282  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Bitcoin tries to do the impossible on: March 09, 2019, 12:07:25 PM
Any increase fueled by a rumor could only be temporary, if it were to be more than a rumour market would have increased more than that and maybe there might have been btc new all time high, many people are waiting for this approval to enter into crypto space including institutional investors.
283  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO scammers, Sell your uploaded KYC ID documents, adress for a lot of money. on: March 09, 2019, 07:20:29 AM
The aim and objective of some team requesting for kyc is to steal identity of ico buyers and bounty participants who participated in their project, many people have brought up this issue of team stealing peoples identity, it is high time people also kyc someone you are spending your identification card and image to. Be careful.
284  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will ERC20 tokens benefit from Ethereum upswing? on: March 07, 2019, 03:18:41 PM
No, ethereum price upswing won't affect the price of ERC 20 tokens, the only thing that can affect the price of good ERC20 tokens is if market condition change from sideway movement to a bullish mode.
285  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: less interest of investors to buy ICO on: March 07, 2019, 03:08:29 PM
now i see how many days ico appears and the result is a kind of war between ico to attract investors.
whereas I see that pre-sales to the public, ico are hardly in accordance with their targets, even to touch soft caps, it's very difficult.

Do you think that mastah caused ico not to be expected?
The cause of this is bad reputation fake project has given when crypto was booming in 2017/2018, scam ico ran away with a lot of investors money and the fear of being scam again has been instilled to the mind of prospect investors coupled with current market condition.
286  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO still have huge chance of surviving on: March 07, 2019, 02:59:44 PM
Investors have learnt how to invest in good project scam project are unable to attract investors anymore because investors are wiser, gone are the days when scammers can deceive investors. Even good project also can't raise money because of bad impression scammers have given to ico.
287  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Lets be careful on what we are investing on: March 07, 2019, 12:30:55 PM
Read this several minutes ago. We must be vigilant on what we are investing and must do some research or study first if the project that we wanted to join is legit or not. So sad that there are some ICOs who are just making money for their own sake. Because of this issues, people becomes scared of cryptocurrencies and thinks that other cryptos that are legit are scams too.

http://www.livebitcoinnews.com/denaro-ico-raises-8-7m-and-goes-up-in-smoke/
You are right, especially now that there are too many scam projects in the cryptospace, nearly 90% of project are just fundraising without any development since their initial aim is just to gather some $ and run please dyor before any investment.

290  Economy / Marketplace / Re: For god's sake, stop lestening to mainstream Media and wake up people... !! on: March 06, 2019, 03:21:28 PM
Which means they are creating what they have rejected either by the media or indirectly by them, that is why it is very important to stop listening to what media says, i think by now noobes already learnt their lesson and i also discover that news rarely move the market anymore.
291  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Earning cryptocurrency doing your everyday shopping in this bear market. on: March 06, 2019, 02:53:46 PM
What do you guys think about some of these crypto back websites like Rewards.com or lolli.com?

You can earn a % back in cryptocurrency at major retailers like Booking.com, BestBuy, Ali Express, Khole's etc..

Let me know if you used any crypto back websites and what your experience was.
I haven't use them before i have tried to sign up for rewards.com but my number is not being accepted, i want to know if the platform is exclusive to just some country, i would like to experience how the platform looks like.
292  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do you comfort yourself after receiving token from the bounty program? on: March 06, 2019, 02:33:37 PM
In this difficult market, the value of tokens is reduced very low.
So, how do you console yourself?

I first:
I calculated the number of tokens I received, then multiplied by the ICO price, followed by multiplying it by the current ETH price.
As a result, I received the corresponding ETH.
I took the ETH multiplied peak rates ($1500- 2017) And I told myself if ETH peaks (2017), I will get a lot of $. Haha!

For example:
I received 1000 ABC token.
ABC token ico price: 0.2$
Total received: 1000 * 0.2$ = 200$
Current ETH price: 150$
So I will receive: 200/150 = 1.33E
If ETH = $1500 is like 2017, I will have 2000$. Smiley)
Bounty reward isn't that lucrative these days compare to late 2017 and early 2018, bounty reward are lucrative then but due to this bear market the reward value when listed are absolute waste of time for someone who want to sell immediately it will pay those who can hold at long run.
293  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: KYC SHOULD BE STOPPED FOR BOUNTY HUNTERS on: March 03, 2019, 08:41:06 AM
What is KYC? It means knowing your customer. In KYC some requirements are required such as: Full Name, Residence address, Citizenship, Birth date, Photo of government issued ID (Driver’s License, Passport, ID card),
Social Security number or Tax Identification, Bank Statement, Utility Bill, Photo of bank card .

I honestly think kyc should be stopped for bounty hunters, reason being that we are not buying the token of the project ,rather we are rendering services  to create awareness for the project. Which ought to be paid for.

In another view, if a bounty hunter has to go through KYC ,then it should be at the start of the bounty, during registration, if accepted or passed, then you go on with the bounty.

I did a bounty which i passed, and earned some amount of the token, but i failed kyc and my effort was gone just like that, after rendering my services to them by promoting the project. I got really pained.

This is just an example of what is happening.

What do you all really think about kyc for bounty hunters?
KYC for bounty hunters is manipulative measure used by project team to reduce the amount of reward that suppose to be given to people who promoted their project, though this is not always right in case of security token but if otherwise, i don't see any reason why bounty hunter should do kyc for utility token.
294  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A Smartphone to Earn its Owner € 250 Worth of Crypto Monthly on: March 03, 2019, 08:34:56 AM
How i wish this could be achieved it is going to be a breakthrough innovation and the mobile phone will be demanded for hugely,  wouldn't say it is impossible yet will wait and see how this will be achieved, bcos power could pose a challenge for mobile mining.
295  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ImToken password forgotten on: March 03, 2019, 06:56:56 AM
My mistake.

I just realized I forgot my ImToken password (I need the password to withdraw and access the mnemonics). I know it's (99.9%) impossible to retrieve but if anyone has any solutions I am all for it.

On the good side it's very little locked tokens.
There is nothing you can do on your imtoken application without your password, the only solution now is your private key, if you have your private key you can import your account on MEW then all your problem is solved you don't need password to send out tokens on MEW.
296  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hardworking pays not luck on: March 03, 2019, 06:31:05 AM
We don't want luck we want to get paid for hardworking ,bounty that was once about how hardworking has now turn to 'how lucky you are' ,something must be done about this ,any ideas??? Since all devs makes use of Bitcointalk forum to advertise and draw people attention bitcointalk will Be the easiest strong wall standing between scammers and investors
I disagree, people still get paid working hard for a project if otherwise then the bounty manager is the one to be blamed, that i why you need to chose a project you will work for carefully chose a manager with good reputation then your hard work will always pay off.
297  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which is the best ethereum wallet mobile? on: March 01, 2019, 01:13:55 PM
I use metamask these days because it's easy to use and well secured mobile ethereum wallet, though i don't think metamask has mobile app i have only use their web wallet. If you can use web wallet try metamask out then.
298  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is your general view on ICO's projects this year? on: March 01, 2019, 01:10:17 PM
As some of you know already, I am partaking with an upcoming ICO project and it is very important to me and my team to know how to get the best out of it. My question is, what is your general view on ICO's in 2019. This will help us better understand where to bring extra clarity. Thank you!
If you want to invest in an ico this year go for ico using binance launchpad to launch their ico an example of that is BTT and fetch ico, people made a lot of money investing on bittorent and their is hope that those who bought fetch too will make huge profit too.
The point is that invest in ico like those i mentioned above this year
299  Economy / Economics / Re: is it possible that the bitcoin was created by governments? on: February 28, 2019, 10:36:16 PM
According to conspiracy theory, Is it possible that the bitcoin was created by governments to gain financial strength in the modern world?
No i disagree with this theory if government were to be the creators of this most popular digital currency then they wouldn't be banning the use of it by it's citizens i don't trust this theory, it's mere assumption there is no proof to back it up.
300  Economy / Economics / Re: Will BTC defeated in 2019? on: February 28, 2019, 10:23:22 PM
Crypto currency seems to cold down these days and many people have lost faith in the past few months...

People find most token are fake indeed, what they have was just a whitepaper.

I think most of them will die in the next year.

But what about Bitcoin?

As the first and the most influential one, Bitcoin is still weak with numerous restrictions.

Maybe it will fall into the ground due to the political factors, or beaten by other token which is better.

 Huh

It is true that people lost faith because of scammer who gave crypto a negative name but this doesn't affect the good reputation bitcoin, it can't fall to group due to any political factor it is decentralised and nobody can stop it or make it seize to exist.
