I would like to extend this opportunity to remind you guys to be careful regarding your investments . During the Pandemic due to very low Income and No jobs , one needs to measure their investments well .

I think I would try and explain what's happening in the country where am living in :
• Inflation
  Only in the local markets though , in the government owned sectors it is more or so the same except for few essentials .
• Schools / Colleges demanding 100% fee and giving out notice on how you will be kicked out if you don't pay . Considering how people don't have jobs during this pandemic, this is really low.
• education level is down but they are still earning.
• People are abandoning their pets and such , whole situation is really dire since , the local shelters are not able to accumulate finding , everyone is struggling.
• Government officials , like the mayor of our city has been kind and not taking salary since 2 months .
• People are supposed to call the doctor when their fever is actually serious , government is in some places trying to hide the number of cases , they are not letting people test for COVID-19 , doctors have been advised by the government to not let the numbers run high , I don't have any proof of this but this is just inside information.

The country where I really belong from :
One word : Corruption
Hospitals are not even admitting patients, not giving them beds , not letting them come inside , asking for unreasonable amounts from the poor ones .

Only government officials are the one who are able to afford some healthcare.

Some people from my family are actually having all the symptoms of COVID  but they are being advised to follow social distancing and just stay at home and try home remedies.

A lot to tell actually , economy is down in every sector , schools and hospitals are enjoying .

The sanitizer companies and masks companies are paying people for making 0.50 inr for 1 mask which is then sold for 40 inr .

Considering how important agriculture is right now in the time of Corona Virus , I would for sure hold it and grow vegetables and other important things in there , till we are out of this Pandemic.
Situation is really dire and I understand that sometimes people do need money , so selling a plot seems good .
But during the Pandemic the price of the property have fallen , at least where I live , therefore I would suggest you guys to hold it up for couple more years because right now would be in a big loss .

Diversification is essential ofcourse but at the same time if one sector falls down and other sector picks up , one needs to handle people and resources involved in the failed sector too .
It's all about Sustainability. How well you can manage and make it competitive. The market is no doubt cruel , but at the same time one needs the knowledge of their own country's location and natural resources too .
If the country is in a Tropical section then they can for sure try and invest in farming , horticulture etc... But most of the times it is not the choice if the government but people themselves.

See the problem is the government cannot control the protests until and unless they do something about it . The government is not gonna make any new law. They are unfortunately led by a racist leader . Even if they shut the economy down , people will still exercise their rights and it is important!!

They don't have any access to masks and other stuff. People are even hoarding toilet paper and baby products , this quarantine is causing nothing but suffering for the people.

One cannot just implement the quarantine like this . They need to have SYSTEMATIC QUARANTINE! If they do remove the quarantine it would be bad for the economy and the people for the long run .

They need to make new laws example:
1. One person would be allowed to work for the family.
2. Government needs to provide incentives NOT FOR THE PEOPLE who are able to take care of their families and are earning well , but for those who are now actually not even able to register for the incentives.
3. Around 1.54 million people are jobless now , they don't need to give them incentives but JOBS!

This quarantine should be Removed in stages and they need to increase their speed of testing !

I do think one should understand that , if you are not holding a huge amount of Bitcoins in your wallet then there is nothing wrong in using mobile wallets . Some Mobile wallets do provide you with instant buying and selling which is good for long term and short term trading.
The whole idea is :

It takes approximately 30 minutes for Bitcoins to be transferred from a hardware wallet to exchange therefore I do doubt that one would want to miss out on an opportunity where they can actually earn a lot .

The price changes every second sometimes and therefore I don't think that they should be used if your main focus is trading .

But if you do have a lot of money and you are going to hold your BTC till you become a millionaire then go for it ofcourse , they are amazing and very secure.

Hardware wallets are not hackable until and unless you do know how to operate them rightfully. Even your mobile can be hacked , it does depend on the user at the end of the day and therefore I do think that one can go both ways , there won't be one right option.
