If the forum asks a certain amount for launching bounties then scam shit project won't get the place for free promoting. Most of the newbie people do social bounties, so, they never research hard! That's why any kind of shit project gets free promoting just by lunching a bounty thread! I agree with you that people should stop doing shit bounties, but newbie bounty hunters don't care about these things.
if indeed it can be done by the forum team/moderator it will be very helpful for everyone, but if that happens it will make everyone more lazy in reading and doing research on a project |

It will not die at least for now, the reason they do not do something to increase the value of their token due to bounty and marketing. They are holding a lot of events and rewarding their hunters flatly. What I mean here is they are giving a ton of tokens but they do not put the buy orders to keep the price on the track because they want the hunters to sell their token at a cheap price while doing the marketing for them. When the project is cheating bounty hunters, it is 100% sure that the project is not successful at all. They will end up runaway with investors money. Be careful with such projects.

This year i have joined some bountys and it end without paying a dime. That is why i hate to join any bounty that hold very long time and end failure. I think doing some research before joined any campaign will safe your time getting wasting your time in the future.

ICO is not dead yet, many ICOs have failed because there are now too many scammers who have run off investors' money, so many investors are afraid to invest. that's for sure, sheer lies. I invested a lot of money in this project, more than my monthly salary, and as a result, these tokens fell to almost 0. I could buy much more on the exchange for this amount.
if you really believe in this project then buy more now at very cheap price then wait for it, maybe in the future you can have ferrari or lambo  but if I personally don't believe in their nonsense |

Them building the exchange before running any IEO (if they do plan on running one) is surely a good decision. I'm pretty sure that was their plan from the very beginning but let's not forget that in order for their exchange to work, they need a strong community and followers backing them up.
Not answering inquiries about their project not only raises more questions and speculations but also decreases their initial follower's confidence and trust towards them. This in turn also sends bad signals towards those potential users and traders. If the team wants to maintain and continue to grow their community, they need to be present to answer questions or even make discussions with everyone.
