Ken, any updates on Intellihash? Will this be ready to go when we receive our chips in April?

I am hoping to work on it more between now and April.  I have been busy on the 55nm deal.

@Ken so what happens when the chips don't work with intelli-hash like supposedly happened with the eAsic chips last year? Will there be more delays whilst you get them re-done?

What happened to those eAsic chips that had to be have their software changed to work with intelli-hash by the way?

We are working with our vendors to use any of the funds we may have paid them on our new 28nm project, our vendors seem to want to work with us and meet our other vendors prices.  The project manager has been meeting with them last week and will be meeting with them again this week to get a quote.  We want to get started on the 28nm ASAP.

I don't have any documentation on the tapeout.  This was for the shuttle run and prototypes which we have canceled and have now changed to the production run.  See my weekly update for the wafer delivery dates.

How can you have no documentation of tapeout? What about proof of IP? Proof of order with UMC?

@Ken -So what happened to the story about the chips from eAsic needing to be re-done to work with intelli-hash? That was just another lie Ken?
284  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: February 13, 2014, 06:13:47 PM

Ken if that's the case and we are now looking at alternatives to eASIC do we consider the NRE advance we paid them as spent? Or is there any of that engineering useable in the future? Or can we get a partial refund? It was a big big contract, central to the company before the 55nm chip, but now it could be abandoned to history?

@Ken - if you paid them the NRE then what have they done for that money, because we certainly have no chip and they have had ample time according to their estimated schedules.

Why do all your press releases have so many grammatical and spelling mistakes? Do you realise how unprofessional that looks?

You have had so much time now Ken what possibly makes you think you will suddenly be able to magic up a 28nm chip in 8 weeks when you haven't been able to do it for the last 6 months despite apparently working very closely with eAsic the whole time.

Just tell us the truth, the whole truth about what has gone on and let us make up our own minds about the company. All anyone wants is the truth and the ability to trade shares. Everyone will leave you alone after we get these two things and if you make it then great and if not so be it, but these two things are vital right now Ken please take a deep breath and tell us the truth.

Great... so Ken put all the money into developing and producing ASIC's and then someone is smart enough to report VMC to the authorities? For revenge? Since i dont see that killing the company will get a reasonable amount of bitcoins back to shareholders.
I wish people could control their fear at least so far that they could make decisions that look like the best financially outcome. I dont see that coming from VMC having to refund all customers and spreading satoshis for his shareholders while stopping operations.

If Ken hadn't of repeatedly lied time and time again over many months none of these complaints would have been filed. He brought this on himself through his own incompetence.

There is also no proof Ken has paid for anything.

I await the next update on Wednesday.

Just my thoughts:

MSD doesn't sound good.

Prediction about scams & planned failure. Seems to be coming true, hope not.

Not a fan of this new moderated thread, smells of denial and pipe dreams. It's definitely going to get out of hand with pipe dreams passed left in right, only compounding the issues here.

Thanks for the update Ken.

I personally think the quicker you let people who want to pull out of the company the quicker this MSD situation goes away. Basically shares have been paid for, then taken away sort to speak. People don't have access to them, if they could have dumped them in December this situation would not have happened. It was inevitable, hopefully Ken's confidence in the situation (posted in the moderated thread) pays off.

Looking forward to April.

See ya in 7 days.

This is not a new thread, it has always been self moderated - just not enough so. It shouldn't be open to paid-trolls. (and there are paid trolls here)

MSD doesn't have jurisdiction

You get concrete dates for chip production and wafer numbers and you say "scams & planned failure seems to be coming true" - wtf are you smoking?

Shares have not been taken away at all. Not one little bit. They are still yours.

So where are my dividends if I still have the shares? whose name are the shares registered to AMC-tender or my username. Ken has entered the final stages of teh scam, he even suckered me in to buying more shares when he sold 'ukyos' on CT with any luck I will be able to dump most of those without much of a loss but the rest of my shares with AMC-tender are obviously gone now.
287  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Shareholder Discussion Thread {moderated TROLL FREE} on: February 13, 2014, 10:16:19 AM

Active Mining Corporation is a Belize company, I doubt Missouri has any jurisdiction.

@Ken - If your in missouri you have to abide by missouri law. What your saying is equivalent to me saying ' oh well I am from Amsterdam so I can smoke weed in Boston'. You can't be this naive surely?

I am glad that mine and others complaints to the SEC are being listened to, perhaps we still have a chance of you seeing the inside of a prison cell.

Why are you dodging the questions about where the $1mill you were supposed to hv paid eASIC with already has gone? What happened to the 28nm project that you were supposedly working on back in September?? You have lied to your shareholders repeatedly in almost every press release you have issued. This is not legal in any country no matter where you are registered Ken, it is called fraud and I will continue to pressure the police and SEC to have you arrested before you scam any more money from the community.

You haven't even started the 28nm project, you haven't shown a working chip, you haven't transferred shares. You have failed at every single hurdle time and time again and I will continue to pay my lawyers exorbitant fees until you provide full answers to all shareholders questions and proof of all funds active mining has in its possession. If you don't do this my next step will be to file for lien on the shares of mine you are with holding, funny how that system works both ways hey Ken.

Any updates about the dividends?
Is ascension alive?

Dividends are only issued when there is profit. We are doing our best here but it seems the large cost to acquire licenses in every state is just not feasible and takes almost 2 years to do. While we can focus our efforts to servicing international customers this requires an entity outside the U.S.A., a bank account outside the u.s.a. and a merchant account outside the u.s.a.

So what your saying is the company is about to go bankrupt?
289  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: February 09, 2014, 10:40:49 AM
Ken--- Start verification of shares now.

Ken why the fuck hasn't this been done yet??

Please no more lies about our shares until the verification process has started.
I've been buying some ridiculously cheap shares this week and I appreciate the opportunity but if you haven't noticed NOBODY is buying your walls anymore. Dumping Ukyo's/ACTM shares before we get the chance to trade is questionable and confidence has been lost in you by many. Your horrendous PR and grade-school spelling errors have apparently turned people off of buying since Wednesday (before that the strong buy volume had me shocked, but understandable seeing as .0005 is a steal).

Get it together ASAP. There's been enough excuses and bullshit, pissing off shareholders will not do you any good.
I would hate to have to rally the troops again to spam VMC phone lines to get some answers...

Yeah I was buying before Wednesday's announcement, stopped as soon as I read Ken's statement.
290  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: February 06, 2014, 01:03:09 PM
It's just laughable that he thinks he can throw that in as an off the cuff remark in a company update. Easic don't even do 20nm so what we just paid them $1mill for nothing?

How long before Ken announces he is selling some of his company shares to pay for the 20nm. Seriously if that happens I pray everybody runs for the hills.

Your supposed to be running a multi-million dollar company. Hire a reputable PR firm this month or I will be filing a complaint with the SEC.
291  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: February 06, 2014, 11:42:28 AM
Just as it seemed Ken was starting to take this company some where he throws this 20nm garbage out. This is the first time in this whole fiasco I have actually thought this could be a scam.

Promise, promise promise - missed deadlines, missed deadlines, missed deadlines.

@Ken please try to achieve something tangible before you shoot for the moon.
292  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: February 06, 2014, 09:32:16 AM
So let's get this right, you couldn't get a 28nm chip on time. Your full custom 28nm performs worse than KNC's released last year and now you want to go to 20nm something that nobody has done successfully yet.

Ken you have failed to meet every single deadline you have set that was important to shareholders - try fulfilling some promises before you go down the 20nm route.
293  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: February 05, 2014, 11:49:36 PM
Anyone know the total value and number of shares sold so far, or is it too hard to differentiate between kens sell orders and other buyers?
294  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: February 05, 2014, 01:30:10 PM
There is clearly some reasonably good support at .005, if those who want out are sensible price won't go much if any below that amount.

Healthy discussion happens here, whenever there's a gap in communication with LR.  I always take it that LR is working his ass off for his baby: CoinSeed.

We'll hear from him soon, I'm sure. When he is finished at his other job with CoinSeed.

297  Economy / Securities / Re: Lab Rat Data Processing, LLC (LabRatMining) Official Announcement on: February 04, 2014, 01:52:39 PM
As you can see, fractal02 confirms the answers from sparky999 are non-authorative.

Only Lab_Rat can answer 100% correctly.

If I am wrong then where is lab-rat, gnrgb or his assistant to set everyone straight. I have been repeating myself for days now and it's all quiet. I want to be wrong I am one of the largest shareholders in this company but nothing points in that direction right now.

One of the reason the bond price doesn't skyrocket is also partly because of the flawed communication, uncertainty. You don't really know what you own, as you can see from the replies to seemingly simple questions, everyone seems to have a different interpretation

As long as Lab_Rat does not reply, nobody can tell if you need to be set straight or not, since silence is just that... silence, it does not imply you are correct.

there is no way that one of those 3 people have not read this thread in the last 5 days or whatever it is now - everyone is silent, everyone is avoiding answering the questions that have been asked. Silence may not imply I am correct but it does imply there are questions that Zach would prefer not be answered right now, for whatever reason that may be.

If this is the epic ASIC plan...well...this is really lame...

Yup my point exactly.

If this was as good as everyone wants it to be for LRM then Zach would be shouting from the rooftops, what is actually happening is he is staying silent so that the questions will fade away. There is zach and his assistant and gnrgb and not one of them is coming in here to dismiss anything I have said.

I hoped I was wrong for the first few days after the announcement but it is very clear at this stage that this is not what we all wanted it to be.
