2781  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Getting a living from Gmabling alone is possible? on: November 14, 2015, 04:51:13 AM
Mathematically impossible.  Grin
You could maybe win for while but you'll always see that losing streak that wipe off your stash.

you need to work on your math then. It's mathematically possible to win long term.
Oh really? So please maybe tell me how can you prove this? Maybe share your source of some reputable scientific research where they find out that winning in the long run is indeed possible
Last time when I checked status of research of long term gambling it showed clearly that there is no way to win all the time and keep long wining streaks.
2782  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What I should do , if gambling in my country illegal? on: November 14, 2015, 04:42:14 AM
Use a VPN. Most governments don't care.
It is not like they 'don't care'. They care - hence they issued that law against it. But we all know that trying to check that if someone is using internet in illegal way is very hard.
To know for sure if you are indeed illegal online gambler authorities would have to waste a lot of time and effort. Which is not worth it in the long run.
2783  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: how much gambling will impact on full time gamblers family? on: November 14, 2015, 04:39:12 AM
Do you guys think the these addicted gamblers will think about their family members before gambling all their money?
Addicted person doesn't think of anything else that how to satisfy his/her need of stimulants.
Addicted gamblers don't want to earn big money and stop. They want to play endlessly to satisfy their urges.
2784  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How much can you earn with gambling? on: November 13, 2015, 09:08:00 AM
I make approximately BTC8 a week thru sports.
Sorry, but I don't believe it. To earn almost $3000 weekly from sport betting you must be one of the top elite bettors.
Unless you prove me wrong,  I will treat it as a funny story of some random dude from internet. I would be more eager to believe in Nigerian price...
I know some professional sports bettors, who are living from it and they sometimes have some high wins, but it is usually 1 - 1.5 BTC MAX per week on average.
2785  Economy / Gambling / Re: Everybody Needs to Blink... Blink For Bitcoins! - powered by BitBingo Casino on: November 13, 2015, 07:19:48 AM
I was exited about new game from BitBingo Casino, and after reading this my enthusiasm cooled a little. So this Blink it is just lottery with a fancy name?
There is no difference and special features in this lottery, you just buy a ticket and wait for it?
2786  Economy / Economics / Re: Infographic: Boom and Bust of Bitcoin on: November 13, 2015, 07:15:27 AM
This iconography is nice but it doesn't show the full spectrum. These events showed as major steps which influenced the price change were not the only factor.
Bitcoin price is created by many intertwining events, factors, psychology of the moment and trends. Not to mention it is huge 'behind the scenes' play.
2787  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2015-11-12] KeepKey – Bitcoin Hardware Wallet Review on: November 13, 2015, 06:55:42 AM
The KeepKey is very nice and all but my Trezor does its job just fine. It seems like KeepKey wants to be the Apple of hardware wallets. Double the price for the same functionality and a bit better aesthetics.

-snip-
That is how I generally fell about every hardware wallet. I don't know what makes them so expensive, electronic component used to build hardware wallet are not that expensive after all.
Unless you have serious number of coins you need to store I can't see a reason to use hardware wallets other than trying to be fancy.
2788  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: you think Trezor is a safe way for bitcoin ! on: November 13, 2015, 06:46:46 AM
I don't like trezor- too many moving parts (led screen) I always feel it could break. I much prefer ledger. Much simpler. Fewer worries. Ledger also costs a lot less. I'm not sure why trezor is so popular, I guess people think more money = better product... Worked out pretty good for Mac (which is garbage, but expensive therefore amaze balls)
My thoughts exactly. I feel like hardware wallets in general are overkill for people who are paranoid about their coins. Same measure of security can be achieved perfectly without it.
I would sleep much better knowing that my coins are stored on paper wallet that on this piece of hardware.
2789  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What I should do , if gambling in my country illegal? on: November 13, 2015, 06:41:49 AM
If you're still insist to gamble, you should play using VPN to visit blocked gambling site or just move out from your country.
Anyway there positive effect why gamble should be blocked .. it's for your own good  Wink
Let's ban alcohol, cigarettes and porn when you are at it. I am sure without them your life would be better - and it is for your own good!
And we can create universal guide "how to be human" too. /sarcasm

You can ban idiocy, and what makes gambling 'not good' are cretins who are abusing it - like with everything else, you can do it responsibly.

Like this new site your design looking attractive. Kiss
You're right, site looks cool, but if you check every nook and cranny there is some pictures missing here and there, so functionality is down, or you can find other small problems.
Site is beta now so it is to be expected and amount of work already put in the site is pretty high. After some time we may have one of the top contender casino here.
2791  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What I should do , if gambling in my country illegal? on: November 12, 2015, 01:58:42 PM
From what I know the only countries with outright ban on online gambling are: The US (it is quite difficult in this case), Turkey, the Netherlands and China are prime examples.
But I know many gambler from that countries so that 'ban' is pure fiction. Personally I would not worry about that law.

It seems this site in beta mode because something missing there in payout table structure anyway that site looking cool and nice to play there so good luck op for this new business.
I see this , when i click to one game without login, is normal ?

Ah! that's a 404...
For some reason, the page you're looking for can't be found.
Click here to get back to the Oshi home page

Op stated that this is beta version. But he also said that it is fully functional product. But with amount of small bus and things site is missing I would wait before I deposit my BTC.
For now I am gonna test if test play option is working fine.

There is any bonus promotion for your launched today?
I have registered there my username: brianlee
There is deposit bonus of 2000 mBTC if you load your account with bitcoin. I did not see anything more.

Site looks cool, but I found some parts are missing: for example look here https://www.oshi.io/games/table Every picture is missing.
If something as trivial is not functional there might be more. Some tests are needed.
2794  Economy / Gambling / Re: TappaBit.com V2.0 | Introducing Spin & Tap Tournaments | Win up to 0.15 BTC on: November 12, 2015, 01:04:45 PM
Any reason why your 'youtube' video thumbnail is leading to http://tappabit.com/spinandgo?utm_source=BTCT&utm_medium=Forum&utm_campaign=tappabitv2 instead of a real youtube video?
I thought it was video presentation or tutorial... I am a bit disappointed.

2796  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin was predicted by a Nobel Laureate in 1999 !!! on: November 11, 2015, 05:24:36 AM
I am not surprised at all with that 'prediction' of e-money. Everyone knew it will happen someday. Exact method of transfer, protocols, infrastructure were of course a mystery at that time.
In the future we may see even something far superior than bitcoin invented. And the question is not 'if' we see it but rather 'when'.
2797  Economy / Speculation / Re: who is messing with bitcoin and to what purpose? on: November 11, 2015, 03:30:54 AM
This is so messed up. Volatility is one thing but recent price changes were even beyond that. It looked like massive organized action of pumping and selling.
Who is doing that? Probably some whales, big companies or bitcoin criminals, who else?
2798  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How much can u lose with gambling? on: November 11, 2015, 03:19:50 AM
Title of this thread should rather be renamed to: "How much you can afford to lose with gambling". Because I pretty much think that some idiots can lose it all.
If you are addicted there is not really limit for you, and you will play with all your funds until you satisfy your gambling needs.
2799  Economy / Economics / Re: Coinless blockchains? on: November 10, 2015, 08:26:42 AM
If you think of creating similar blockchain as bitcoin has then without 'coin' behind it there is no way to do that. Because to process transaction and fuel the blockhain processing power is needed.
I doubt that people will use their computing power on something from they don't profit.
2800  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: newbie here on: November 10, 2015, 07:43:00 AM
The easiest way to collect Bitcoin is to visit faucets, but if you have $ to invest then you can try Cloud Mining - "HashNest" - is a proven service!
If he is new in bitcoin field I would advise against investing in something like that. First it would be recommended to learn how things works, and take it slowly.
Mining can be good only when you know what you are really doing. Same with trading and altcoins. Be aware of that.
