281  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethurum or ripple on: January 20, 2018, 04:12:07 AM
Ripple should be the currency if you want your investment to give you profit in short period of time, whereas ethereum is the best for long term investment, it's price in mostly stable and if you invest in it at some point of the say it falls around 4-5% that's when you invest. And ripple is good to invest anytime!
282  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New alt coin says it can beat Bitcoin. on: January 19, 2018, 06:38:13 AM
There are a lot of coins that say they'd beat bitcoin for sure and after a tine span they're stuck somewhere far below it. There are a lot of reasons why bitcoin will be the No. 1 cryptocurrency for a really long time. One of them is it's high demand whenever its price drop and some of its faithful potential holders which don't let it fall under bad market days. There are definitely some tokens that came and resolved some issues that started with bitcoin like slow and expensive transfers but bitcoin was just at the top. Always!
283  Economy / Speculation / Re: what happens with bitcoin? on: January 19, 2018, 06:28:03 AM
Market cannot be stable forever. Pumps and dumps are a normal thing in cryptocurrency there's no need to worry about the 30% drop in it's price and invest a bit more during this dump if possible. It is sure that due to the ban of bitcoin in some countries has affected it's price somewhere and due to its fallen price other cryptos depending on in also showed great decrease in their price, but all we should do is hold and have patience!
284  Economy / Speculation / Re: 2018 is death of bitcoin? on: January 19, 2018, 05:24:02 AM
If bitcoin dies then other crypto currencies will follow it and die too. Because majority of the coins price depend on bitcoins value and it is a standard crypto currency that in a way decides the price of other cryptos and bitcoin has seen worse drops than the current one and came back to normal after a period of time. So it is totally incorrect to say that 2018 might be bitcoins last year.
285  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Accidentally Coin Transfer on: January 19, 2018, 04:37:45 AM
What you did was really appreciable and respectful, most of the people nowadays wouldn't even have replied to their emails and would have used all the money without anyone knowing who exactly used that amount. What you did by returning the amount was the best decision. And hope you get what you were promised by the company and make even more than the mistaken received amount!
Keep us updated, whether you got your tokens or not.
All the best!
286  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: trading or working in signature campaigns? on: January 19, 2018, 04:25:32 AM
I used to do trading and signature campaigns both, but after the price of Bitcoin touched the sky getting into a signature campaign has become a lot more difficult and competitiv due to most of them paying in their tokens which i do not prefer and the frequency of campaigns which offer the payment in Bitcoin get more than 100 applications in less than 10 minutes. So I have been more into trading nowadays and once in a while i try my luck with signature campaigns, I apply if any spot opens up of my rank in a campaign paying in bitcoin, and I was lucky with the GRAFT signature campaign.
287  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can Bitcoin get to drop to $5,000 and below in 2018 on: January 18, 2018, 02:20:26 PM
As the newcomers in bitcoin trading would easily get scared by the news they hear from their government which ultimately might reduce its demand resulting in its price drop and considering its slow payments and outrageous transaction fee people might avoid investing in it which will add to the reasons in its price drop.
There's a great possibility of bitcoin price to fall pretty low but it won't completely die as the big investors and strong believers will definitely hold bitcoin and support it. And that would be the time to invest in bitcoin and help it rise again which will make us profit too!
288  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why this sharp drop in currencies ? on: January 18, 2018, 02:11:55 PM
All those news about the new laws was not the reason for the sharp dump of the cryptocurrencies. It was for the sole purpose for creating panic in those who are new to the market as traders. All to do right now is wait for the market to get normal again which might take some time but hold and if you haven't invested yet then this will be a good time to do so and earn a bit more by holding these cryptos for long.
Don't panic or worry, Drops like these are a normal thing in the trading market. Just wait for it to get back to normal!
289  Other / Archival / Re: Are you worried? on: January 18, 2018, 02:07:09 PM
I had invested 20% of my investment in bitcoin from which I bought 0.08 btcs and was eagerly waiting for a drop to occur soon. I was planning to invest in some altcoins too when a crash like this happened. So I'm not worried, instead, I'm happy that the price dumped and now I can invest my money at low prices and get high shares! So that when the price rise again I can earn profits from it. And this time I'll be holding all my investment for a really long time because in my country the taxes are reduced if the investment are kept on hold for a longer duration of time!
290  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: what happens to Bitcoin if internet goes down? on: January 18, 2018, 07:37:45 AM
Assume internet as the bank which helps you transfer your funds to other accounts. So if the bank is closed due to some reason, say on a holiday or something. And you totally depend on the bank for any kind of transaction like bill payments or so. Then all you can do is wait. And in the case of bitcoin, if the internet goes down, you only can wait until it's back again. As a war might hopefully not last forever.
291  Economy / Speculation / Re: Time to drop altcoins? on: January 17, 2018, 09:29:16 AM
It is the best time to buy altcoins due to the drop that was seen yesterday. The recovery of those altcoins might take time but they'll surely recover making good profits for us. Never panic sell, it always ends up giving loss! And if you own some altcoins, HOLD! And talking about bitcoin, it is for sure that it'll recover after some time.
292  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum or bitcoin cash on: January 16, 2018, 04:40:39 PM
There are more chances of Ethereum. As its price is still giving us an upward slope and it is also the second most popular cryptocurrency with many projects under it. Whereas Bitcoin cash is comparably less popular, where investors also avoid investing.
293  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / DASH MASTERNODE on: January 16, 2018, 04:02:04 AM
Masternodes are basically incharge of dash that means they are the decision makers and they are bestowed the authority of making decision by paying a 1000 dash as collateral and never be able to touch it.
If the 1000 dash is withdrawed, masternodes lose their ability to vote. In simple terms they are not masternodes anymore.
The tools needed to become a masternode are
  • 1000 Dash,
  • A server or a VPS installed with Linux,
  • A dedicated IP address and
  • A little time.

SO, ultimately they make good decision which is by voting. Masternodes are  given voting rights.
1 vote is give to every masternode to make important decisions that would result affecting Dash.
Masternodes always make good decisions because of those 1000 Dash they invested as collateral.
And for voting rights masternodes have to perform three simple tasks
  • They shoul keep and updated blockchain copy at all time.
  • They should povide the network with InstantSend.
  • They should povide the network with PrivateSend.

InstantSend helps to make instantaneous transactions and the confirmation is recieved in about 1.2 seconds.
It is like a replacement for credit cards for point-of-sale situations while not relying on a centralized authority.
This feature is not default. It is just for the convinience for its user. There's always an option whether or not to use this service.

PrivateSend makes those transaction nearly impossible to track by mixing the coins as they are fungible.
This feature increases the anonomity of transactions and the name DARKCOIN is due to this feature.

Got more questions feel free to ask.
Have i made a mistake, feel free to correct!
Thank you
294  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Loss in trading on: January 15, 2018, 03:49:00 PM
It just depends on when you buy and when you sell. The trick is to buy during a dump that is when the price falls and sell during a pump that is when the price rises. And if you do the opposite, that's how you lose money. It is then considered a loss. And it really doesn't matters what the price is until you hold that coin if you've invested after a lot of research in a good coin then the value will definitely rise again making you profits. But as its rise or fall is not in the control of someone in particular, nothing can be predicted. Maybe the coin could die and the amount you invested might vanish but always invest in good coin to avoid losses and if ever you face loss, just learn something from it and start improving yourself and compensate for that loss in your next trade.
Good luck!
295  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Myetherwallet security is too weak. Any other ERC20 Wallet? on: January 15, 2018, 06:23:29 AM
The security of your wallet totally depends on you. If you lose your private key you lose your wallet with everything in it. So never use your private key in other computer . And if you want high security then a hard wallet is the best for you. It has more security and always stays with you. Some good hard wallet are Trezor and Ledger.
296  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is driving BTC increase on: January 15, 2018, 04:53:23 AM
High demand of bitcoin is whats making its price increase. As it is the hot topic of discussion more and more new investors are attracted in investing in bitcoin and the common people have also started to find means and ways to earn bitcoin. So, the increase in demand is resulting in the bitcoins price to rise.
Maybe after a while when huge investor might leave their shares, maybe then the price would decrease.
297  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin and ETH are Shitcoins on: January 14, 2018, 04:53:28 PM
Calling something shitty when it's really demanded by everyone is just not acceptable. Bitcoin was created for a purpose, to give people privacy and control over their own money and ethereum was created for smart contracts so that a third party is not needed. Bitcoin  has a justified value and so does ethereum. Yes, accepted there are some bad projects or scam running under ethereum but there are some great projects too. Like EOS, XENON, TRONIX, SALT and many more. And bitcoins high price is due to its high demand. And if your WTS tokens are demanded then people would buy them too, unless they don't turn out to be a "shitty" scam.
298  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bitcoin community is rising. on: January 14, 2018, 12:53:31 PM
Until now, the effects of the risen bitcoin community are the increased transaction fee and the decrease in rate of transfers leading for the need of more bitcoin transaction accelerators and increasing the demand of bitcoin which ultimately leads to the increase in its price making us the holders of bitcoin more profit. And the give miners more work to do. And the blocks are filled more and more making the currency slow. Overall the earlier holders of bitcoin are making profit by still holding their bitcoins and for the newcomers bitcoin kind of gets annoying.
299  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin should be viewed as a financial asset or currency? on: January 14, 2018, 06:37:28 AM
It totally depends on the person on how does he uses bitcoin or what does he plans to do with it. It is both, an asset and a currency. If you choose it to purchase goods(by converting it into local currency) and use it in day to day activities then it is a currency. And at the same time if you hold some, believing it'll make you profit in the future. Then it is a financial asset. But now, with the transaction fees so high people consider it using it as a financial asset more than use it as a currency. Considering the current situations it is more feasible to see bitcoin as a financial asset.
300  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: where do you get your predictions? on: January 14, 2018, 06:21:00 AM
In the beginning it is not bad to use some help. Which you can get from some auto bots. Gunbot is a good one to rely on. But as you get more experience, that is by reading about your invested coins and stay connected to its updates (can be found on https://coinmarketcap.com) then you might be able to predict that coins price , not accurately but you'll have an idea whether or not to invest and when to sell it. It needs patience, experience and belief in that crypto too.
So good luck trading!
