Why is scam? If this wasnt ico/ipo? What the people loses?
Some of us bought shares from other shareholders, but you are right buying something that others got for free isn't truly a scam

Where is zsnorbi. Pls say something ... what should i say, I am desperately waiting some announcement, i really had faith in this WP Did you invest a lot of money? Anyone else want to take over this project? Mostly i daytraded with RSU so i did not lost very much. What about taking over i don't think that there is anything to be taken over unless a developer picks up the project and develops the whole code, based on the WP

I think they just realized it only has 1M initial coins in which case the current value is very very cheap If i would have to guess i would say that new dev and his friends are stocking up from cheap coins
|
|
|
It is amazing how much buy support there is for the coin. New dev will surprise us soon for sure, this crazy buys must be his friends knowing things earlier than us
|
|
|
Not bad price is up again. Yeah i feel really sorry for those who sold at 0.1 and 0.066 in a first panic lol
|
|
|
There are 3 possible explanations for the recent price rise, and expanding buy support. In my opinion either founder is massively buying his coins, either the new dev is stocking, or the new devs close friends are buying based on some info they got from the developer. Any of these may be reality or even all of them, important is that right now RSU has the biggest growth in the whole coinmarketcap and that is something.

To calm those who were concerned by badam's extra 1000 units given to him for the development i announce that he sent back his extra units so it is ready to be sent to the new developer
Does this mean, the new dev has accepted the job? Interesting news man! He is inspecting the code hopefully he will come within a few days with a statement. does it have good references of this dev? I refer to his capacity as programmer They said yesterday that it is a very reputed dev on bitcointalk.

You know, I know everything is free, but that doesn't change the fact that some people are getting their shares and some are not, days inbetween the two.
How were some chosen to get theirs many days before others?
We've asked for your patience . We process the requests continuously, and we don't choose users who gets before or later. The requests are processed on FCFS(first come first served) basis. Please understand that i have a lot of stuff to do beside this. It is completely understandable, keep it up

Any progress?
I didn't wanted to post anything as long as i am not having something for sure, but i am sharing with you a small update. I got many offers from devs or wannabe devs that they are willing to try to fix the wallet, but you shall understand that i am very picky in handing over the source of a unique coded coin to an unknown developer. Finally yesterday i got an agreement with a very trusted developer from bitcointalk, he agreed to revise the code and check it if he can solve the problem. As per our agreement the new developer will post in the thread and announce in public that he is continuing the development as soon as he figured out exactly what he has to do. Don't expect miracles in a few hours, based on his statement it may take a few days until he understands everything and figures out the fix but it seems that finally, after so many delays and problems we are back on track. Awesome news. Hope is coming back

what's the situation of this, so pity for the dev team leaving and dumping.
The dev team did not dump. The issuing account still has about 250K RSU balance.

I can't get all the FUD, could anyone just check the Issuing account ?
Issuing account has a balance of 250.000 RSU, no sell order from that account.

Bitcointalk really needs to regulate scams like this, it doesn't just hurt some people. It hurts the whole BTC community and its credibility.
BCT really's gotta get rid of fudders like you... I'm not a FUDder, I've seen enough scams like this to know one. I've lost BTC also because of scams like these, when OP stops posting and disappears don't say you weren't warned. I know a lot of people are trying to get rid of their shares before it value goes down more, but reality is this was a scam all along. ^ He's not a FUDder. I've also seen just too many scams recently at BCT and the majority come from the so-called 'free distribution crypto' world. Now free is no add-value (think Linux), so ask yourself where does this coin get its value from? I've already said it; the distribution was more than haphazard. Some have coins, others have to wait and wait, some even buy it... and then a major developer drops the project. Why??? First of all who are these guys??? Its getting crazy in here. Sadly, it is getting crazy and more since summer. Confidence in altcoins is being hurt because of these types of things. I hope no one lost too much on this. I'm very disappointed that you now have resorted to FUD as you used to be a supportive member. This forum has become so ridiculous that even when a dev gives a coin away for free, people still accuse him of running a scam. How is this a scam exactly? Oh yeah, the dev has been dumping his shares. But I just read a post where the dev asked you to go check the balance of the original account which sent the RSUs to everyone? Did you do that? Of course not, that would require effort, while it is much easier to just make up stories. ReserveShare is not to blame here. If you want to blame someone, blame Badam. As ReserveShare said, he cannot force to make Badam continue developing the wallet if he doesn't want to. I can tell from the dev's description of the events that basically Badam got in over his head and was incapable and/or unwilling to continue working on the wallet. I find it hard to believe that he agreed to come onto the project just a couple of weeks ago and then all of a sudden work and life issues overwhelmed him. I have heard that excuse many times before and it just means that when faced with a challenge, he decided he couldn't be bothered, which quite frankly is par for the course nowadays. If you don't want to be a part of this project then sell your stake and be done with it. Go invest in VPN coin or some other crap Scrypt clone coin. The ReserveShare wallet is nearly done, I am confident he will find a new dev to finish it up and then it will be released. Whining and complaining in this thread and making accusations to which you have absolutely no proof will not speed up the process. + 1 i agree with you hypersire this thing isnt RSU Project Lead 's fault, the mere fact that he announced the bad news and telling the community the solution ( finding a new dev to work on wallet) does not mean they are abandoning the project You raise a very good point here Lionheart - if ReserveShare wanted to dump shares, it does not make any sense that he would come out and announce the dev is no longer with the project which caused the price to drop. Quite the opposite, he would have kept quiet and just made up excuses as to why the wallet isn't ready. There is no scam here, anyone saying so is just spreading FUD to buy RSU cheap, or pump some other coin (for example that one guy who tried to steer everyone towards VPN coin). Don't fall for the tricks people and don't give away your stake for pennies, you will regret it. This isn't some Scrypt clone, this is a new crypto platform written from scratch and there are already exchanges interested in it. Setbacks will always be a part of life - what separates the winners from the losers is how you deal with them.Wisest post seen in the few days. I totally agree with you

Now again a stupid accusation. What was a haphazard in the distribution? It was crystal clear and i think most shareholders agree with me on that. You registered, had a signature and you got onto second round. There was absolutely no haphazard. There was shareholders list almost from the begining i believe the distribution was glitchless

Guys let's calm dawn. Posting false or possible accusations won't help the community at all, let's keep the community together instead of dividing it.

ReserveShare, to keep everyone happy just give a link to tested client. Why not? Isn't it good to have more testers?
They don't have a working client yet that's why they need a new dev. But they tested it! If we see and install exactly that client, at least noone will say that it's a scam, we'll know that it is allright and wait for further development. And maybe there's some more testing needed right now? They said the network is crashing when more peers are added so i believe that there is nothing yet that could be publicly tested.

I'm wondering if the "announcement" will be that it was a scam from the start Price keeps dropping. Thats pure trolling. What can be scam in a free distribution? Without premine? Are you even thinking before posting? Nah, I'm just following the clues. It took 2 days for the devs to post a simple screenshot of the wallet. Today, it was supposed to be a major announcement day, huh? The dev haven't been even online since yesterday. Price dropped to 0.9 NXT. That's either huge incompetence or huge disrespect for the community. Both is bad. I believe you are the one dumping the coin and creating panic in the thread. Did the day ended? They always use GMT as a timezone so in that timezon it is still late evening. 2 days for a screenshot? It was posted the same day when it was asked. Are you following the thread or just trolling? https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=734477.msg8883798#msg8883798The idea/request of posting a screenshot to stop people's concern started on September 19 as you can see. And more importantly, I'm not claiming that there won't be any announcement today or if they have failed the deadline. They may deliver on the last hour but that won't change the fact that their communication is on the bad/weak side. Checking the thread and posting a message/screenshot won't take more then 5 minutes. I prefer them to use their time on development not on replying to every bullshit that is posted in this thread, by users like you
