281  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum or Bitcoin? on: January 09, 2018, 05:58:02 AM
which one is preferable for you guys?

1. Ethereum
2. Bitcoin

Its hard to invest in Bitcoin. So what's the future of ethereum?
I chose Ethreum for investment, i mean in buying altcoins. Ethereum has a good price in the market now. It surpasses the 1000$ mark. The future of ethereum is really good, it may go higher than 2000$. If this will happen, My investment in ETH will be worth it!
282  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you think billionaires invest in BTC? on: January 09, 2018, 05:54:08 AM
I just always wonder if those billionaires still invest in btc. Do they even know btc exist?

I believe that these millionaires are also into Bitcoin. Maybe, they are also behind the different ICOs and other altcoins. Nobody knows but the internet has a lot of information where you can read that some millionaires hold certain bitcoin.
283  Other / Off-topic / Re: Everybody is joining.. on: January 09, 2018, 05:51:02 AM
As we can we some of the coins under 50 sats went up recently, now I think many people are now joining in our crypto world. What do you guys think?

More and more people are joining the crypto world because of their awareness about the benefits of investing in cryptocurrency. Likewise, these people want to have good income to sustain their daily living. We cannot also blame that cryptocurrency will give you a good easy money compared to working like a slave.
284  Economy / Economics / Re: why do people agree to pay taxes? on: January 08, 2018, 11:46:53 AM
why is it ok for a group of people calling themselves the government to force everyone to buy their services?
if enough armed people refused to pay and told the government to go fuck itself there is nothing they could do.
Taxes are our twins since we were born in this world. Its already marked in our hands that we must pay taxes. The government collects taxes for the improvement of our country. But most of the people in the government put that tax in "good hands". Government is tax and tax is for the government.
285  Economy / Economics / Re: Can we Manipulate Bitcoin price? on: January 08, 2018, 03:37:25 AM
I know there are many big players who manipulate bitcoin price and make huge profits but can we the bitcointalk members also form a cartel and let bitcoin price never fall?is it possible that we manipulate price as I am sure most of bitcoin users visit this forum
No, we cannot control the price of Bitcoin. We here in Bitcoin talk forum have no power of the Bitcoin's price in the market. Only those, I think, people who are behind the development of Bitcoin. So, we must play hard and play according to the rules.
286  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do I need to sell all alts? on: January 07, 2018, 11:21:37 AM
Good day,
Do you think that BTC is going to reach 20k soon?
If yes do I need to sell all alts and wait for rising BTC?
What to do now ? I am confused!!!!
Your main goal why you bought a lot of altcoin is because of Bitcoin, isn't it? So if you think that selling all your altcoins so that you can buy or you can trade it in Bitcoin, why not. It is worthier to invest in bitcoin. After that, keep it or hold it until the price will blow up.
287  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin in College??? on: January 07, 2018, 11:17:22 AM
Bitcoin as a course or any related currency on web.
In my country we have multiple courses in computer especially programing and web developments. My course is also information technology, but i've never heard or learn about online currency as bitcoin. In present, and future studies is there any chances for inserting about it in education. In your country is it available?
It would be better for any country to adopt bitcoin in educating new generations. Instead of playing games and wasting money in surfing xxx sites.
Maybe Bitcoin and other crytocurrencies will be discussed on included as topics in the computer related courses. As you said, instead of wasting time in online games, students learning in the computer software developement may come up with ideas or products that can help in the evolution and progress of Bitcoin.
288  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Regret! on: January 07, 2018, 10:08:04 AM
Does anyone else regret that hasn't invested in certain Altcoins that now rose 400-800%? Because I regret it a lot. :|
Regret seems nothing to right now because it's from the past. Though, I also have regrets in not buying altcoins before, and now the price has really went up! But regretting will just add up to my disapointments, so now, i just take everything wisely.

291  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If the market dies on: January 06, 2018, 04:16:56 AM
Hey guys,

What happens when a currency market dies? Do you get your money back? How?
Then you will lose everything! Currency market is more of that investment, so if investment dies, crypto currency will also die with all your coins. You cannot get back your money anymore because every coin has no value. Keep on invetsing now while the market is still alive.
292  Economy / Economics / Re: How much money do you have left from your job? on: January 06, 2018, 04:12:40 AM
I want to talk about salaries. How much $ do you have left after paying taxes, rent, and basic expenses (electricity, water)
I get $10 000/y like a fucking slave
My spending basic is $5 000 / year, including food, $2 500 without food
I live in the former SSSR
Another reason to move away

Also they give me these communistic so called "benefits" when you get like prepaid cards for predefined services

https://www.facebook.com/televize.polar/videos/1047399295339540/
I'm one of your sentiments. My salary is not enough for my family's need. Having two kids who are still children, milk, diaper, etc. i am recieving 500$ a month. After deducting all my bills and necessary payments, What's left is 200$. That's our budget for a month. So Bitcoin is really a big help.
293  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: regret by not believing in BITCOIN? on: January 06, 2018, 04:08:37 AM
who among you here heard bitcoin back in 2009 and 2010? I was one of the people who is very skeptical about it and I really regret it. Sad I missed the best opportunity for a lifetime.
Regret really is always at the end. Me too, it was introduced to my wayback 2012 but I did not take it and believe it. Until recently, my friend became an instant rich. I wish I grabbed this one before.
294  Other / Archival / Re: Ethereum Will the Next Bitcoin? on: January 05, 2018, 02:28:17 AM
Ethereum Will the Next Bitcoin? - Through the year 2017, the value of bitcoin digital currencies go up to touch the highest level in history. However, bitcoin is not the only digital currencies whose value is streaked.

Ethereum is the second largest digital currencies after bitcoin. Until December 25, 2017 and then, according to CoinMarketCap data, the highest value reached a record ethereum, i.e. 850 us dollars with market capitalization reached 82 billion us dollars.

Digital currency investor Oliver Isaacs believes that it will be the same successful ethereum and his favor as bitcoin. According to the data of the Coindesk on Thursday (28/12/2017), the value of bitcoin perched at the level of $15,296.

Isaacs is a graduate of the London School of Economics, United Kingdom. He describes himself as a businessman and investor, which digital currencies gain 10,000 percent of investments in currencies over the last few years.

Early in the year 2017, Isaacs bought ethereum costing only 14 us dollars per coin or approximately USD 189,000. As for the current investment ethereum assets worth more than 300 us dollars, the equivalent of around Rp 4 million.

Isaacs mentions, the current market leader is clearly a bitcoin in terms of value per coin. In addition, bitcoin is also a digital currencies are best known and most widely used.

However, the ethereum predicted will have the best long-term potential compared to other currencies, because of his versatility and intelligent,

According to Isaacs, his chosen currencies as investment instruments is that provide value or usefulness, its application in everyday life in the future, and have a solid growth. So, he chose a digital currency whose value is not too high and not yet widely known.
Bitcoin will still lead the cryptocurrencies. It cannot be overtaken by any othe coins. THe gap in the price right makes them different. Even the number of Bitcoin and Ethereum, you can say that Bitcoin still on top. Likewise, the demands for Bitcoin is higher than that of ethereum. In my own personal view, Ethereum cannot overtake Bitcoin.
295  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Sell your house for investment in btc. on: January 05, 2018, 02:25:02 AM
Just imagine selling your $259,900 house for 43BTC and 2 Months in street.

and after just 2 months sell 43BTC for $498198.

Again buying the previous also you will be in profit of $472298.

would you try this technique.
I owned a house and why would I do that? I cannot take to live in the street even just in a day. There are many other ways to invest or buy Bitcoin. Instead of selling your house, why not pawn your gold or sell them and other things that have dead investment, aside from your house. Then use the money in buying Bitcoin. Or, why not join the bounty campaigns to earn Bitcoin, too.
296  Economy / Economics / Re: Electronic Money vs. Physical Money on: January 05, 2018, 02:21:09 AM
Hi guys, I just want to know your views and opinion about the difference in Electronic Money (Bitcoin and others) and the Physical Money. Many people now a days are still confuse about the existence of the Bitcoin and how it differ from our Physical Money that we are using to buy necessity. I hope we could share and learn from each other.  Wink Smiley
These two moneys are completely different. From the point of view of electronic money or the cryptocurrencies, they are used mainly in digital payments or online transactions to buy or sell something in the cryptoworld. Physical money, or what we are using in th real world is the thing that you can hold, use in buying goods in the market or use in daily life.

298  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin saved my year on: January 03, 2018, 11:53:08 AM
I started 2017 broke and with a very low wage. My girlfriend also broke up with me in the beginning of the year.
Although I had committed some trade mistakes I was able to get 400% gains, thanks to btc.  This gave me hope and made my year a lot better.
I wonder how many people bitcoin "saved" this year, even preventing some suicides maybe.
Bitcoin saved my expenses in my car. I supposed to buy new tires for my car from my salary but because of Bitcoin, I gained a lot of profit. Not only in my car but also in my expenses at home. Thanks to Bitcoin for the wonderful 2017.
299  Economy / Economics / Re: Are electric cars bad for the oil industry? on: January 03, 2018, 03:54:29 AM
Title.

So. Electric cars are gaining in popularity, therefore the popularity of gasoline will be going down. Won't the price go down, leaving the oil industry in trouble?
It depends on the production of electric cars and the worldwide percentage of users of electric cars. There are advantages of electric cars so still, many people prefer the car of gas. For example, if you run out of gas, you can just immediately go to the gas station and refill your gas tanks. But if you're run out of electric charge in  electric car, where in the middle of the road you can charge? So, I think, gas industry will not be affected in the presence of electric cars.
300  Economy / Economics / Re: it is possible fiat currency will crashed? on: January 03, 2018, 02:50:42 AM
I heard Robert Kyosaki is talking about the crashed of FIAT CURRENCY? when this thing will happen? how are we going to respond?
Fiat currency will never be crashed, not now and never. It will continue to exist around the world.
People will continue to produce and utilized it because its a main part of the economy of one country.
