281  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Gold on: October 16, 2017, 08:43:33 AM
I heard that Bitcoin Gold could be mined with the processors. really a very nice feature for me. Because everybody turned to the Graphics cards, there was a Graphics cards problem in the market, now assigned to the processors.
Oh, that is not the info that I want to read when considering investing in Bitcoin Gold. The coin should get dumped within their first week.
282  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what will stop this token rush? on: October 16, 2017, 08:41:13 AM
there are so many tokens around, that are useless
i think that the only way to stop it is moving on to platforms that regulate the coins that being made
komodo platform will talk with every company that will make a coin on the platform
and ADA protocol, will regulate the tokens that will run on their protocol
i really dont see a future to the ethereum ... its getting out of control with all this eSHIT coins and many other scams that have been born on the ethereum..

It won't be ending anytime soon. The coins that get listed have a pretty long lifespan, transferring coins from one place to another will keep happening.
283  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitconnect the biggest scam on: October 16, 2017, 07:32:32 AM
Someone explain how bitconnect ( the biggest scam in crypto ) is a top 10 coin with over a billion marketcap.  Are there really this many stupid people?
The price is heavily manipulated so there would be people like you who ask about it and the guys that lurk this place deposit their money to purchase the coin.
284  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How much Ether gas on: October 16, 2017, 07:06:20 AM
This is perhaps a dumb question but I am wondering, how much ether gas is required for a token transaction? I am wondering in relation with all the e coins. I am assuming they would need a certain amount of ether to conduct all these airdrops.
The Ethereum Gas fee is pretty low. If you have at least 0.001 Eth, you could send the coins with a 60-70k gas fee. It really is not that complicated.
285  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is ICO regulation good or bad? on: October 16, 2017, 07:05:41 AM
Soon there will be decentralized ICO on komodo Platform. It will be the future of ICO. the first dICO will be Monaize https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2229089.msg22486909#msg22486909
It would be interesting to see how dICO will play out.
It's much too late for you to sell the coin for a nice profit. You should just keep the coins on something for a few months so you could get rewarded later.
286  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: LATEST: Update on AUTHORSHIP (ATS) [NEWEST!!! OCTOBER 5, 2017] on: October 16, 2017, 06:38:43 AM
i will hold till we reach 0.15$ and then i will have a new look @ ATS,
I'm definitely holding for long term but you know...we need to cash out a few of them for the sake of needs. Cheesy
I wouldn't put all of my money into this because the price of Bitcoin could get much lower since the people that are holding Bitcoin is trying to get Bitcoin Gold.
287  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Where do you find interesting ICO ? on: October 16, 2017, 06:37:50 AM
Where do you find interesting ICO or crypto projects to invest ? Here on bitcointalk announcements or on other websites related to new ICO  announcements !
CoinMarketCap.com is the website that you'd want to use so you could get the latest information on the newer coins that release.
288  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you still support Ethereum? on: October 15, 2017, 12:14:39 AM
I can't name any other coin/token, which failed more times than ETH. It's not about loving or hating it, it's all about people losing money, because of situations which can be avoided. I would care less if these ETH based projects were not asking money from the masses, but that's not the case. And believe me when I'm saying that Ethereum has some powerful lobbyists. Otherwise its price would be probably 1/5 from the current one.

Didn't we had enough of this?
Ofcourse I'd still support Etherium. Etherium at this point is continuously growing from the size of the community to its demand and market value. Problems such as what you've mentioned is already overcame by Etherium. It is now widely used in ICOs which makes the demand high that positively affects its market value making it high. So it is still worth supporting.
I would still support the project even if the price of Ethereum went to nearly nothing. The price will only be within a very low level for a short time.
289  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: VibeHub / VIBE speculation on: October 12, 2017, 09:32:52 PM
Hi,

under 5 million marketcap with a supply of under 270 million @ 0,03$ right now. Very promising VR project imo.
What do you think?

https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/vibe/
It might be too late for the coin to get a higher price like the pump it received a few days ago. Over 25% the price of the ICO is expensive.
290  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Next 100x? on: October 12, 2017, 09:31:50 PM
ICON will surely do at least x10 after launch
I wouldn't have Bitcoin just so I can invest in some junkcoin that was made by someone that probably doesn't know how to do any type of developing.
291  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 5 crypto currencies to invest in 2018 on: October 12, 2017, 08:56:15 PM
1.NEO
2.TENX
3.ETH
4.ADA
5.LTC

This Should Help Smiley  Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes
Neo as your first choice? I would choose LTC as my first and have Ethereum as my second.

The coins should stay on the list at any order after that.
292  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [SNT] Official Status Network Speculation on: October 12, 2017, 08:34:08 PM
Not only is Status Network a good project, it is also a very rich one. If you already heard about SNT's ICO several months ago, it is a picture of a very successful one, gathering up a big deal of investments. The team is composed of knowledgeable individuals as well. That is why I am trusting that SNT will one day fly high.
I am planning to purchase some Status coin once the price goes down more.
I've been looking to make money on this coin though it has a weird price movements.
293  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Gulden a good investment? on: October 12, 2017, 08:02:54 PM
Has gulden been removed off coinmarketcap? I can't see it in the top 100?

Gulden has been slam dunked onto page 2, not enough investment or Poloniex to stay in the top 100.
Gulden is a nice investment though they've been around long enough to let people know that they have the skills to stay active within the crypto community.
294  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: I have 250 ETH, Hold or SELL? on: October 11, 2017, 11:27:54 PM
I have 250 ETH, Hold or SELL?

How do you think about the price of ETH end of this year.

I lost just small amount (5 ETH) because i bought the highest price.

I don`t know I hold or SELL.

Give me your opinion.

If now you need money you should sell.
and if you do not need money this time should first be put on hold.
Because ETH is worth the investment because this coin is a lot of devotees and very popular.
I think the end of this year ETH has a good price
I am with you on that statement for the OP.
Just keep the coins and wait the price out so you can cash the money out later when it gets more expensive.
295  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin Gold, Price Speculation on: October 11, 2017, 06:13:35 PM
As i know for now any exchange will not add Bitcoin Gold on their market. So what a scense of this? Chinease just make money.
Bitcoin Gold might be worth more than a dollar or two, depending on how many people are wanting to tradfe the coin through a specific exchange.
296  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: DGB losing it or will bounce back harder ? on: October 11, 2017, 01:57:38 PM
As we can see DGB had been going down for a long time now and since the fork its prices have crashed down way harder.
What do you guys think whether it will rise up very soon or will be dumped forever ?
I think DGB will become the next DOGE.
It might bounce back when the price of DGB has more of a stable level and the people in that DGB team work on the problems with their system.
297  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Welcome to VIBE - Already 5x ICO Price on: October 11, 2017, 07:21:54 AM
Just wrote this in the other thread, but I think it is useful here as well:

Quote
It's now listed on HitBTC, price already a bit up.

And they announced that they will be working with Monster Technologies (this company made 1 billion revenue since 2014, over 600 employees, involved in Beats by Dr. Dre):
https://twitter.com/VibeHubVR/status/917806157669949440

This Sunday their web platform will launch.
This coin has very good performance rather than another big icos, With the total supply already burned a lot and that makes the price goes to the moon. Even this was very fast till vibe token already listed in hitbtc and that was a good moving.
The coin might actually perform well this year, the people on this forum are trying to make the coin have more hype than it currently has and it looks like it's working.
298  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: VIBERATE worth or nah on: October 11, 2017, 07:10:54 AM
Right now price is only 25% over the ICO price. If price will get to the ICO price it will really show how idiotic ICO investors are. They rush to give money fast. every second matter, but at end overpay their investment.

Lol, but 25% is in ETH, in $ is only 18% over.
I don't think that it's worth spending money on because the coin just had that price rise while the prices on the most altcoins are tanking.
299  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] Trending.me - TRENDS ICO in 1 day - 15th Sept to 20th Oct on: September 16, 2017, 09:37:02 PM
Guys please don't spam my PM.
It is out of rules of bitcointalk forum!!!
You were invited as we though you would be interested in bounty based on your past participation in bounty, we have not sent you more than one message so it does not count as spamming.  Also the message was addressed to you specifically and related to a bounty you might be interested in. Since you were invited you can politely decline and ignore the message.

Not sure how calling us spammers on this ANN thread with no context relevant? Are you joining the bounty or do you have a query for our team about trending.me as a project?

Thanks,

Trending.me
I’d appreciate it if you guys are actually stating that you guys will stop sending me messages about your new project and doing it.

I remember that I was just walking around minding my own business and suddenly, there was a new message in my folder. So I thought to myself, this message could be from anybody so I accidently opened it and what I saw was pretty interesting.
The message contained a whole bunch of website links (8 links) and I am not including the links that weren’t clickable
Nothing but large amounts of text just waiting to get looked at.
Please just stop sending me messages, thanks.
300  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: XRP is the best crypto safe haven? on: September 03, 2017, 07:54:28 PM
But I read somewhere that XRP is not decentralised?  Huh
Could someone kindly shed some light?

I thought the whole power about BTC and many crypto is that - it's decentralised?

Ripple is 100% centralized. I can't even say it is 1% decentralized. They have their central company. People don't even know how the team and owners control the total supply of ripple.
Right, there would have to be a situation similar to insider trading that would allow someone to predict the right move that Ripple makes. The price of Ripple is very sketchy, there is some room for growth though with the amount of people holding the coins (and it isn’t much) the price could get back to its starting price without much effort.
Banks like Ripple though they don’t like it enough to pour a huge amount of money into it because they already know that they want their own system in place and would not want to get these other whales richer.
