when players get older and their performance declines. they must realize that they will no longer be the first choice in the squad. can only wait for their contract to finish or move to a club with less tight competition.
Hugo Lloris has been linked with Roma and Lazio. but it looks like neither of them will bring in the 36-year-old goalkeeper. Lazio has already secured an agreement with other players. and Roma really wasn't interested in him.
Tottenham seems really late to regenerate their players. maybe too comfortable with his squad.

Actually, Hugo Lloris performance was not too bad his experience of 11 years playing in the Premier League can still be relied on just not as the main goalkeeper but as the second goalkeeper at least that's what Lazio expected when they wanted to sign him but Hugo Lloris rejected the deal he thought why move to Lazio if only as a second goalkeeper meanwhile he got the same opportunity with Tottenham. I think Hugo Lloris will move if he gets an offer as main goalkeeper if not then he will stay even on the bench.

At 36 years old, Lloris is in the final stages of his career. For now, Lloris' next destination still needs to be clarified. Last season, Lloris often made mistakes, forcing Tottenham to recruit Guglielmo Vicario. Tottenham agreed to release his contract with 1 year remaining for him to leave. Lloris understands that he is no longer at the peak of his career, so if he stays, he must accept the bench. Lloris's career in the Premier League seems to have ended, and he should retire to keep a good image for fans.
282  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Let's Stabilize Bitcoin on: September 07, 2023, 11:55:38 PM
I dislike the comparison between gold and BTC but here I go.

Gold isn't backed by anything but cost it takes to mine it. But it isn't capped.

BTC is created by the electricity it took to mine it providing some likeness of a backing.

BTC like Gold will back itself through scarcity and market cap. As the market cap grows it will become more stable backing unto itself.

Like someone said, maybe use a different product for the desired 1:1. As much a we would like to wish BTC to be the universal cure all, it isn't.

This will definitely happen, when the capitalization becomes large bitcoin will gradually stabilize. Of course it will not be completely stable, there will be insignificant fluctuations like gold. No asset can grow infinitely, it's just an illusion of bitcoin fanatics. That is also why investing in bitcoin as soon as possible, the longer we wait, the smaller our chances are. Bitcoin can no longer generate x10, x100 profits like many other altcoins and that is proof that it is gradually becoming stable.
283  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Should I go with Bitcoin or Altcoins for the upcoming bull run cycle? on: September 07, 2023, 11:45:52 PM
Altcoins follow the bitcoin price movement. This means when the bitcoin turns bullish we'll be able to experience it on the altcoins. Only the percentage of rise varies. At times the profiting out of the altcoins used to be much higher in percentage against the profit from bitcoin. As most of the people suggested bitcoin gives the assurance of profit as well as gives a risk free investment access whereas altcoins aren't the same.

In all means a diversified investment will keep you on the right track. With diversified investment it is possible to overcome the profit/loss as we'll be able to compensate one with the other. Going all in one will make this a risky task. Even if one prefer to invest on altcoins, the choice should be on the leading altcoins or the best in the market. Trying with new ones is risky, and some gives good return out of luck.

It can be said that luck plays an important role in all our victories, but making big profits from altcoins is not entirely determined by luck but depends on your knowledge and analytical ability. Don't assume that investing in low-cap coins is just luck. I have seen a few people who specialize in investing in memes, and low cap coins and they make a lot of profit from them, it is not luck but their ability.

Bitcoin or altcoin both have the potential to bring profits, the choice of which depends on the ability of each person, those who do not have enough skills and knowledge should stay away from altcoins.

Manchester United also need to improve before other teams at the top of the table set a big gap between them
Manchester united just needs to fix the problem on its defensive line. I don't even see another problem occured in manchester united. It was equal to the arsenal but the defensive lines must be the main problem for manchester united.
Manchester united doesn't have a lot of defenders at this moment as some of them were injured.
This year, Manchester United brought in quite a few recruits. Recruits are unfamiliar with Erik ten Hag's journey. They couldn't find a bridge to bring them together. Look at their attackers trying to find a goal. It was so luxurious that they missed many scoring opportunities. Goals are the motivation for the whole team to work hard.
Defensively, I would say things have gotten better. When Harry Maguire and De Gea. are missing from the list of starting players. If the situation of the whole team does not improve, it will be easy to receive heavy defeats against big teams.

Assuming Haaland left Manchester City, his great destination would have been Real Madrid. PSG is a team with too many controversies. The big stars also gradually left PSG.
Coming to Ligue 1, there was little competition, and PSG was destined to become king. Please look back at the careers of Neymar and Mbappé when they arrived at PSG. It decreases over time. Suppose Mbappé continues to bury his youth with the PSG club. Then, his career will decline. PSG has nothing but abundant financial resources. Let's see if PSG are making any players stand out or ruining their careers.
It is very true that Realmadrid would had been a very good destination for Haaland if he decides to leave Manchester City but theirs still a possibility that he would had as well ended up at PSG given that they're very financially capable of getting him into their team, we've seen in recent times that clubs that are financially strong easily attracts top players into their Club, PSG is not a small club and would offer him the opportunity in the Champions League as Realmadrid would also, moreover before the likes of Neymar and Messi moved over there they're several other top stars like  Ibrahimovic and Cavani that's succeeded in the club, I feel Messi and Neymar didn't leave up to expectations that's they had to leave and more Neymar's was due to his numerous injuries, I don't see PSG as a club that ruin players career, because over there a player is sure of winning the league trophy and standing out is based on a players individual performance and not the club's fault.

Could you take a look back at the PSG club last season? They have three top stars, but Bayern Munich knocked them out of the Champions League. I will blame everything on PSG leaders and coach Christophe Galtier because he couldn't resolve the conflict in the team's locker room. In addition, PSG fans shouted and protested at Messi and Neymar's house. There will no longer be players dedicated to contributing to the team. Up to now, Mbappé also wants to leave to save his career. PSG's leadership is so bad that they deliberately pressured Mbappé to renew his contract. They acted unfairly in football.

Barcelona's just beginning youngster and jersey number 10 representative has parted ways with the club to join the English side. Xavi Hernandez expects him to develop with his new club with the goal to return and contribute positively to the blaugrana. Ansu Fati is currently at Amex Stadium, where he was revealed this summer as Brighton's new player. Roberto De Zerbi will make substantial use of the new player who is in England accumulating advantageous proficiency. Perhaps it's made public that Ansu Fati will wear the jersey number 31 in his first season with the seagulls.
Actually this is quite unfortunate even though Ansu's talent is still very good but indeed Xavi doesn't seem to really want Ansu in his squad because seeing some of the players he always plays Ansu is not an option because he prefers to play Gavi on the winger as well as providing a new portion for Gavi.

But with Ansu's loan to Brighton this could be a blessing for Brighton and be a good capital if Ansu can Improve in the EPL because with the quality of the EPL which is better than La Liga this can make the value of Ansu increase if he manages to perform well in the EPL.

Ansu Fati, a striker once considered a prodigy and expected to replace Messi at Barcelona. Miramontes once praised him and said that Fati would be a worthy successor to Messi's number 10 shirt. But injury brought his career at Camp Nou to a dead end. He gradually lost confidence when he got another slight damage, and coach Xavi dropped him from the main squad. In particular, the appearance of Lamine Yamal forced Fati to sit on the bench. Brighton borrowed Ansu Fati until next summer's transfer window. This is an opportunity for him to once again prove his achievements.

As good as Haaland has been with Manchester City and Guardiola, I don't think he will be interested in leaving next season. He might be able to win more titles if he stays with Manchester City. Why will he leave Manchester City so quickly? Guardiola is also likely to be keen to keep Haaland in his squad. However, if City has the intention of selling Haaland, then they will not sell Haaland for less than 200 million. Haaland was probably bought by Manchester City for 60 million. They will be very profitable.

Mbappe is unlikely to stay with PSG. We are yet to hear any news about his contract renewal. And so Luis Enrique will definitely be looking for an experienced striker next season. I think PSG will benefit if he spends 200 million to add Haaland to the squad. Because PSG wants the title, money is not a big factor for them.
In my opinion, this is very difficult to happen, if you look closely Halaand is quite happy at Man City. We know that the EPL is the highest level for professional players, all players dream of being able to experience and play there, especially with Man City coached by Pep Guardiola. The entire squad supports him to always be the top scorer for the club and the league, for the next two or three seasons Halaand will remain at Man City. What PSG can provide can also be done by Man City, these two clubs have good finances. However, Halaand could leave sooner if Pep stops and trains at another club.

For Mbappe, I also don't know for sure about his new contract extension with PSG, I think this is very secretive by PSG management so that it doesn't become a media conversation anymore.

You are right, I think so. Haaland will not leave manchester city so soon.  He is quite happy with Manchester city. He was the Premier league's top scorer last season. His performance is very good. He has also performed well with City in the Champions League. In this situation, why will Haaland leave Manchester City without any reason? However, if Guardiola retires, or Manchester City does not have a coach, Haaland may look for another team. However, this is unlikely to happen in the next 2/1 season.

Becky I think Mbappe will renew his contract with PSG again. I think this because Luis Enrique is a very experienced coach. If Enrique can change the overall situation of the team, strengthen the PSG team, then maybe Mbappe will decide to stay at PSG.

Most of centralized sites that still operate after get hacked are big and popular sites, that's why it's possible for Stake to maintain their reputation and recover their losses. Funds aren't always been safe, depends on how much the money they have that still not compromised by the hacker.

Every centralized sites are prone to be hacked.

The site is still active, so it's not that nothing happened. This publicity is even good for them because even if they lose money, they can still continue to operate. Just like when Binance was hacked, they have something called SAFU funds, and traders aren't affected. Perhaps their funds are insured elsewhere because it's necessary for businesses that handle large amounts of money to have insurance.

I tried to search how much this site is making, and I found some discussions from way back, like this one.

https://www.reddit.com/r/Stake/comments/pqkx1d/how_much_do_you_think_is_stakes_on_average_daily/?rdt=38393

Yes, centralized websites always have holes for hackers to find. So we can get updates and patches of web pages.
Big sites will be willing to compensate players. They will instill more trust in players by releasing regular updates. I see Binance has a super secure advanced update panel. They did very well.
I need big sites that will reward hackers who find their vulnerabilities. This is a safe solution with the added benefit of ads, Like Apple did.
289  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: September 05, 2023, 02:23:30 PM
Munich are favorites against any team in the Bundesliga. Because the best squad in the Bundesliga is Bayern Munich. Every season we see the Bayern Munich team winning the title.
They dominate Bundesliga in most of seasons in history of the league. In the last 11 seasons, they won 9 titles that are enough to say about their domination. In the last season, they struggled more than usual but eventually still got the crown. By buying a striker like Harry Kane, they will dominate the league more easily in this season and continue to do it in next few ones.

Well that's right, therefore now Tuchel's squad is the favorite of most people, especially in the Bundesliga, as we know in the history of the Bundesliga Bayern Munich has won 32 overall titles there, and last season was the 11th consecutive title. Bayern Munich occupies the first position as the club with the most titles in the Bundesliga, and Dortmund is in third place behind Nurnberg. I honestly admit they are indeed a great squad, in addition to being a great squad they also have very good luck, as we saw last season I think they failed to get the title because Dortmund were at the top and when the season was only one game left Dortmund wasted the opportunity and Bayern Munich ended up winning the title again with a very thin point difference with Dortmund, and I said it was real luck and magic for Tuchel's squad.

And yes, especially now that Tuchel has managed to bring in Harry Kane, who as we know he is an extraordinary player at Tottenham as a scoring machine. That's right, with his arrival everyone believes that Tuchel's squad will be even stronger with a very sharp front line from Kane, and it is very possible that in the end Bayern Munich will become title winners again.

I appreciate the players of Bayern Munich. As for coach Thomas Tuchel, he still needs to show me his ability to manage the team. I still can't see Munich shining at the level of a defending champion when they have a quality striker like Harry Kane. But this season, the championship will be difficult to escape their hands. I need Bayern Munich to have ambition and go further when the Champions League is waiting for them to conquer. This is not an easily accessible playground when gathering the top big clubs.

It wasn't until the last day of the summer transfer window that Manchester United announced the successful recruitment of Sofyan Amrabat. He will join Old Trafford on a one-year loan deal. With a price of about 10 million euros. By summer 2024, MU can buy Amrabat outright. Amrabat chose the familiar number 4 shirt for the national team. He is the perfect choice for what the MU squad lacks. Let's wait and see what Coach Ten Hag will do with the recruits.
291  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What could be All time high for Bitcoin for all time? on: September 05, 2023, 01:18:10 PM
Op's correct that there's no reason why Bitcoin must always recover after another bear market and reach a new ATH. Of course, at some point, it might reach a new ATH which it will never surpass. It's just that it hasn't happened yet, and there don't seem to be any good reasons for that to happen either, so people rely on observations of the past.
So if the thread's question is about that, about Bitcoin reaching a certain point and never going past it, it's hypothetically possible. If it's about a specific value, regardless of when it happens, I don't think it's possible to reasonably answer this question, because it can be around for decades, it can be around for centuries, human civilization can experience growth or a downfall in the meantime, and fiat currencies in which we currently measure BTC value can decrease so much that a price won't mean much or just become a thing of the past.

When it comes to the future, every scenario is possible and we can only predict, nothing else. For me, once I choose to invest in bitcoin, I will always believe in it and believe that it will reach ATH over time. That's my belief in bitcoin, but if unfortunately it won't generate a new ATH then that's not too big of a deal for me. Because sometimes life won't be what we expected and then we just need to find a way to get through it. Everything is not a serious problem if we accept it and are ready to face it.
292  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Saudi Professional League 2023/2024 on: September 04, 2023, 11:46:27 PM

I'm dizzy with the Saudi Arabian teams. They are in turmoil during the transfer season and are taking away a lot of players from European clubs. With trends in the next few years. Are European football teams still strong? When the Saudi Arabian National Championship continuously recruited stars from European teams. Do they have enough money to do it? Will their league surpass the top European leagues? Too many questions about them.
No leagues can't match up the popularity and strength of European leagues. It's not all about signing trending players on the market, because with the current circumstances, the European leagues becoming more interesting and pulled up with competitive games. There's absolutely no comparison between these leagues, because Saudi is just coming gradually to limelight, so there's enough differences. Stop imagining things, it will take decades before Saudi Pro League will be able to compete with European football. We don't sit in the position to make judgements on that precisely.

Yes, with the popularity and strength of European leagues, the Saudi Pro League is still far from equal. But I think they are attracting stars to their league. Please look at the results. The stars passed one by one. Imagine what it would be like if the European Championship had no stars. This is horrible as they keep hiring, and the amounts keep getting higher and higher.

That's what some people think of this league they only judge from one side even though there are many other sides, as you said there is no way to compete with the Europa League because it is on a different track unless a club from the Saudi Pro League participates in the Champions/Europa League it might make sense to compare them. It's no secret that the League's target is promotion and business because it's impossible for them to spend 800 Million without expecting something.

For anyone wondering how much money they have, just google it and it's easy to find, on the wikipedia page it is explained that their total asset value is $776 billion that's 70x higher than Manchester United price as we know Manchester United will be sold for $10 billion.

Suppose the Saudi Pro League joins the Champions/Europa League. They need to follow the tournament rules. Financial fair play will be a big deal for them.
293  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2023/24 on: September 04, 2023, 11:14:59 PM
Can Barcelona defend its title this season?
Yes, we are witnessing the hard struggle of the La Liga champions. Barcelona could only win all 3 points against home team Osasuna thanks to a penalty. I wonder how they can play poorly when they have a perfect squad in every position. But no matter what, Xavi and his team won 3 points to continue chasing their great rival Real Madrid on the La Liga rankings this season.
It is a hard question and Barcelona will have bigger challenge from Real Madrid than in the past season. Real Madrid bought some players in the summer and most noticeable Jude Bellingham who has been performing so outstanding for them. Scoring five goals so far for Real Madrid is a very impressive stats from the English midfielder and it looks more similar to a stat for a striker.

Barcelona are not in their best form and their striker Lewandowski still have troubles in early matches. He has yet warmed up enough but we must know that in this season, Lewandowski is one more year older than the past one. Barcelona and Xavi will have to prepare for decreasing performance of Lewandowski in this season or next one or two seasons.

Barcelona had a friendly match in the summer. I saw how easily they beat Real Madrid. Real Madrid still needs to find someone to replace influential striker Benzema.
Yes, Bellingham is only 20 years old. Interestingly, Bellingham shines in the role behind the two strikers. He is wearing the legendary number 5 shirt, Zidane. What coach Carlo Ancelotti offers is a worthy expectation. Bellingham showed his class and leadership qualities early on, although he has every right to relinquish that burden. Vinicius and Bellingham promise to be the center to help Real Madrid become famous this season.
294  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why I choose Bitcoin (and you'll must choose it too) on: September 04, 2023, 02:07:34 PM
It looks like you are trying to force people to invest in Bitcoin, it's not going to work because many people don't care, there are people living a hard life around me and I have told them how Bitcoin can help them but they don't want to, like they are not ready to take the risks or they believe it will fail.

There is another who is my blood, he doesn't believe anything online is legit, even if it's working for you now it will change later, that's the believe he has in mind for every crypto and online money-making.

A piece of advice for you OP, You don't need to force Bitcoin on anyone, those who craves for something decentralized like Bitcoin will come looking, they will either invest because of the features Bitcoin has to offer or they will invest because they can make money from buying and keeping Bitcoin.

I won't talk about forcing someone to invest in bitcoin because it's a bad idea. But I think giving bitcoin investment advice to others also needs to be reconsidered. Because as you also said, many people are not ready to accept risks, many people are still skeptical about the existence of bitcoin. In my opinion, we should only give advice when we have actually achieved significant results with our investment. I mean, people need more proof than just promises. I was also looked down upon by people for giving investment advice, but then I made money and changed my life thanks to bitcoin. My advice becomes more valuable.
295  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Countries where Bitcoin is “banned” on: September 04, 2023, 02:00:15 PM
Since Bitcoin is not authorized in the mentioned countries it is completely legal ban, so using Bitcoin is considered a crime by the government. However, Bitcoin and crypto bans cannot suppress Bitcoin, as Bitcoin is still being used in countries where governments have outlawed Bitcoin.
Bitcoin is decentralized and governments can not censor Bitcoin transactions. They also can not make any request to any person or team to seize your Bitcoin if you don't store it in a centralized platform like a centralized exchange or an online platform with custodial wallet.

You can buy bitcoin from non KYC decentralized exchanges and store it in your non custodial wallet. No governments can seize your bitcoin in your wallet.

No-KYC exchange encyclopedia
https://kycnot.me/

If we are careful in every transaction and keep our bitcoin investment private then no government can confiscate our bitcoins. Even if they know we own bitcoins, they can only issue a penalty, they cannot confiscate bitcoins without our consent. But using bitcoin in banned countries is really a big pressure, because keeping it secret is not easy.

But honestly, I don't know of any country that has completely banned bitcoin because as far as I know, many countries no longer ban it. Instead, they have accepted it to a certain extent, banning it completely is very difficult these days.

The penalty and the red card made things much better for Barcelona to win against Osasuna. However the second half performance of the team was really horrible. I mean there was a dominance in ball possession as usual but there was only one goal attempt. If it weren't for that penalty maybe they weren't going to score the winning goal.
But I still want to understand this because of Osasuna's not being an easy opponent. Still Barcelona should have had more goal attempts than that. In the end there is still a big quality gap. It was nice to see Lewandowski scoring another goal and hopefully he can be better in time.
Barcelona of a truth won their Spanish La Liga match against Osasuna tonight and took home all three points from the game but I think they weren't convincing with their performance tonight and if not for Alejandro Catena's in 84th minute of the game, the result of the game would've been different from what we saw.
If Barcelona plays against big team who are good in converting their chances like they played against Osasuna, they'll be thrashed by such club. Xavi Hernandez must improve his team's performance if he really want to have a good season with his Barcelona set up

Can Barcelona defend its title this season?

298  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin: Bull/Bear Market Which Do you Prefer? on: September 02, 2023, 10:59:11 AM
This is a very silly question to be honest op. Who wouldn't prefer a bull market over bear market? There are pros to a bear market for sure, but they pale in comparison to the pros associated with a bull market.

Personally, I have earned sizeable profits thanks to bull markets now and then when compared to bear markets.

indeed a lot of people are lucky during the bull market, and you are one of the lucky people because you benefit from your investment in the bull market.

indeed during a bull market we will benefit if we buy bitcoin during a bear market, but for people who buy during a bull market of course they have to be patient because usually the market will have the potential to turn into a bear market and can potentially get losses for people who lack knowledge and experience.

In my opinion, bull markets and bear markets provide advantages for people with broad knowledge and a lot of experience.

To get the best profit we need to buy low and sell high so both markets are very important. But there's no denying that a bull market is something everyone looks forward to, and the truth is that the chances of making a profit in a bull market are much higher than in a bear market. Those who think the two are the same are not being honest because the bull season is always more anticipated. I also like bull season better and the longer it lasts the more money we make.
