Well , what will the world be like in 100 years ? I think we are still here in our own planet but we have a lots of modern technology which we can use with our work for us to be easily finish our job . All of the people are disciplined and there’s no people are poor .
People thought the same for decades, but somehow most people still end up working all day and having little to no free time. Hopefully AI will finally change that.

Those who don't have the necessary skills might work for 16-hours a day and earn much less than what a coder or a programmer earns in 30 minutes. The problem is not with the technology. The problem is with the individuals who are unable to learn new skills.
I strongly believe that it's not about being "unable to learn new skills" and more of a lack of drive to do so. They just want things to come for free and aren't willing to swim through the sea of frustration beyond which anything of value is picked up.
2782  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ANN [MCO] MONACO #1 Cryptocurrency Payments Card on: December 19, 2017, 01:38:05 AM
Why now many credit card-based projects?
I have not seen any successful projects so far
Such as TokenCard, Exscudo and now MONACO, I am very pessimistic with this kind of project

Me too, they have not exactly revolutionised the way we use crypto.

You guys should relax, everything's gonna be alright, we almost knocked tenx out, we're styling this mofo. Here, come have a sit under my heroic wings while we watch MCO blossom together, it's Christmas after all.
Yippie-Kai-Yay to you all.
It may be Christmas, but Krismas hasn't come yet. Hopefully they'll announce the AC or card rollouts on the 25th.
2783  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: December 19, 2017, 01:37:04 AM
I think it may be time for some retaliation attacks against Wu and Antpool who have demonstrably become malicious miners, attacking the bitcoin network.

They are withholding blocks, spamming the network to drive up fees and being a general nuisance to the point that if they were excluded from the mining network it would do more good than harm to bitcoin. They are doing everything in their power to subvert the network, without performing the 51% attack which they may actually be capable of.

In short, someone needs to fuck these guys over seriously. It's well past time.
I really wouldn't mind seeing that. But the next best thing seems to be the new ASIC providers that are starting up. Would be nice if there were more of them though.

asics are dead brah you can't mine corns no more!! Cool  lol
Does the popcorn just grow straight on the cob now?
2784  Other / Politics & Society / Re: how to break teenage video game addiction on: December 19, 2017, 01:35:56 AM
To prevent yourself from wasting your time playing games, you need to look for something you love doing, something you can commit to. Bty doing that, you can be more productive and it will boost your morale and self confidence. You can try also learning new things.
What if the person just loves playing and committing to games?
2785  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Waves hold for longterm Good or Not? on: December 19, 2017, 01:35:22 AM
Does anyone here think price is very high now to get it?  The thing is how many people here got waves when it was 1 dollar and under?  What about when it was 25 cents?  Was it easy to get waves then on bittrex?  At what price was waves available on bittrex?  What about shapeshift?

I've purchased Waves from $5.50 when I was new in crypto to $4.50 and watched it dip as low as $2.80 and I didn't have any more funds to put towards it to average out my price. Waves has been my 100% long term hold and I won't even think of selling until it approaches $100, so no, $11 is not too late, I'd be surprised if it doesn't hit $20 by the end of the month.
Good choice, good hodl. $100 will be considered cheap one year from now.
2786  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin regaining dominance. on: December 19, 2017, 01:34:29 AM
Happy with this, what many people fear is that the number of countries that bitcoin banned do not have any impact, bitcoin performance continues to increase so as to bring good hope for the future of us all.
I don't think any places have banned Bitcoin. Not that a government has the power to do so in the first place.
Yes it has happened. China has banned bitcoin back in September and October. This bitcoin has been banned all over the world. Only few countries are there who are allowing bitcoin and making it legal in their area while others have banned this from a long time and still they don’t have any intension to remove this ban. Like my country is a lively example of it. Bitcoin is banned here.
Only a few countries are allowing Bitcoin? That's news to me. Most western countries and some Asian countries are very much pro-Bitcoin.
2787  Economy / Economics / Re: Why is bitcoin better than stocks, real-estate? on: December 19, 2017, 01:33:37 AM
It's a simple question.. Bitcoin is better because it allows you to gain up to 1000% profit per year!! Shares and property more safe investments, but it's boring and slow.
That’s true, it makes you more than you can ever make from other stocks and commodities and real estates. If I had millions to invest on real estate sale, I’d rather invest it on Cryptocurrencies than making such wrong decision.

Bitcoin is never a bubble, as some people say, it’s just being moved by the rate of investment, though it’s likely reduce in price, but that won’t be any time soon, it’s volatile and we all know that it is. So even if it goes down it will still go up to a good and decent value.
Real estate is much safer than crypto and stocks, which is why it has smaller potential profits (if you hodl and don't flip with leverage). It's a good hedge if you want to make sure that you will always be able to maintain a given level of lifestyle.
That is highly agreeable. Real estate have much secure profits than bitcoin but the difference comes when you talk about speedy profits and increasingly time span for such profits. Real estate is like bitcoin and they have some common characteristics like you can hold any assets in real estate just like bitcoin. But anyone who wants to get secure and immediate profits, bitcoins are best for them.
Immediate profits? Yes. Secure profits? Definitely not. Crypto is very volatile and risky and could collapse very quickly. I doubt it will, but there's still a chance.

2789  Economy / Speculation / Re: The rally will eventually end with a dip to at least $3K on: December 19, 2017, 01:19:25 AM
The question is how long will the bear market last. Will we have a long bear like 2014-2015? The 2020 bubble will be epic!

many of guys are so pessimistic. I do not think that it will fall so very much, but 5,5 thousand seem to me something possible.
If we keep going up until 2020 I don't think we'll drop to 5,5k. That would be totally insane. If that happens I'll make sure to sell some RE though.
2790  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Best crypto to buy now? on: December 19, 2017, 01:15:07 AM
The best coin you can buy now is WETRUST !!

Products beta version launches tmmrwa and the full version at end of the month !!

This is the most undervalued Project out there !!

The founder of Ethereum Vitalik Buterin supporting this project as an advisor says it all.... and also its founded by an ex google employee

with an entry price of 0,50$ at the moment, this project has huge potential!

Low market cap: $47.053.278 USD
Low total coin supply: 92,147,500 TRST
Buterin is advising numerous crypto projects. Not sure if all of them will be successful. 50m isn't super low either. I'll look into it though, sounds interesting enough to double check.
2791  Other / Off-topic / Re: Complete the sentence... "I would sell all my Bitcoins if..." on: December 19, 2017, 01:07:47 AM
i have one

Well, the mere fact that you would sell your bitcoins if you had one, demonstrates why you do not have any because you would have likely sold at $1k, too, and therefore you are not enough of a believer in the lovely thing, aka bitcoin.

In essence, you have to learn to love and cherish and cuddle and HODL your bitcoin for a while, and then after you have done that for a considerable amount of time, then you become more appreciative of the power of HODL.
I wish I could stroke my Bitcoins. Maybe read them a good-night story before bedtime.
2792  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ANN [MCO] MONACO #1 Cryptocurrency Payments Card on: December 19, 2017, 01:07:11 AM
I am recommending you people to keep on hodling till the card ship out and usage as the price is keeping climbing slowly and afraid you mightn't be able to buy bc at the same low price again.
That's why you should never sell everything, even during peaks. My only regret is that I wasn't quick enough for the 50k card, don't feel like locking up $1m for a Visa.

At its lowest ever price, 50k tokens were just USD35k
Now, thats worth of 45BTC .
I could easily earn 50% out of that every month
Locking such an amt means I will be missing out appr. 120 BTC of income for 6 months if I locked that much.
But now, lets forget the black card.
Nobody in their sane mind would do that .
Anyway, the pink or grey card is recommended though . Just 500 MCOs.
The perks are not bad.
I just wana use it for overseas transactions with least fees and other large local purchases.
Converting BTC into Fiat and later, into bank account is troublesome in my country
Looking forward to spend the crypto straight frm the card .
I quite like the idea of buying stuff for free... x67 for MCO isn't that unlikely in mid 2020. Which means that whatever you buy with your card will come back in the form of MCO tokens to you, assuming that you hold your payback. Finally a payback system that isn't useless.
2793  Economy / Speculation / Re: ✨✨✨ Time To SHORT For Massive Profits!! ✨✨✨ on: December 19, 2017, 12:50:46 AM
I predict the downside will be steeper than the rise. But the time is not now. Gigantic spike up first. If you short this you must be mad.
How much of the downside will be steeper than how much of the rise? I don't think we'll see Bitcoin crashing to 0 anytime soon...
2794  Other / Off-topic / Re: Would YOU choose to live forever? on: December 19, 2017, 12:49:40 AM
If I were given a choice to live forever, I won't. I do not want to be infinite. Sometimes, we just need to be contented on what we have so we can make the best out of it. Things and peiple should have an end, as every sentences does, so that there's a complete idea and sense within our letters of L-I-F-E.
If you really look at sentences attentively you'll come to find that they're just nonsense though.
2795  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: WARNING DeepOnion is a SCAM, proof inside! on: December 19, 2017, 12:48:58 AM
I've always felt that DeepOnion was a Scam because its code was rarely updated, yet its marketing was excellent, and it was completely different from a technology company.

But, the value of a cryptocoin is 100% its community.  There must be a tech underpinning, but community is key.  Bitcoin survives without central support, but that is only because it is first.

Also, this is not  a technology company, it is a widely distributed currency.  It should not look like a company.  Since it is not a company, the devs must be paid somehow.  It is ridiculous to think otherwise.

I was a skeptic too, but I follow the (insanely) easy rules and got in.  The rules have gotten harder, but not too hard.

DeepOnion is advertised as a very advanced anon coin, this is obviously a lot of coding/testing. All they do is marketing (and cleaning their ann thread is their priority) Cheesy
Advertised as =/= actually is.
2796  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Amazon to accept Bitcoin? on: December 19, 2017, 12:47:08 AM
I guess it sounds good that some companies started accepting bitcoins. But more service industries should start accepting bitcoins it will easy the hard types of transaction, and also it will affect to you economy in positive way
Well, Steam went from Bitcoin to Litecoin. Probably will accept Bitcoin again once it gets upgraded. Actual retailers would be a real gamechanger though. Many things still can't be bought easily with Bitcoin.
2797  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Money can buy happiness? on: December 19, 2017, 12:43:41 AM
Yes money but it's not real happiness. True happiness is when you see those people that are very important to you happy.
That's still dependence on other people. True happiness is independent of external factors. Almost everyone experiences it as a child, and then loses it as they grow older by paying too much attention to human nonsense.
2798  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is holding bitcoin Greedy? on: December 19, 2017, 12:42:15 AM
I believe holding bitcoin for a long time is not an act of greed instead it is a strategy. Upon investing bitcoin the dream to be successful is with it and to be prosperous one needs a lot of planning and strategy.

I agree 100%. Holding bitcoins is one of the best strategy to all investors. However it will be best to learn how to sell at high price before it go a deep dive to maximize profit. Usually bitcoin will go a deep dive after a fork.  Grin
No it's not. Holding 100% of your investment in any one asset is not even a good strategy, let alone one of the best.

2800  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: MonaCoin is the *100 Coin, it will be $1000 soon, you heard it here FIRST! on: December 19, 2017, 12:37:00 AM
I think up until the Olympics MONA may rise, at least for another year. A lot of people are using it right now in the real world
Do you have any more details on this? Where do people use it?

Also, I didn't even think about the Olympics in Japan, they really could create a strong bullish signal for some cryptos.

Wow, you really blew your call on Monacoin.  You let your ignorance, and pride, blind you.  I hope that you have learned your lesson!

wENLAMBO!
Right now it's still just a lot of hype. Just about every single crypto has peaked in the past few weeks, so Monacoin rising is nothing special and doesn't speak for inherent qualities. Whether or not it provides real value will be seen after the bubble pops and most cryptos got razed to the ground.
