Maybe it was the psu , try by hashing on 2module or one module first , unpluge the rest of the cable to the module and see what happen? Look at the backplane if there is any burnt sign

I'll validate btcgarden's product. I got 2 units shipped to USA in 2 days. Right now they are running solid at 615 GH/s. I've had no problems and the 2 units are running stable on 1 RPi. They are amazingly quiet and generate little heat. I am so pleased with my purchase that I've purchased 2 more units.
