281  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Play with your profit or not? on: September 04, 2017, 08:32:35 AM
When you guys are gambling and already doubled your bankroll, do you still play with the whole money you got or you take away half of your bankroll and start playing with your profit or not?

Take your winnings and run. Don't play on, you always end up losing. Don't get greedy and don't think you have not won "enough". Quite, enjoy your winnings and try the next day/week/month, if you like.
282  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why IT hack? on: September 04, 2017, 08:21:41 AM
Hackers likes to penetrate something for the thrill and sometimes the money but most of it is for the thrill from conquering something that was supposed to be secure.

I think that is exactly right. The thrill drives a lot of things, including hacking.
There is a great satisfaction in bypassing / shortcutting / penetrating a system that is supposed to be secure, only for that sake knowing that you can.
283  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What would you do with 10 eth on: September 04, 2017, 06:47:22 AM
Hi Guy's,

Where would you invest 10 eth in when you can and why? Smiley

I would sell them, and buy a few gifts for the kids. Best investment ever Smiley
284  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Is Global Warming Real? on: September 04, 2017, 06:43:56 AM
I have measured the temperature, it is 37 °C  (98.6 °F) in my room, I live in a pretty shady area so the sun doesn't directly warm my room.

Outside the temperature according to local heat sensors + the meteorology service confirmed, it's 42 °C  (107.6°F) , the air on average. In sunny areas it can be as high as 50  °C  (122°F)

They have also forecasted 45-47 °C for this week in nearby locations as average temperature. In sunny spots it can be deadly heat.

And this is Europe for fuck sake, not the fucking desert. In the desert the temperature may even be 60  °C or higher.

It's a fucking oven, the skin burns off your body it's so hot.

Yet we see motherfuckers who are denying the global warming, how is this possible?

Climate changes are real, like it’s been countless times in history. Is this time man made, maybe?
However a couple of eruptions of super volcanoes would dwarf man’s contribution significantly.

Evolution one-on-one, if you can’t handle changes fast enough, you die out, and the next species is ready for its moment. How do you think we arrived at first place? Climate changes!
285  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Evolution is a hoax on: September 02, 2017, 07:33:24 PM
Nobody has seen dogs evolve regarding species. All dog changes are in breeding. "But, but, but..." you will say. "The various species exist. So, they must have come about." So, you can play the game that there was species change without actually knowing it.

Millions of people have watched and guided dogs evolutions over the last few centuries.

Cool

Have they? Grin
286  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why compare BTC to USD? on: September 02, 2017, 06:00:05 PM
As USD is the currency that is accepted mostly all over the world and it is also a very stable currency, so I believe that's why bitcoin is compared to USD.
And local exchanges also list the bitcoin vs local currency pair on the exchange too along with the btc /USD pair.

US currency is not stable at all. While it is usable a lot a places it is not stable, there are far better currency for that... if you want that, stability.
I do not know a more common currency than the dollar. It is known and used all over the world so people give it as an example. Now my sympathy is with bitcoin, but I don't see any willingness of bitcoin is to adapt to modern conditions.

Sure it is used all over the world, but stability is not one of its pro's. I don't know why it is so, superpower and all that, but I like that it is not stable. There is a reason why some Chinese, Singapore, hongkong traders on EBay use Euro's, Australian$ or Canadian$.... anyway i like that it is not stable, just make its better for my bitcoins Smiley

Children and adolescents, thanks to bitcoin, have the opportunity to become rich while they are engaged in studies and their parents provide them. I will teach my children to keep the crypto currency so that they are rich in the future.

They have always had that opportunity! it's called the stock market.... among 10000 other ventures.
I think we have opportunities currently in every field but bitcoin is better for them because it is best platform to learn the technical skills ot management of the money and making better use of the money .
In the Early stage of the children should be in better things like studying with practically and also in the same way if they can start learn bitcoin from basic then there will remain chances that they can start even any new thing that has not been happened in the market .
But still here beside of this positivity we should remain attentive toward the activities of the children with the use of thr bitcoin because they can get into gambling by mistake which is not a good thing for them at small age .

Well bitcoins (altcoins) IS gambling. They are not tied up to anything, other the then trust of the users. That is gambling bonafide in my book.... well i do it myself Smiley

291  Economy / Gambling / Re: Betting on bitcoin prize on: September 02, 2017, 12:29:44 PM
I like the idea, but processing bets manually? And yeh, why should I trust OP in this? Sending some bitcoin to a random address and hoping it will work out good? Nah, that's too risky for me.

Right exactly, betting is good, stupid betting is not. Anyway btc is just going up. 1 year = 10000$/1btc

293  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: From bitcoin is a scam to bitcoin is the future on: September 02, 2017, 12:01:12 PM
Between scam and "the future" ,i believe the truth is somewhere in the middle.
Bitcoin is not a scam, but some greedy devs and miners might want to change bitcoin and increase their own profits scamming the millions of ordinary bitcoin users.
I don`t see governments as such a big threat for btc.

No different then what is going on, on the stock market. Only difference is goverment, the big banks and firms have not found a way to control it.....yet

299  Local / Skandinavisk / Re: glad on: September 01, 2017, 09:57:58 AM

300  Local / Skandinavisk / Re: tax on bitcoin profits in scandinavia? on: September 01, 2017, 09:46:26 AM
Denmark:
A danish tax accountant recently told me, that there are no speical rules for bitcoin taxation yet, BUT:
bitcoin is taxed the same way like profits from gold or diamonds and so on. So your profits are taxed with your income tax.

Problem with taxing as gold or diamonds or stocks, or cows for that matter, is that a lot of tax deduction followers (ligningsmæssige fradrag). Not sure if they are ready for that on a grant scale. Is bitcoins even workable under skattekontrollovens § 3C ?
