281  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: A trading chart does not play out to 100% on: June 16, 2020, 06:52:21 PM
Those TA and charts, are just guide for you to make your decision and it is not really guaranteed to be correct all the time. Yes, it helps sometimes but some traders are just only basing only on news. Even the chart is bullish but it suddenly got bad news with facts, for sure that particular coin will go down. That is what I have observed in the past few years.
282  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Invest Crypto on: June 16, 2020, 06:18:55 PM
Try in your own risk, technically there is no assurance, anything can happen anytime. It can go up or down. But I guess in the long term investing in bitcoin is profitable. But if you looking at the price now and then, your emotion might affect your decisions. I suggest buying a small amount in the meantime and test what will happen and don't risk all of your savings.
283  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [NANO] 2020 Projects launched this year for nano ecosystem on: June 16, 2020, 05:52:04 PM
Thanks for sharing, I believe nano is one of the dark horse or sleeping giant, as you say zero transaction fee, instant, and fast transactions. There is no blockchain just like nano it is unique. Personally I am holding this coin, I have witness from the previous month to this day it grows its price from $0.8 to $1 + which is really good for holders. Nano ATH was $33 if I am not mistaken it really has some potential and projects like this for nano are amazing.
284  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should I Deposit in Spire-X Wallet? on: June 16, 2020, 05:20:36 PM
This is a common trick by scammers, good thing you posted it here before trying to deposit. Given that they disable their social media most importantly telegram, it is very suspicious and you can tell there is something wrong with it. If you can tell how much amount of deposit they are requiring? if it's something like 1 satoshi or similar it does not matter if it is a decent amount or at least $1. If they scam like 1000 people they can have a decent amount so better stay out of it.
285  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Physical Casinos Decoded : on: June 16, 2020, 04:46:49 PM
In some part, I agree with you but not on others. Every gambler has its own taste some prefer online and others like physical casinos maybe because they like the atmosphere and playing physically is really different and it adds some excitement but the pressure is much higher. In online you just need to push some buttons and that's is why it is more convenient. But both have their own advantages and disadvantages.
286  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Have you ever made a deposit and haven't received it in your account? on: June 16, 2020, 03:48:25 PM
That is a common issue it happens sometimes, I experience that on a particular exchange before my deposit does not go through, the best thing to do is contact and email the exchange support. In my case, it happens because at the time of my deposit they are having unplanned maintenance, so that is the reason of the delay in the transaction. Also, there are so many cases that cause a delay either withdrawal or deposit sometimes a clogged on the network on a certain blockchain. I suggest if you are doing arbitration between exchanges better use fast blockchain, like USDT that are base on ETH or TRX, not Omni it is slow. BNB, XLM is fast too, that is what I do when I do transfer from one exchange to another.
287  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trade isn’t for Me guys. on: June 15, 2020, 11:57:16 PM
Well, everyone can learn how to trade but anyone is doing the right choice or analysis every time. So if you think you are not doing well in this field better stop to minimized some losses, from the start trading is a very risky thing, But I guess you already understand the risk. I suggest improving your knowledge about trading, charts. etc. and try it on demo trading I guess practice makes us better but those indicators are just guides there is no guarantee that it will be right anytime.
288  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A month after Bitcoin Halving. What's next? on: June 15, 2020, 11:45:10 PM
The third Bitcoin halving is done, it is expected to go up this year or the following year but I believe it the effect will be delayed throughout the year and since we are experiencing a crisis, Yes, there is no connection to blockchain but it has an effect to the community that is using the blockchain technology it could affect our financial status, etc. Looking back at the past halving events the effect is not right away also and it takes time.
289  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Not all new project team can afford top exchanges on: June 15, 2020, 11:28:41 PM
Yes, not all of them, that is why they need good marketing to find good and trusted partners or private firms to support or fund them along with their journey enable them to launch an IEO on a decent exchange. Launching an IEO on a sh*t exchange will not make things successful, not attractive to investors and it will worsen the situation and not good for the projects. Most probably it will fail if they launch on not well-known exchanges.
290  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Make Money While You Sleep? Welcome To The World Of Crypto Trading Ai Bots on: June 14, 2020, 11:48:22 PM
Trading bot sounds cool it automates our trading habits, but I don't really like it. You are the one who sets instructions and strategies to the bot so if you set wrong instructions it might go wrong too. What if my funds all gone after I wake up  Cheesy So I prefer to trade personally, It makes my mind at ease. It feels like I am letting another person to trade for me. I guess most traders do trading the usual way too.
291  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Coinbase Called Out on Twitter for Working with IRS and DEA on: June 14, 2020, 11:07:04 PM
From the start, any centralized wallet that has KYC is not really good wallet to hodl coins. Better choose a wallet that you have control over your private keys or much better a hardware wallet. I guess the majority is using Coinbase because of its convenient feature, you can cash in and withdraw in selected countries through banks and that's it but their coins are not staying there for a long time, it is just a gateway for me.
292  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Active Telegram Groups on: June 14, 2020, 10:42:12 PM
I guess these groups you are looking, they discuss cryptocurrency news and all other stuff related to blockchain, either old or new cryptocurrency, also discuss scam altcoins to make other members to be aware. They are inviting some projects too to host an AMA, which you can learn a lot from a certain project and you can interact with the CEO or representatives of the company. Telegram Groups like @GainsChat @Satoshi_club
293  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Any exchanges/services that support ETH deposits via smart contracts? on: June 13, 2020, 07:45:52 PM
Some exchanges do not support ETH deposit/withdraw to smart contract because sometimes it causes some error, like out of gas because some contract address requires a specific amount of gas limit and it causes many issues I guess that is why they don't allow that transaction. If I were you, Sending to a wallet is not that hassle it is pretty easy and your funds will surely go through than risking it to be pending for weeks or months because of error.
294  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Smartphones aren't spywares attack proof on: June 13, 2020, 06:09:28 PM
Yeah, Unofficial keyboards are not really safe and good to use, just use the default one. Even Grammarly keyboard on android I am not comfortable using it. It feels like your keystroke and every word you type are being analyze and recorded. About rooted phones, if you really want to explore things and want to install an app that requires root access, buy a new and separate phone for it and that solves the problem.
295  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What is Pump and Dump Scheme? on: June 13, 2020, 02:01:26 PM
How Do We Avoid Pump and Dump Coins?
~
Or, just stick with bitcoin and don't buy any altcoins? That'll avoid all of them.
That's the safest thing to do,  Cheesy but bitcoin alone is like an island, Altcoins add colors to the blockchain with different features and specific use cases. We just need to dig deeper into every altcoin we are trying to jump in. I guess the top 10 altcoins on CMC are safer than newly created projects, so just stick to the projects with a good reputation.

How Do We Avoid Pump and Dump Coins?
We can also avoid Pump and Dump projects by avoiding and not listening to those influencers like Mcafee. Recently, I have witnessed one of his projects doing a pump and dump scheme. This project is Switch (ESH) it goes over $2 because he is shilling his new coin/token called ghost and after the snapshot, ESH went down to $0.1  Cheesy
296  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Most trusted projects ruined me !! on: June 13, 2020, 12:53:56 PM
I should say you are not holding the most trusted, genuine, and good projects, because of what happened in you. If it is a really good and trusted project it should survive no matter what the market is, either bear or bull. But as you say it became nothing so it is a sh*tcoin, pump and dump project, only exist on bullrun. Avoid projects like that and run a review carefully, I trust projects which have years of existence and have truly a working product or platform but I don't close my doors with newly created projects with potential.
297  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What should we need to do for a successful ico on: June 09, 2020, 11:57:06 PM
I guess abandon the Idea of ICO's it is not attractive to investors now unless you have a decent reputable already but if you are just starting it will not work. IEO is the new version of ICO now but only reputable exchange has the majority of sales. I suggest finding private investors or private firms to invest in your projects is much better and launch an IEO on a decent exchange and have a good marketing. Also, All important info's should be listed on FAQ's in your website enable for the possible investor to understand you easier. Doing bounties and airdrop is not really a thing now.
298  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why should you try gambling at least once ? on: June 09, 2020, 11:34:38 PM
As a curious individual, I guess there is no harm on trying, it is up on you on how you handle afterward. Your surroundings, people around you, daily routines really influence as a lot it gives us proper mindset and discipline unless you don't listen from the advice from our parents and friends. To battle gambling addiction, thinking of our loved ones I guess might help also engaging our self in physical sports.
299  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ninety nine percent of new projects are money grabbers on: June 09, 2020, 11:16:57 PM
Maybe 99 percent only a few were successful and really unique projects, most of them are fraud and scam. Those unqualified people becoming developers you are saying sometimes is just ordinary people and they don't have any ideas that their photo is being used for a scam. There is no solution they keep popping out, the only way is to be more educated about it, and don't be fool by them, never trust suspicious projects, always find facts.
300  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What to know about Mnemonic phrase/BIP39 on: June 09, 2020, 09:26:22 PM
I am just curious is there a Mnemonic/seed phrase that has been compromised before, excluding phishing and keyloggers? Or is it possible to be compromised/hacked? It is just words what if someone just luckily guesses the combination and order of words? Can really someone bruteforce hack seed phrase but maybe it takes so much time so no one tries it.  Cheesy
