I sometimes doubt the age of these players playing the tournament. Some of them look more mature and over aged sometimes. It might be because they have been practicing and playing that their physical appearance can be deceiving. Basically in any tournament the team that has won previously cannot be considered as a favourite for the next tournament. Otherwise most of them would have won consecutively every time.
Cheating is very common in age group cricket, especially in countries such as India and Pakistan. The BCCI issues terminations to dozens of players every year for wrongly stating their actual age. It is not very rare to find 22-23 year old players participating in U-19 tournaments. This actually steals the opportunity from deserving players who don't cheat. The birth records are stored electronically in western nations such as England and Australia, and there it is not possible to do such fraud. @Sithara007 I believe high ranking officials also helps player’s cheat, because it’s impossible for them to cheat without the officials help. Furthermore do teams get banned if a player is caught lying about his age, or only the player who lied gets banned by the ICC?. Age fudging is nothing new. We all know that Munaf Patel did this to play in the IPL. He said he's 29 when he was actually 35. I am not actually clear about what the rules are about this matter. After leaving another good race behind, we are going to watch a new race in Mexico in only one week. And including this race, we are going to watch three races in three weeks consecutively too. And this is just awesome for people like us.  The last laps of the US GP were very exciting and I was like "That's it. Hamilton's just flying and he will get past Verstappen in one of the last laps and win the race.". However, it turned out that Verstappen increased his pace and didn't let such thing happen. We can watch another close competition in this Mexico GP also. Hamilton has to win to prevent the point gap with Verstappen from getting bigger. By the way, amazing things have been happening lately with cars like Red Bull and Mercedes, when it seems that one team is seriously inferior to the other team in pace before the race, but then miraculously transforms and shows a much better result than it was supposed to I don't want to say anything bad about Mercedes' analytical talents, but this is the first time in a season that Verstappen and Red Bull beat Mercedes thanks to a well-made pit stop or a timely selected tire type. If you check Westbrooks career, he had many 10+ turnover games, it is not the first and certainly not the last. During his triple double seasons, he had many games with triple double + 10 turnovers as well, it wasn't uncommon, him and harden had a big stretch of having insane turnover rates together. All in all it is based on his play style, dude plays so fast that there are some times when he just loses the ball because of the pace.
If you are driving a car with 20 km/h and you see a deer going on a road, you can stop very easily, when you are going with 200 km/h then you will not see the deer until you hit it, let alone be unable to stop, you literally won't see it at that pace. So, I would say that it is clear to me that westbrooks pace is the cause of his turnovers. However you can't just ask him to slow down neither, then he won't be who he is anymore. Lakers may have started badly, but I am 100% sure that they will get better overtime for sure, they are way too good to not get better.
You do have a valid point on the pace thingy. But I'm still upset as they still haven't figured out the chemistry among them. Lakers have the best players in the world but that hardly matters if they are not clicking together. Not the best of start to the season for them but I just hope they get better over time. |

The inclusion of Ben Stakes made headlines in all the newspaper as he is one of their best players and his inclusion is an added bonus for them and i was checking about his injury status as mentioned above and it was a injury that he sustained earlier and it should be sorted by now because he is out from cricket for a long time. When it comes to Jofra Archer there is no update regarding his injury but his old tweet is trending where he predicted to pick the wickets of Rohit Sharma and KL Rahul  . Jofra had two outings in July for Sussex, and he hasn't played any competitive cricket after that. Same goes for Ben Stokes as well. The last match he played was on July, for the Northern Superchargers. These guys have been out of cricket for so long, and I don't think that they will make an immediate impact when they face India. I will stick with my prediction. For Indian batsmen, the danger comes from James Anderson and Stuart Broad. If the likes of Kohli and Rohit can handle these two, then India will win the series. The thing is, Archer and Stokes are two world-class players and are known for their great impact in-game. They have been away for a long, that's true. But that doesn't mean they are not the players they were once. I am counting on them for having a good impact on the game. And they both have the capability to do so. And about Stuart Broad and Anderson, they are very patient bowlers. It can be tricky to handle them sometimes, but I think Indian batsmen can do that. |

They will, they show that they are improving their performance after very bad start in the first few matches. Slowly but sure they will back on the right track, 10 points behind is not that big because there are still 29 matches remaining to be played by all team where there are still many possibilities to happen in that 29 matches. Even though currently Juventus are starting to return to their best performance, it is very difficult to assume that Juventus will be able to penetrate the top 4 in the near future, besides the fairly consistent performances of several teams at the top of the standings, it will certainly make it very difficult for Juventus to break into the top 4 , because in addition to juventus must remain consistent in playing, they also have to hope that some of the teams above it can achieve bad results in the remaining matches, besides now Juventus always get negative results when they have to deal with big teams like Intermilan and also AC Milan and victory against Roma I think it's just luck for Juventus. If Juventus are able to consistently get full points when facing big teams, maybe they have a chance to be able to catch up with these points. You have a strong point, as they started the season badly, now 2 factors will work in case of them being back on the top 4. 1. They have to play consistently good, even against the top teams, and 2. They have to hope that the top teams lose points among them making the gap less for them to get on top. There is a quite improvement in Juventus's performance lately, and they have high probabilities of topping the League. Although, they are presently at the 6th position on the table with 15 points. However i will like to see how they plays their next matches. Juventus next 3 League matches are probably against Sassuolo, Verona and Fiorentina. I think this teams are not that tough, and Juventus winning in these matches will surely boost their points, and also place them in the top 4 on the standings. Juventus are playing well, they have been able to stabilize themselves from a terribly bad situation, everything is fine. But I can't agree that they will be at the top of the points table. A strong squad is needed to stay at the top of the points table. Juventus have conceded 11 goals and scored 13 in nine games this season. Napoli, meanwhile, have conceded just three goals and scored 19 this season. AC Milan and Inter Milan have scored 22 and 24 goals respectively. When I compare Juventus with such teams, Juventus team seems to me to be weak. |

It might have gone like this, we still had bad results even with MSN still alongside each other on the same team BUT the manner we played has changed drastically. You're right, Suarez at Barca would not have allowed us to lose the UCL games that we did.
I still don't understand why Barca kicked out Suarez.He was one of the best strikers in the entire history of Barcelona and the club just fired him in a pretty disrespectful way.I don't know anything about his financial requirements,maybe he asked for a very big salary,but dumping him was a huge mistake. His salary was definitely smaller than the salary of Lionel Messi,so it wasn't a problem for Barcelona to keep Suarez. Anyway,Real Madrid winning against Barcelona was pretty much expected,but the El Clasico kinda lost of his glamour,after the big stars like Messi and Ronaldo aren't playing for Barcelona and Real. Suarez is a good friend of Messi. Suarez contributed to Messi's success at Camp nou by converting his passes to goes then increasing his assists counts. Then Messi contributed to Suarez success by always assisting him. Both augment each other and developed bond in and outside the pitch. One shouldn't have left and the other stay back. Also Barcelona's financial issues could be a contributing factor.
Moreover, the result was fair, the better team took the day. Yet, it still looked like a keenly contested El Clásico. A major reason why Suarez left is Koeman. He told Suarez that he is not good enough for his squad and that he has aged. The irony is that they lost to Atletico because of Suarez's goal. And Suarez said that he didn't celebrate the goal against Barca, he celebrated against Koeman. There is no denying that Suarez was one of the most important parts of Barcelona after Neymar left and Messi and he had very good chemistry between them. Man United players are without a doubt all lines have great players and only the appointment of a coach is still bad and Ole has no greater interaction than other coaches and only relies on the same scheme. It has been a lot of criticism from fans and is now in 7th place with 4 games without a win, a poor result for Ole. Yeah, Ole should be sacked immediately in my opinion. Top players want to play in clubs that guarantee them trophies and victories, and they can also pay well.
Personally, if I were a top player and I got an offer from Barcelona, a club that can no longer guarantee trophies and money, and Newcastle that will soon be able to guarantee both trophies and money, I know which club I would choose.

I am sure ICC will take the decision after the T20 worldcup. I think Afganistan players should move to other countries if possible and join their team. Most new cricketing nation are looking for good players and they are willing to hire them.
Most of the Afghan players are currently based in Qatar and the UAE. I guess they will continue to participate in various franchise T20 leagues. But I don't think that Afghanistan as a team would be allowed to play international cricket. The stance from BCCI is not yet known, but the cricket boards from Australia, New Zealand and England are in favor of banning Afghanistan. Obviously the ICC don't want to take this step, when the T20 World Cup is ongoing. I guess the decision will come soon after the completion of this tournament. Well, Afghanistan cricket board getting band will be really sad for all the cricket lovers as they have produced a lot of really quality players in recent times but judging the situation of Afghanistan maybe it's just better for everyone that Afghanistan players do not play any international matches soon. Because here the safety of the players is involved. And we have to remember that in cricket we don't have as many teams playing as like football so losing a test playing nation is a big problem. And I know this is going to create a lot of fuss which in my opinion ICC does not want right now and maybe that is the reason they are not still taking any decisions about this. |

I still don't understand why India has included Hard dick Pandya in the squad, if he is not capable of bowling. That slot should have been gone to someone else. For pace bowling, they have Mohammed Shami, Jasprit Bumrah and Bhuvneshwar Kumar. Spin department consists of Varun Chakravarthy and Ravindra Jadeja. Pakistan has won the toss and they have asked the Indians to bat first. Let's see how it goes for KL Rahul and Rohit Sharma.

Leicester leading at half time with Brentford being the better team so far. I have a feeling they will regroup at HT and grind out the result but they are really lucky to be in the lead. They haven't been at their best since the start of the season - especially in the defensive part of the game.
It has to be said though - that Tielemans goal is a contender for the goal of the season. Make sure to watch it if you haven't seen it, he's been on fire from outside of the box.
Leicester has been on a rollercoaster of a season. In one game they play well, on the other one they fail to perform. On the other hand, Brentford has really surprised me and went beyond my expectations. So far they are leading and if they don't make any blunder, I hope they will come out as the winners. Am sure everyone out there will be looking forward to the El Clásico this afternoon when it comes to la liga games, and with Barcelona going into this match nowhere near being considered favorites...I really don't see any surprise results to follow because I expect Real Madrid to win this one and history being on there side in their last few meetings,the worst result should be a draw which is highly unlikely besides not having a good run of games.
Real Madrid is looking better on papers but football is a very unpredictable game. But if no miracles happen, Real should be winning this as they are in quite good form lately. You know, they won their last game 5-0. Barca has also won the last few games but scoring still seems a problem for Barcelona, unlike Real Madrid. Benzema seems like whenever he touches the ball, either he scores or makes his teammates score. A lot will depend on how Benzema and Aguero play in this game. |

Bayern VS Hoffenheim
Not a single hint that Hoffenheim would be brutally defeated by Bayern, there is no single hope for Hoffenheim, and right now seeing this is not really shocking, and right now Hoffenheim is not in their top shape and Christoph Baumgartner can not play because of covid 19, and even if Baumgartner can still play Hoffenheim can not have a slight chance in competing with Bayern, and in that game, a triple yellow card was given to three players of Hoffenheim so not good gameplay either.
All the stats and circumstances indicate that Hoffenheim hardly has a chance to win this match against Bayern. Ibra treats him by creating a goal on minute 90, but I agree with you, why is Milan so difficult to defeat a team with only 9 players?. is it because they never won in the champions league (still affected), the second goal shocks me also, there are some Milan players not in place (formation), 0-2 on first-half should be a bit defensive, but only 10 players they make it tie that very weird. That too on the last minutes, 84'just scored a goal. Milan must have the big correction, otherwise, they will fail in the next other games.
