTC comes with a flat bottom.   Some people in markets (too expectant of BTC to resemble every other asset) expect a V style flash down and back up again but I dont as easily recognize that as occurring with BTC, people do get a little crushed.  They forgot this asset is volatile the price has no guarantee fast up and fast down, this action is on the road map but people either forgot or dont want to remember its a route with sharp turns you must be ready to handle that.
Typically I expect at least 6 months of sedate markets, sleeping lions Tongue
2788  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: People are not only gambling to win but they are buying entertainment on: July 13, 2022, 04:40:41 AM
I think people are buying opportunity and a dream in many cases.   Its best not to take gambling too seriously because there is bias and a cost to playing the game, its not for free its with high risk you might double or more your money.  Ultimately it is best classed as entertainment with the warnings you may not always like the game result, the main thing is its run as a fair game.
2789  Economy / Speculation / Re: How do we spot the crypto bottom? on: July 12, 2022, 10:39:05 PM
Personally, because of the state of the financial system, I cannot see how crypto can become bullish as long as the world economy doesn't show signs of a recovery . I could be wrong though ?

One of the clues is the wider picture and I tend to agree BTC is suppressed so long as Dollar index value stays at twenty year highs.  DXY is only relative to other fiat but for now thats all it takes for BTC to be seen as weaker despite usage in Japan when YEN has fallen and vs EURO BTC has done better then dollar.
The clue for BTC starts quite subtle, rising lows that dont retreat.  I find that over months is more reliable then a price which stays volatile and moves fast even upward but the direction will still often switch back down.
2790  Economy / Speculation / Re: 4hr chart! on: July 12, 2022, 12:57:18 AM
4hr is the best chart for forex or anything especially global, needs a few of these bars to have the price moving in a specially serious way.

Really hard for gains to occur  denominated in Dollars when DXY at highs never seen in the entirety of BTC lifetime.  BTC is doing better then it appears is my take.   Here is a pullback to prior action but the volume only kicks in at the end as we near 20k;   notice OBV (below vol) not dropping at rate at which price does and this is why.     If we could hold this point it should be summed up as bullish higher low and helps us going forward.

I have seen people losing tens of bitcoins on gambling, literally millions of dollars. So if they are willing to lose millions on gambling, shouldn't be weird to invest a few bitcoins on fun tokens neither.

Would be logical comparatively, the cashback on million or more would be over 10k a very nice bonus given for what you'd do anyway.   I'll never get a 'free' 10k because I'm not gambling that amount but if you are then the cashback bonus is literally worth more which supports the FUN token price itself.
I always figured the token price has some support coming from its reflection of ongoing gambling, it does make sense to hold some.  None of the tiers immediately give this bonus but I would characterize top tier as relatively generous for giving 70% of the total benefit within only 30 days.
2792  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Casino can play a role in changing fortune? on: July 11, 2022, 04:16:11 AM
The story sucks to be honest. First of all because of the percentage you mention

Percentage wise thats like 500% which is a return you wont get outside of illegal activities most places.     Also the other factor as a historical story, the Dollar used to be worth a hell of alot more.  It was 35 dollars for an ounce of gold so the 27k we are dismissing was tons more back then.    As of today's prices the FedEx hombre walked away with about $1.3 million to finance his company which is still a small amount to found an empire but makes alot more sense anyhow.

I think its a display or caching symptom, its been said many times that a counter changing on the display screen doesn't have a direct connection to the backend for actual live data.    I presume its similar for reflecting any balance, you cannot in this case simply alter time by moving the hands on the clock face;  I wouldn't get too worked up over it before any reply on the issues.
2794  Economy / Speculation / Re: MtGox finally going to distribute 137,000 BTC sometime next month on: July 09, 2022, 11:52:51 PM
Its obvious liquidity.  Any amount from back then is a big amount now, people have bills some people will have zero choice but to sell.   A few able may sell then buy later not many as people are typically bad at reentering I think and a couple it will mean nothing as they have meanwhile been trading and holding larger armounts so they can hold regardless.
If everyone gets their pay out at the same exact time it would blip down perhaps but I think the market has a larger trend then the latest mtgox news, every year since its become less important surely.
2795  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin to 30k Range again on: July 09, 2022, 11:47:54 PM
Was OP a bit of a prophet on this calling it so early.   Seems like the main conclusion since 21st June has been we go sideways, allowing both sides of the order book to cling onto their assumption we can move up or down.      I think we attempt both and in the failure find strength in the opposite direction.   We have not really properly attempted a higher price yet so I wait for that but its too early to say we are done being negative, its hard to believe as the overall market is teetering after so many blows.
Every day the 50 day average comes closer to touching the price action, thats our cue I reckon.  Its strong enough to knock us off the rails and cause some proper action to occur.
2796  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League has asked clubs to voluntarily end Gambling deals on: July 09, 2022, 10:49:33 PM
Just makes advertising elsewhere more valuable.  I would guess its because all age ranges watch the football so its not considered 100% suitable for families with minors to have this advertised when its easily seen as an adult past time only,     I always try to argue teach your kids maths which will always include fractions, percentages and probability even simple maths has this taught; the idea of excluding the risks of the world from view doesn't eliminate the need to deal with it eventually.  Its arguable either way but more understandable from that point of view of safety for simplicity I guess.   Then they want to ban chocolate adverts where does it stop :p
2797  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC Sentiment Poll for July on: July 09, 2022, 10:25:19 PM
A 2nd retest under 20k is at least 50% likely I think.   If we only test the lows it would be quite calm by comparison to the extremes in prospect, I was expecting worse with this great upset in two main components to dollar.  Its an external shock this time is how I see it as Euro and YEN weakness at the same time and yet the FED raises rates and other events, all adds up
2798  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Importance of Multiplayer Gaming in Gambling Industry on: July 09, 2022, 08:01:55 PM
Dota gambling would just be sports betting really, the game itself isnt directly a gambling game and most teams wont play for money at that average level they are placed at only the top teams are playing for money same for all the other esports.   Most esports require actual in person games to certify the teams remain legitimate, I hope that changes in future and then we can have more freedom for factors like that but until then its quite casual I think.
I play online poker and most of the interaction avoid language conflicts by being emoji only.
2799  Economy / Speculation / Re: Was $17.5K the low? on: July 09, 2022, 06:56:53 PM
It Bitcoin breaks the 22.5k$ , then we have a pretty decent chance to move towards 30k again

Its more regularity then the absolute price objective.   Its almost certain we get a sell off from whatever price we reach, every price gain in BTC is quite massive in percent terms and subject to speculators who want to cash out for that day, week or whatever term.   After it falls back, thats the true measure of strength.   I would say most certainty will come from averaging above the 50 day average, then its a regularly positive set of price action and we can easily move into positive trends rather fighting the tide on every attempt.

So far i'm impressed with the way Movistar Riders have been performing so far this tournament. I had some doubts when Vitality took their map pick away but they still were able to close out the series with a win on the final map and secure a playoff spot.
Close last map but they were really aggressive and successful on Nuke T side which is a big deal though the map is alot less biased then it was years ago.    This was my only good bet but I got it precisely right at good odds and managed to counter almost an entire day of pure 2 map wins in every other case which is unusual I thought but for some reason not today.
Anyway out of tribute for that effort, I put them down to beat Navi also :p   probably not happening, not sure they get a map even but they are on a winning streak so momentum counts right.

Can Nation take Liquid to 3 maps, I think theres enough weakness there for it to happen.  The other odds I thought were off were Astralis apparently have no chance to beat c9 and also Spirit is not given any credit when they got the aim based play to beat anyone in theory for a map but perhaps not the series.
