Coinmarketcap doesn't hold the monopoly over cryptocurrency indexing anymore. Due to the fact that they often promote scammy ICOs, a lot of people have refrained from using them as much now compared to the last few years when Coinmarketcap was pretty much the #1 and the only choice.
If you fulfill all the conditions, then really there is no reason for them to reject you. Unless your coin isn't yet listed on an exchange that is also listed on coinmarketcap?
But seeing coinmarketcap list crap tokens that hold value all the time led me to believe that their standards are lax... Apparently not.
Try to send them proof that you are already listed on other sites, hopefully that should convince them. But otherwise, wait till your project is bigger. There is no big deal being not listed on CMC for a while.

Hi, We tested it and worked. Please see attachment (we removed the money from the wallet already so that's why we can post privatekey here or else people will take your money if you posted your private key in public). Here are some points: 1. number 1 and letter l is very similar. 2. A capital S and 3 is very similar. We tested twice. 1 directly copy and paste from the private key paper wallet and there was no problem. 2. We manually input from the printed paper wallet and we ran into the problem of typing in wrong 1 vs. l and S vs 3. Did not know that S can look very similar to 3 on small print.
