2781  Economy / Micro Earnings / Claimbtcs minimum reward decrease on: August 06, 2017, 12:00:09 PM
The one month superhit faucet claimbtcs has decreased it's reward from 100 satoshis/6 min to 22sat/5 min.
So, not it's just another popup faucet which no one's gonna use.
2782  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: nicehash.com vs zpool.ca vs miningpoolhub.com - And the winner is... on: August 05, 2017, 01:50:55 PM
Thanks for doing this experiment.  I my mind I would think nicehash because you are switching directly to the most profitable coin and getting BTC credited immediately whereas the other two you have to wait for the alt coin to mature and then you have to wait for the exchange and we know as that happens the price changes.  It may change for better or it may get worse who knows.  Of course nicehash also charges a big fat 3% too.

The competition would be around zpool and miningpoolhub and I think zpool would have the better results.
Nicehash is just attracting a lot of beginners to their pools but have larger fees.
2783  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Any reviews on coinurl ? on: August 05, 2017, 01:48:04 PM
They are here for long and paying. They have lower reward per visit than other competitor and have less ads to earn for themselves.
Try other services like coin.mg or madpay.net.
2784  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: WAVES on: August 05, 2017, 01:43:31 PM
Yes!  Waves is doing great!  Now the question... do I take some profit from my hard earned BTC and move it to Waves or leave it where it's at?

Waves was a good concept in the hand of poor people. There is no future for wave. Buying waves with BTC would be a loss.
2785  Economy / Securities / Re: High risk/reward bitcoin investment platforms on: August 05, 2017, 07:54:08 AM
I'm looking for a places where I can invest bitcoins with high leverage.

It should be something reliable and use well known derivative instruments like futures, options, forex, etc.
My personal preference for short term investments.

I'm using liberoptions.com but I need larger bids.

Any suggestions?

Try investing in bankroll of casinos or of coin mixers for short terms.
They provide about 50% ROI yearly on your coin and most of the time can withdraw at any time.
2786  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Anybody with $10,000 worth of BTC+Alts today should be a Millionnaire in 2025 on: August 05, 2017, 07:48:05 AM
You guys need to look at why the price of altcoins go up.
And what it takes for the prices to keep rising for 8 straight years LOL
It's about people.
With out an ever expanding user base that is not possible.
The reality is a new coin is made every few minutes so the market dilution is at odds with enough people to buy them all at.. And here is the kicker.. A greater and greater price.
Apparently you noob pajeets are willing to spend literally any amount of real money on any shitcoin.. While the dev who got free coins laughs to the bank.
Imagine how hard Butters is laughing as ETH rises to $500 a coin Cheesy

Try being smart and realistic.. And maybe even honest.

Historically we seen altcoins rise.. Briefly.
Not.. Keep shooting upwards for 8 straight years.
You NOOBS were not here after the shitcoin recession after 2013.
It was users leaving and cashing out.
It happens and this topic ignores that completely.

You guys don't have a clue what you are talking about.
You are NOOBS that did not do your crypto homework.

!remind this funny guy in 10years.

Believe me i did enough homework. Bitcoin is nice but the blockchain isn't doing anything special, alt coins are future. Its actually inevitable, more people will find out and will want to join in. When the top is reached and will burst the people who got in now will still have gained a lot. Key is holding and following all the projects you hold, when a project loses interest and another similar one competes in price it is you who needs to decide what to do. But the technology is needed today and will get the attention it deserves. If you don't believe that then maybe you should do some more homework.

It's hard to predict. As the Bitcoin grows, it brings more problem. Though being one of the largest in supply coin, Bitcoin was a primitive crypto concept. And the bitcoin price can't go too has as have gone in the last decade.
The future is surely in the hand of newer alts. But predicting which will succeed is still difficult.
2787  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: What about cloud mining? on: August 05, 2017, 03:29:18 AM
Cloud mining could be great if you have patience and you choose the legit option.
The ROI of cloud mining is around 19 months on average.
But that would not be the exact case if you calculate them in fiat.
As the bitcoin price is rising every year buying one contract now would give you nice benefits in the future.
2788  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: August 05, 2017, 03:24:08 AM

I am going to bet on the Chelsea side. I think when arsenal plays against their town rival the Arsenal can not be able to keep their performance. in recent times the Gunners' performance is really poor against the Blues. hopefully, this will repeat again in the Community shield Final. let's see what will happen.

Certainly seen in terms of players and Ability skills
Chelsea are more in favor for this match, but do not forget the awesomeness Emirates Stadium charm of the host will be felt here, arsenal not only can win but they can reverse the score if playing to host (Emirates Stadium)

I don't think Arsenal would stand out against Chelsea, Chelsea would be a nice bet here. They have a consistent team while the Arsenal are still trying to get along with their playmates.
2789  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2016/17 on: August 05, 2017, 03:21:39 AM
after losing Neymar, Barcelona surely will face heavy competition in the coming season. without Neymar, they will not win any trophy because the only Messi is not enough to perform according to their standard. I think, in the season, Real Madrid will dominate again...
The dominance of Real Madrid next season as you predict will not happen if Barcelona gets a substitute Neymar who can further boost the Barcelona game in the next season is rolling soon. If substitute Neymar will play brilliantly then maybe the dominance will be in favor of Barcelona, as Real Madrid's rivals will definitely do an evaluation related to the performance of his team last season and clearly Barcelona do not want to repeat the mistake of last season.

Neymar's case though not as bad for Barcelona (They were doing great without him as well) but surely is a bad omen at the start of the season.
A rough handling I would say.
2790  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Guptacoin - Digital India - Real Financial Freedom on: August 03, 2017, 08:56:44 AM
Whats the purpose behind the coin? And why this name? Any reason?

purpose is to make gupta coin to country coin for india, which can be use in buying regular stuff and services with quick crypto payment.

and for  name :

http://www.coin-competition.eu/history/the-golden-age-of-indian-coinage-the-gupta-coins/

Could have used a humbler name. India it self a ethnically diverse country with frequent clashes between them. How could they accept an coin with ethnic name all over the country?
2791  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is your biggest regrets in cryptocurrency? on: August 03, 2017, 08:45:52 AM
I accidentally sent 0.05 BTC to a payment address twice. The service could not return me my coin as the address was for one time use only.
2792  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: HARDWARE WALLET on: August 03, 2017, 04:06:34 AM
If my hardware wallet company (Trezor) goes bust and client disappears are my bitcoins lost?

If you have a hardware wallet, your bitcoins are always safe with you. Event if the companies closes and stop it's support.
You can easily redeem the coins with the private keys.
2793  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: INVESTING IN BITCOIN? on: August 03, 2017, 04:03:08 AM
Who you would recommend following for investing in Bitcoin that watches it like a stock and gives recommendations on when to buy and sell? Someone that follows the candlesticks like a stock.

No analysis are always correct. You should watch and predict it for yourself for the best.
The one who have recently bought will always say that the price is going up and vice versa for the one who sold.
This includes press, the millionaires who's voice is heard and even the government are manipulating it.
2794  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why Bitcoin is not regulated in some countries? on: August 03, 2017, 03:59:14 AM
Some says, Bitcoin is legal and few says it's not. May I know the reason why it is not legal to use Bitcoin in some countries, for example, in my country, we are not allowed to use Bitcoin to purchase any items or goods. Why they can't legalize it? What was the reason behind it?

Bitcoin as its nature can't be regulated. So, it has a serious disadvantage to the government, it evades custom and tax.
Bitcoin is also said to be illegal in my country. But with the lack of any rules regarding the use of bitcoin. We can see many hotels and shops hanging Bitcoin accepted here signs.
2795  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Mining Rig to your workplace on: August 03, 2017, 03:54:01 AM
Definitely ask for permission first. I doubt they'll allow it. You'll have better luck at smaller companies rather than big ones.

This is the only post in the whole thread that even attempted to give you good advice. Everything else is just trying to skirt around the core question, is your boss ok with it? Unless you own the company all by yourself, you will answer to someone else, as even CEO's answer to their company's Board and stockholders.

If your boss does agree, it would be a good idea to get it in writing, such as an email rather than just as a verbal agreement. They may not fully understand the implications at the time and may go back on you if something would come up down the road.

I don't think using the office for mining some coins is that bad. Even the NSA supercomputers were used to mine bitcoins in past.
I'm just using my designated PC and It's not my boss paying for the electricity bill, the government pays it.
2796  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Guys what you think about bitcoin cash? on: August 02, 2017, 09:35:12 AM
Guys what you think about bitcoin cash? One has made 50% rise last 24 hours ;

If I were you, sell them already. At least you have made some money from an effortless way. The price is beginning to dive. I think it will continue for some time because there is really BCash dumping right now. Even miners are leaving BCash. So be careful holding it, it might lose some value in the next days.

Don't know about the far future but the hashrate for the bitcoincash decrease from around 300phs to 150phs from yesterday to today. So, seems like even the early miners are abandoning it.
2797  Economy / Securities / Re: BITCOIN INVESTMENT on: August 02, 2017, 02:22:28 AM
I'm an alt coin trader and is in constant need of bitcoins. I can provide anyone with a flat 1-2% monthly i.e. 12-24% per year.
But I have some limitations on size and time frame. Anyone interested can PM me.
2798  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Mining Rig to your workplace on: August 02, 2017, 12:55:56 AM
Hello Guys,
I have an idea of bringing my own Mining Rig to my office/workplace to free my Electric Bill but I just want to know if anybody in this forum is doing the same way.
What problems did you encounter?

Talk to me please.. THanks

It's a great idea but internet connection in my office is filtered. It doesn't connect to any coin servers or whatever they have.
The wallet doesn't get synced and minergate like app also don't take the proxy connection.

My company was in IT field, it have many filters and firewall rules, proxy, etc.

What I did was, I use a PC at home create a VPN server. Because of my lab can access the internet so I set up my rig as a VPN cilent so it can access the minning pool. You may have some technical knowledge. Of course, you are playing the hide and seek game with the IT department so be prepare for consequence.

P/s sorry for my bad English, not my native.

Bad Idea for you I think its good for me and maybe I can allow myself bringing and doing IT or hardware stuff since I though people around me have no idea about crypto currency and mining etc. If I'm going to bring a Rig then they would have no idea what I'm up to.. LOL

Hi,
please suggest me a way through.
My office connection is filtered centrally using juniper web filtering and also fortiguard. The internet works only when I put a specific proxy and gateway.
It rejects many sites based on their scripts or for being listed.

I'm the boss of my room and no one cares what I do inside my cabin (I'm not monitored by any IT personnel).
I have decent working desktop with internal graphics card and good internet connection. I can add up external graphics cards if I succeed.
I'm already mining monero in my home. But it would be much more efficient doing that in office. (Though less ethical)

VPN software doesn't work. They block the internet when connected.
2799  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Bitcoincash forked out, now when is Segwit? on: August 01, 2017, 10:52:02 AM
There was the talk of Segwit first and large Chinese miner went for hardfork.
In fact the hardfork eased the path for Segwit. So I think segwit is imminent now.
How quick will it occur?
2800  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: So the Bitcoincash will have lower transaction fees? on: August 01, 2017, 10:47:25 AM
Arent btc transaction fees 0 now with Segwit?

I don't think we have Segwit yet. And I don't think the fees would ever be 0 because it's what miner would get as reward after the issue of all bitcoins.
