bump, anybody have a clue? khashes are slipping through my fingers right now ;-)

I've noticed that Moderator is moving such a topics into altcoin subforum, however people there are to much concentrated on coins being launched every minute.
As far as i noticed, here I can expect much more answers. Please don't move the thread ;-)

I don't understand what does it mean and what anybody means by that.
I've never wrote that, and I never will, thank you for an indication!

284  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][PRT] Particle | CPU/GPU, Fast, Easy Mine, * NO PREMINE * | Official Thread on: January 22, 2014, 07:58:37 PM
I have been a strong Quark (QRK) supporter since Day1 so for me to ALSO support a competing Quark clone means I think it has enough originality in either is technical specs or in how teh Dev/Community are streering its use.  I think Particle (PRT) and Cthulu (OFF) are valid Quark clones that are putting in the work to make them different enough from the original to make their existence meaningful.

I have been impressed with the enthusiasm of the Particle Dev and like that he is working on something/anything to make the coin different from not only other Quark clones but also most other Alt coins.  I think the new wallet development shows the dev has more than a pump n' dump plan.  I do wish the mining distribution wasn't quite so exponentially quenching with 50% mined in teh first few days, but like Quark, huge amounts of the early mined PRT was available for next to nothing so it doesn't bother me too much. I also like the Particle community...people seem pretty normal and smart.

Cthulu is just cool.  I love the creativity in the backround story and in the special block rewards etc.  With the name I do not see it ever going mainstream as a business payment system but if it could get used in games or niche geek-related stores it could have some actual traction.

All the others like FairQuark, Atom, Molecule and Frozen are worthless pieces of shit with 0 attempt at innovation are are truly just pump n dumps for people that missed Quark.  FairQuark takes it one step further by making all kinds of bold face lies about Quark in an attempt to validate itself while itself makes larger scams than it pretends to fix.  FairQuark is THE worst alt coin ever released.  Grin

I will go easy way: +1!! ;-)

I thought this was pretty big news regarding QRK. All the rest of the currencies are priced much higher. Lots of upside!

Thanks,
YC

 Great news.

Why do you think QRK didn't already skyrocket with its implementation in China? the price of Doge is amazing regarding the huge amount of coins...

our special friends purchased 30 million Qrk off exchange and are trying to use it to desperately suppress the price - it was generally called "project salt"  -

http://forum.qrk.cc/thread/1577/project-salt-best-plans

http://bitinfocharts.com/quarkcoin/address/QRHb2CTvGnwwrf6GHrxgQcH2tTAUoGhnC2

its not a real problem - i think its generally a good thing .

Do you really think that our friends from "salt project" had enough funds to purchase 30m of quarks?

Hope btc-e will also add it soon!
Best Exchange and best Coin should finally meet!
Brgds!
Dzejms

I hope if btc-e adds quark that they add it to trade against fiat (especially usd) as well as btc.

I'm afraid it's still too low to present it against fiat, at least at btc-e...

You are probably right, maybe in another month when it is trading at $1.

Let's call it February!
