Some people buy these accounts to not scam other people but to use features on this forum which they can't use with young accounts they may own. What features do people buy accounts for? You just answered the questions your self by telling the audience that you violated the forum rules by post low quality comments. The only thing I think you should do now is to find a way of creating an appeal post or message if the forum moderator can released your account for you. No, you weren't reading.
OP claimed that their post was not spam. The only time you would conclude that they weren't contributing was when they were justifying their post with "I found many comments of other members almost similar to my comment" as it would have someone conclude that comments of such a nature were acceptable.
Like I said previously, it is possible that the thread suffered a mass exodus and that OP was looped in with the rest of the spammers. |

The point of red trust should be given for trading or ammount of possible risked money. I have never scammed anyone in my whole life, and right. Wrong. I received a red trust for having "garbage posts". Wrong. Where is the problem of me posting in the thread of games and rounds. If that's my purpose on this forum, where is the problem? There is no problem. Second i got now a red trust for asking for a loan without collateral. Where is the problem? Consider the facts. You had red trust. Therefore you had little to no chance of garnering a loan. Then the red trust disappeared. And coincidentally, you decided to apply for a loan. It seems suspect. I message him on telegram and instead of replying to my messages he blocked me. You acknowledge my rule and still violate it: "Ok, 72 hours, I won't wait 72 hours [...]" I am a nice person and I always respect users arround, i help many projects that are young and myself i was scammed hundreds of times from my bad investment decisions, but i don't believe it is ok that the forum system is acting like this.  Respect, huh? |

The posting time of those guidelines was just a few hours back. Where as I commented atleast 6 hours prior. Not sure if it's some miswording, but the guidelines were posted a year ago.
It's possible that OP actually did want to post that they were following the project (genuinely, as people did before the bounty spam-craze) and was banned because the bounty incited bumps on the thread. (where OP got looped into a mass-ban) |

Without conclusive evidence I believe it's critical to give the benefit of the doubt to rezwalker to prevent abuse down the line due to any loosely-given negatives for an A->B transaction to the receiving end. If we start tagging users who receive merit from an untrusted source then it arms negatively-trusted users with the power to ruin some accounts. If then, there are exceptions, then those same users will now be able to obfuscate and dilute their actual merit abuse.
TL;DR: don't create an abusable precedent, no tag.

I think it's much easier: rule 14 activity for 14 days only works to get a new activity, not to restore the old activity. If it worked differently, he wouldn't be able to get 620 activity in 200 days. I'm fairly sure that's not the case here. If you were right, then there would need to be data stored for activity periods in which a user has posted for each account rather than a check for posts in a given time-frame. If I were to delete my first 200 posts, I would see a decrease in activity. This is because I have to have at least one post in any given activity period to qualify for the potential activity. |

In defense of the claim for bets, I just ran with a test account on the site (betting their "lucky" token with the lowest possible wager for 49.5% win rate) and the auto-betting at max acceleration was roughly 5 bets per second.
That's about equivalent to about 155 users running on auto. It's certainly not what I would expect in terms of traffic for the site but not outrageously far-fetched.
Add in. too, the surge in traffic that comes whenever they run their giveaways.

You can think what you want, I know myself, and sure, there are no guarantees with anything but I ran that bot for over a month and more than doubled what I put in. You could try it if you like  No bot or script or automated bullshit program will ever guarantee profit. What's your income source? Don't you have a more secure way of earning money than a bot or asking people for a loan on BCT? Surely, since you used some amount for your bot, then you must have earned that amount somehow. Fair enough but I've seen BTC loans doled out for less. Anecdotal data has nothing to do with your case. Facts are: 1) your most recent post from before the loan was over a year ago 2) if you're the same person then you must have one of those GPU rigs you were posting about 3) prior to the period of absence, your account was selling a huge amount of dietary supplements, and an xbox 360.
Where do you live that you can't make $370 in a pretty short amount of time? (a week, maybe) |

So there will be more privacy, now everyone can put my thread in the watchlist and see when somebody quotes me, not that I really care about it but... Functionality is still there if someone wants to check up on your mentions (for whatever reason) if they simply search your name in the built-in search function. This is what I've been doing to check my mentions (until I found this thread). |
