I think if we want our children to be a well behaved and responsible citizen  in the society then we need to implement some kind censorship on domestic level to monitor what sites they are watching and to whom they are communicating. I mean some kind parental control to block sites or videos those provide adult or other harmful content.

High transaction fee on Ethereum network is a long standing issue because of scaling problem which reduces transaction speed and consequently causes increase in transaction fee.
