If I see no good explanation by CinniCoin by tomorrow, I conclude him to be incapable or otherwise unwilling to further the progress of CINNI. If you all agree, I propose we then fork the project.

It seems CinniCoin has no control over the website. I am trying to find out who does.
In the meantime, let's be civil towards CinniCoin and eachother. It is of no use to scold, as it will definitely not have a motivating effect.

Not yet.
But if this ball gets rolling again, the team is stabilized, and the wallet fixed, then sign it up.

The user CinniCoin just responded to me. I am now in PM with him about what his role is in this situation, and how we can move forward.

Bringing out a new wallet, with differences to make it slightly incompatible with the old networking tech should do the trick. Users and miners will need convincing to make the actual transition. We'll need to set up a new website, and get it ranked up in Google. (Another possibility is a rename and complete rebranding of 'CINNI'.) Overpowering the SEO of the original CINNI website shouldn't be too difficult. Right now there are no developments going on there, and I don't expect much more to come at this moment. An hour ago I have PM'd CinniCoin, however, to see if he is still willing to open up this project for the dev team. If he does, I'd say he regains a few karma points, and we all can make this work. If not, we should go ahead and fork the project anyway.

Still no message in my inbox. And by the bickering in this thread I'm getting the idea about who doesn't want to help out.
The original dev has less power than it seems. CINNI could be relaunched, rebranded, the blockchain can be forked... anything can be done about it. Or are we flogging a dead horse here?
Could any dev still serious about this project please contact me? -> agent725 [at] 725 [dot] be

He is. However, we have the power to let it die, or make it fly.
Now, I am one of those 'crazy nutjobs' who believes in reviving lost causes. And this is darn well starting to look like one. So let's make it work and row with what we have. Any coin can fly, as long as its supporters become constructive.
I suggest we make a list something like: website -> agent725 marketing geek -> ? fork on github -> ? community manager -> ?
CINNI to be the Facebook of crypto's? Nah, REDD and DOGE already done that. Facebook is dying. We want CINNI to be the IRC of crypto's. Tech that'll come of age and never die.
If no mail in my box by tomorrow, I'll take it as a no go.

Like most developers, I am short on time, and big on many projects. So I can help out with hosting, but to get this done we need to work together.
So to get cracking I'd like some dev's to e-mail me at: agent725 [at] 725 [dot] be

Okay, that sounds a bit like Flappycoin's situation. What the community did there eventually was fork the code, set up a new website on a new host and reboot the project on different/new channels. If the dev remains non-communicative and inactive, I suggest doing the same. I would be willing to host the new website via the servers of Lands of Sheraga. Also, the design of the current website can be cloned and redesigned into a nice and simple Monstra theme and setup. Utilizing multiple accounts many dev's can then administer and update the project.

Okay... I've been lurking around some, and have come to the following conclusions:
1. Cinnicoin is open source, but the code looks messy 2. The 'Team' seems to be falling apart: Latest news update in may stated: "Thus, one of the priorities our team values is providing frequent updates regarding current and future projects." However, no official news on the website since then. 3. A conflict about non-communication, expectancies and devaluation has erupted.
As soon as we get back to developing let me know. I'll leave CINNI on the STORMWIND portfolio for now, since selling out would be detrimental to the coin's value. I do hope the team can get its act together soon.
Again, let me know what is needed. Perhaps a new or expanded team can pull this together.

Hi everyone,
CINNI has been part of the STORMWIND portfolio on Hybrid Assets for some time now. However, I've seen some massive dumps in this market that STORMWIND couldn't safeguard against.
Just wondering what is happening, and how CINNI is progressing, or is dead and if I should take it out of the STORMWIND portfolio. If the dev's are interested, I would like to talk about the possibilities of open sourcing the code and combining it with another developing project.
Please let me know by writing an e-mail to: agent725 [at] 725 [dot] be

Looks like I'll keep mining it for now. Perhaps the dev will return or someone else will pick up the scraps to continue development.

Monthly dividends were payed yesterday. (3rd -> late announce on Bitcointalk due to login troubles)
STORMWIND has produced 0.3% return on investment in the past month.

Wow! What kind of marketing is behind this thing? If only CounterParty itself got so much attention.

Disabled trading on Crypto-Trade for now, because of the maintenance being done on that platform. Please note this may show some incorrect statistics for a short while.

In the past month it turned out to be a challenge for the bot to keep up with the NXT price implosion. It does look like NXT asset holders got a good deal, seeing as their value would have been lower had it been saved in NXT, instead of STORMWIND. The XCP price went up, pulling the asset value along with it.

Monthly dividends were payed today. (2nd)
STORMWIND has produced 0.98% return on investment in the past month.

In the first few days since the launch of this asset, STORMWIND has produced 0.3% return on investment.

Good news. Asset STORMWIND will be promoted by the CryptoHobo (Jdtmp4/Horus). He would like to see this succeed as much as I would.
As for development, I am now working on new technology to make STORMWIND a highly flexible asset. Programming will be done in Python and hooks into the XCP and NXT API's. More news about this later...

Got into contact with some NXT dev's. Good and bad news.
BAD: It turns out it is not possible for a normal user to pay dividends on his/her issued assets. GOOD: Dividends can be payed via user 'valarmg' who does these things using a tool called NXTservices
Because the dividends need to be payed manually, the dividend schedule will be monthly, instead of bi-weekly. This will be less of a burden on the shoulders of the NXT dev's.
As soon as possible the first dividend will be payed via 'valarmg'. I will post an update when that happens.
The 2nd dividend payment is scheduled for the 13th of July.
Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any issues or questions.
