your price is on the rise.
There is no practically economically profitable useful demand for this coin, so it falls in price. It's so simple! The fact that more and more "monkey, banana and rain catchers" learn about this coin does not affect its development in any way, only the dump price . Banano has ongoing distribution, and some of the raincatchers and faucet users are dumping. That's why we don't have strong price increases at the moment. Anyway, crypto prices are heavily manipulated and not really a good metric for project quality or sustainability these days at all. That Banano has no economic use is not true though, it's used for tipping between actual users within the community and on several platforms (some being third party) already in approx 10k tx/day. Which is more than 99% of all projects in the top 1000 by market cap. We never asked anyone to invest ever, we are distributing free coins and have very active development and additions to the ecosphere all the time (banano.store just launched few days ago for example). Once distribution ends this will also be reflected in prices I guess.

banano is trying to survive in crypto. nice to see updates from time to time. even with this small event, it will give notion to your followers that you are still active and behind this project. i hope next time you give your monthly update, your price is on the rise. Hi, thanks for sharing your thoughts! We're pretty much doing quite well all the time, we have regular development, regular updates, and our community is quite big and super active, which is also why we win pretty much every community voting we participate in. Hi guys,
What is the best way to mine this coin nowadays? I remember i was always mining with the tool from folding@home, but is this still the most efficient / performance way to mine?
Yes, I think it's still the best paid way at least. You might wanna look for more opinions in our discord channel #banano-mining ideally at https://chat.banano.cc - you'll get more feedback there. If you used BananoMiner faucet before and had a break make sure to register in your ban_adress again at the website to avoid delays in payouts. https://bananominer.comAlso, make sure to use the desktop client, and get a passphrase from folding@home for higher rewards.

When will you stop all these useless giveaways? Coin price for holders it's like tears. Don't want to increase the remuneration for dPOW workers? Why this happening? Seems like you have a bad day man. I can understand these are frustating times. You remember the buy low sell high thing, right? Guess which time it is atm. Most coins are down af. First of all, key feature of BANANO is free and fair distribution. No coins sold, no ICO. That is unique for the crypto space, especially coupling that with education and gamification. If giveaways or faucet games are too time-consuming for you, choose one of the meanwhile 6 exchanges to buy/sell/trade BANANO. Second, it is natural that ongoing distribution is putting some pressure on the price in the short term. If you are here for a quick pump and dump, look at some shady ICO elsewhere. We are creating something sustainable. If you have a close look at the BANANO community you'd see how wrong you are. DYOR. Third, looking at coinmarketcap is a really bad idea. They take more than a year to update data in many cases, and they don't add legit newer coins and exchanges that have applied for listing in many cases since already a year or so. This is outdated information. Coingecko is pretty much up to date. Current info about BANANO can be found at coingecko. https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/bananoIf you have further questions after doing your own research let me know. Happy New Year! Edit: PS: If you like to discuss PoW rewards please join our discord at https://chat.banano.cc and ask/discuss in the respective channel. Thanks.

Hi Banano team, are you going to publish your bumpy 2020 roadmap? So we know what's coming up for you this year? GJ.com? Not really familiar with that exchange. Thanks for the reminder, I'll make sure we'll update the roadmap shortly Also didn't hear much from GJ.com before, they're apparently quite popular in Asia/China. If you follow the news you might have seen that BANANO will also be on VitexExchange soon. Otherwise you'll find all current exchanges at http://exchange.banano.how
