281  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Litecoin is the sleeping giant on: October 21, 2019, 04:50:41 PM
Litecoin is the sleeping giant

Yup a fat giant that did nothing in last 8 years expect sleeping.  Smiley    It is time to wake up and start working buddy. Bring innovations on crypto table or be gone!
Before he wakes up, you better save any amount from him, because you will get great profits after he wakes up.
I'm also holding the LTC bit by bit that I bought a few months ago. I will sell it by the end of 2020 later.

the right decision...
indeed Litecoin is a good altcoin, and I'm sure when the next bullrun ltc becomes one of the altcoins that will go up high.
Litecoin is almost the same as other old altcoins, and they are worth long-term hold.
282  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should we boycott ICO's ? on: October 21, 2019, 04:17:06 PM
Most of us have been through this sad phase of life wherein we have wasted our precious time spanning to months on scam projects wherein the either the project turns out to be a scam or else the developers refrain from distributing the tokens to the bounty hunters for first few months after launch and by the time we receive it the value of token is negligible. Should bounty hunters boycott the ICO's and look for alternatives?

Bounty hunters don't have the power to boycott ICO, so even if all the bounty hunters unite in the end nothing has changed. the project is still viable, and may only have a short-term impact. I have often seen projects that deceive bounty hunters, but until now they have survived.
283  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: When Litecoin dips really low in price, I am buying a LOT! on: October 20, 2019, 06:08:13 PM
When I did buting at dips before, I experienced loss when I buy at dips because I thought that the price is now cheap and there is a dip that happens again. I cut my position because I know that it will go down more. LTC is a good coin but I do not have plan to buy dips at it.

The track record of Litecoin is clear enough that it is not a disappointing coin nor a disappointing project. When I buy at a dip thinking that it is already hitting the lowest point and it turned out that I was wrong, I would rather HODL it rather than sell it with a loss with the goal of cutting my loss. That is not practical for me.  At the end of the day, there will always be a rebound for Litecoin.

yes you're right, rather than selling it better to wait a little longer. because ltc is one good altcoin. so sooner or later in the end the coin will surely rise. and one more buy is also good, it will increase profits when the price rises later. I also sometimes do this. rather than selling, buying more is more profitable. what more for large coins like litecoin.
284  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Have a $ 500 fund you want to make a profit on: October 19, 2019, 10:54:39 PM
I have $ 500 or more, is that enough to invest or trade daily ??  Do I need to buy cheap coins or expensive coins?  I want your opinion for me as a newbie.

Now it makes sense to invest in Ethereum, if you are willing to wait at least six months. After the launch of Ethereum 2.0, its price is sure to grow several times and you will increase your capital. However, the amount of $ 500 is very small to earn much on Ethereum. If you know how to trade on the stock exchanges, it may make sense to use this amount in daily trading.

yes you're right with a $500, ethereum is the best choice. with a lot of speculation about ethereum 2.0, this will be very beneficial for long-term hold. instead of buying altcoin which is difficult to predict, ethereum is a choice for beginners. so it doesn't hurt to buy ethereum for now.
285  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Top 10 Cryptocurrencies Predicted to Dominate the Market in 2020 on: October 19, 2019, 03:53:23 PM
2020 is near.. knowing the top 10 cryptocurrencies in 2020 is very important which will benefit the traders to overcome problems.
At the end of the day it's still a prediction so we should not really fully trust this 'cause we'll never know until we reach 2020 and see how other coins will perform in the market. Well, I don't doubt the others like ethereum, litecoin, neo, and eos. Especially bitcoin, knowing that it'll be part of top 10 and will dominate among the rest for the next coming years.

yes you're right, for the coin you mentioned earlier. I don't think we need to doubt that. before 2020 eth, btc, ltc, eos and xrp have dominated the crypto market and I'm sure it will last a few years.

but who is confused why there is no BNB there, BNB is the largest exchange token at this time. has the highest marketcap compared to its competitors. their technology is also far superior. so I'm sure bnb will be one of the coins that will dominate the market.
286  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bull run / wishful think ? on: October 18, 2019, 05:16:50 PM
remember, history repeat itself my friend
maybe you think this is just no more than wishfull think
but, i'm sure next year after bitcoin halving, a huge demands will coming to crypto world again mate, and will push the price of bitcoin and other good alts increase
just like the past mate
well, so it's totally because speculation and prediction ,
based on previous btc halving it can be a reference for making speculations and predictions.
but i dont think it will be make some good affect to alts, i just think,it make btc more dominant on market.

maybe halving bitcoin will only increase the dominance of bitcoin in the crypto market. but halving will create a pump for bitcoin. and after the pump it might be altcoin's turn to go up, especially for large altcoins like ethereum.
so the scenario that I'm thinking of is when halving bitcoin, altcoin might be red because there will be a wave of sell altcoin to buy btc. after that those who have already made a profit will sell btc and buy altcoin.
287  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The top 5 countries are ‘paradise’ for cryptocurrencies on: October 18, 2019, 01:17:11 PM
There is nothing more appealing to a crypto enthusiast than an environment suitable for holding or trading cryptocurrencies, In my opinion here are the 5 most crypto-friendly countries.

Malta
Topping the list is Malta. The country has become a haven for cryptocurrency companies and businesses due to its tax-friendly policy, even for foreigners. This country has a prime minister who fully supports all cryptocurrencies.

Bermuda
Bermuda is a small island with a population of about 65,000 people in the Caribbean. This country has attracted companies with a free tax policy. This also applies to cryptocurrencies as the country aims to become a haven for the cryptocurrency industry

Japan
Japan is a leading country in the cryptocurrency space. Japan is the first country in the world to accept Bitcoin as legal. The country was also the first to adopt extensive regulations for more than their cryptocurrency exchanges.

Germany
Cryptocurrencies are considered to be a separate unit of money and an accepted means of payment in the country by the German National Tourism Board 2018. Germany has a cryptocurrency-friendly financial system.

Singapore
Cryptocurrencies will be considered commodities, not currencies in Singapore. Any company dealing with cryptocurrencies is required to pay GST (Goods and Services Tax)

In your opinion, which countries are crypto friendly? Please list
What? seriously where is china and korea they are better than singapore and germany, remember that asic miners for mining bitcoin comes from china, bitmain technologies is in Beijing china and korea seem more into crypto than Singapore to me

I heard that last year China banned all crypto mining activities. and last year there were also some problems with the crypto exchange, many exchange offices moved because of this problem. so I don't think China is included in a country that is friendly to crypto and its holders.

compared to china, korea is better. and I think Korea deserves the title of crypto-friendly country.
288  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Alt season come soon? on: October 16, 2019, 06:56:38 PM
It would definitely happen again but I'm sure that it will still take time. Some altcoins follow the Bitcoin trend so its possible to happen when the bull run approaches again. There's a season for everything. Altcoins might not be so alive these days but it will surely recover and regain the trust of most investors soon. Let's not stay away from altcoins but let's all hope that it would recover again.

Most of us in crypto-community believes that Bitcoin is the force that will push entire crypto-market to the roof. We can`t expect
anything to happen with alt-coins before Bitcoins start`s it. And that will happen in a few years, as you say Genemind it will take some
time, but it will happen.
I will add something that is repeated many times here on forum, not all the alt-coins will rise with Bitcoin, some of them will stay where
they are forever or even drop more. From all alt-coins we will be lucky to see 10% of them to make new ATH together with Bitcoin.

yes I agree with you, the altcoin season will start when bitcoin has moved. without bitcoin, there is no altcoin season. bitcoin is one of the biggest reasons why many people invest in crypto. so wait until bitcoin starts to run, then we will see a new ATH for altcoin.
289  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Catex exchange e catex token on: October 16, 2019, 06:17:39 PM
today I just saw a CATT token at coinmarketcap, and I don't think it's very good. has no trading volume, only a small exchange, the price of the token has fallen compared to the current price of the ICO.
and the token looks like any other altcoin shit. so investing in this project will not be profitable.
290  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do you think XRP will start to the moon? on: October 15, 2019, 06:39:37 PM
xrp to the moon? I don't think so. before that happens there will definitely be a dump. this always happens every time XRP increases, suddenly the price fell without anyone knowing why. rather than up to the moon, I'm more confident in the future there will be other manipulations that will occur for coins
291  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Which coins should i buy? on: October 14, 2019, 11:25:29 PM
buy more bitcoin and ethereum, next year you will definitely get a profit. halving and ethereum 2.0, is good news and don't miss this. these two things are very possible to trigger the pump, there will definitely be many Whales who will go to the market to get big profits. so buying bitcoin and ethereum is a good choice.

Like Halving Bitcoin before, I think BTTC will go up more than 100%, so don't miss this opportunity
292  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Must Know Before Investing in IEO on: October 14, 2019, 05:31:27 PM
IEO projects on the market today are offering the whole heavens and Earth to investors  but we know that only a few of them can be considered as worthy of our money,

This is how i evaluate an IEO

Exchanges

If IEO is launched on Binance, Kucoin, Gate, Houbi, Okex. I always appreciate it. They are promising

Community.

if the community is large and strong this will contribute a great part to the success of the project. Check social medium handlets probably

Project Team.

Team development is important investigate everyone on team list, most scammers uses fake pictures

Whitepaper

I check if whitepaper is plagiarized or not. Scammers simply copy from various whitepaper and use this in their whitepaper. You can do it with various free resource of plagiarism

good information, but I think those who want to participate in IEO already know this. so no need to worry, they must already have the knowledge to judge whether the project is good or not. the problem is not during IEO, but after IEO. many good projects but can not survive the dump, even though it has been supported by large exchanges such as binance, huobi, KUCOIN and others. not because the scam or the project was less popular but the number of investors who bought it when the IEO dumped when they saw the price of tokens/coins increased. this is the problem, you know that almost all of the current IEO projects are always like this.

start IEO in a large exchange> success (all tokens sold out)> prices are pumped after IEO> 2 or 3 weeks after that there is a dump> the price falls below the current price of IEO> and disappears.

all keep repeating
293  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: !!! SO MANY PROJECTS !!! What 's going on ? on: October 13, 2019, 03:53:46 PM
we must be careful with this. nothing is really good at crypto, especially if it's about a new project. we must be vigilant because when dev always shares the good news on a regular basis, there are two possibilities that usually happen next. they lie to make sure investors or the project is a scam. those two possibilities aren't good for all of us, so stay alert.
294  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum will Boom ! on: October 12, 2019, 12:41:05 PM
ETH Boom should happen after ETH 2.0 update, but to all this in the next ETH waiting for the transition to Pos mining
I think that after these factors, the price of Ethereum will be at least 350 dollars. The coin even now has almost the largest liquidity in the cryptocurrency market.
I hope that after the update the price will be higher than $300, and after switching to PoS Mining, the price of ETH will be higher than $500

yes I hope so too, but more important is ethereum as soon as possible to get out of this trendown. I and many people are tired of seeing ethereum slump in the market. hopefully with POS, ethereum has a new spirit to go up.

besides that we must also consider the issue of scalability. can the ethereum 2.0 launch the scalability problem be solved?
295  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Dogecoin Is the Third-Most Resistant to 51% Attacks, After Bitcoin and Ethereum on: October 12, 2019, 11:51:39 AM
I think doge is not resistant to attacks, but indeed no one wants to attack him. with a low price, the benefits will not be worth the effort they have to spend, it's better they attack other platforms that are more profitable.
296  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: which are the hottest coins to invest in 2019? on: October 11, 2019, 03:07:33 PM
I think Huobi tokens(HT). maybe a lot of people talk about BNB(Binance Token) because it is supported by a large exchange and the team that always provides innovation for crypto. but don't forget the Huobi token(HT), this token is one of the best exchange tokens after BNB. just look at how they built the marketcap to this level. and I'm sure the current price is not the highest, my prediction HT can be like BNB.
297  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Teams showing real faces to public can still scam you on: October 11, 2019, 02:28:21 PM
Recently I was asked to send my photo and a link to my linkedin account for a some reward. They said they would post this data on their project’s website. It would not be surprising if I were there as a member of their team Grin.

OP is right, this is possible with ease: real people, with real data and dark affairs.

One new way to deceive investors, using bounty participant photos to make it look realistic. very annoying, but that's the reality. that's why we have to be more careful in providing personal data even if it's for KYC or others. always be alert because the data is very important.
298  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [IEO] CurioInvest - Bringing collectables into the digital world on: October 10, 2019, 02:56:39 PM
Hopefully, the right stock options for CUR token placements, such as binance exchanges, will be a strong attraction for the community and I am sure that the trade volume will be large, this will make the CUR token price stable.

it's still too early to talk about listing on binance or other large exchanges, I think it's better that dev consider other exchanges like Coinbene, LAtoken, Kucoin, bitforex, hotbit or other exchanges that have almost the same quality. Besides the expensive listing fees, the requirements for large exchange listings are quite strict. so if to increase the volume of trade my advice can be considered. or the fastest way is to open a new pair of BTC/ETH in probit, currently CUR only has one pair and it doesn't work optimally.
299  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum Bullish trend on: October 08, 2019, 05:18:06 PM
for now it still seems like not. but if ethereum can keep its price at $180, I think this can happen. so we wait for the next few weeks, if the price of ethereum is stable there will be a bullrun for ethereum. but if it turns out otherwise, there will be a very deep decline for ethereum. maybe ethereum will return to under $150.
300  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BNB good to invest at price of 0.0019 BTC ? on: October 07, 2019, 05:14:43 PM
hi guys do u think BNB good to invest at 0.0019 BTC ?
my friend bought BNB at 0.0029 and he is in a big lost now
i was thinking to buy at current price but im afraid that BNB
fall more to 0.0012 - 0.0015 BTC

Current prices are quite cheap and BNB is in a good trend for the next few weeks. so maybe buying now is not a bad choice. but if you are in doubt it's better to wait until the BNB really rises, this might be a little detrimental but this method is safer. while waiting for BNB, you can pay attention to bitcoin. if bitcoin is stable at $ 8K, you can buy BNB. but if bitcoin shows upward movement, don't buy bnb. because usually when bitcoin rises altcoin will experience a decrease.
