281  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are you ready to join DeFi on Bitcoin? on: March 01, 2024, 05:46:50 AM
  • What are your thoughts on storing BTC?
  • Do you believe DeFi represents an evolution for Bitcoin?
  • Are you interested in participating in DeFi with your BTC?
1. The only way to store your BTC is into your own wallet i.e. non custodial wallet, any other ways to store BTC is scam because you're either trade your real Bitcoin to fake Bitcoin or giving your money to other person/entity.

2. Nah, it's not even a DeFi, but just a bunch of buzzwords.

3. No, that's scam.

*ROFL  Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

It seems like he was willing to end his career even earlier. This guy never ever able to control his emotion. We have one of garbage player out from football. Good bye pogba, you will always be known as one of worst football player ever exist in the history. He will get nothing from juventus.
Pogba was totally a useless player and he should not be on juventus. How could juventus sign this guy in the past?  Cheesy

No more chance for him, being banned for 4 years is very long way to go. Pogba's career it ended, there will be no club that will have interest to sign him as a new player again. Pogba has been successfully reuined his career.
RIP pogba's career. Juventus has already found best replacement for him. There's nothing to be worried if pogba would not be a part of juventus.
There would be a team wants him, probably from Saudi Arabia lol.

No Juventus didn't sign him, it's a free transfer because Manchester United didn't extend Pogba's contract, since Pogba was a great player, Juventus thought there was no harm to sign him especially Pogba only get paid for 42K Euro, it's the lowest salary among other players.
283  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Crpto Fee Estimation Platform on: February 29, 2024, 05:56:23 AM
This site isn't really accurate because the current Bitcoin fees isn't that high, but at least this will give you an idea about the fees in every networks. But you need to subscribe their sites in order to explore all the features.

https://tokenterminal.com/terminal/metrics/transaction-fee-average

The other site only include ETH and L2 networks fees, but I think this is more accurate https://l2fees.info/
284  Economy / Reputation / Re: What is happening in SportBet.one topic? on: February 29, 2024, 04:51:12 AM
All of them are woke up from a long period of inactivity, three of them e.g. MercerAlex, Krypt0nite, and littlEOwl are Russians and their last posts were in 2019, then woke up in 2024 and post in sportbet.one thread.

I agree with nutildah, it's nothing less than bumping service/shills agency. I've reported the post, hope the moderators will take an action.
285  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price is rising faster and faster, It is time to Buy Bitcoin ! on: February 28, 2024, 09:34:55 AM
People who want to buy Bitcoin need to be careful, don't buy because someone is predicting Bitcoin will reach $100K on next month, $200K on two next months etc. This mean you're not ready to buy Bitcoin and you're looking to flip your money as quick as possible, the thing is you might use all of your money including emergency funds, which is not good because you don't know how to manage your money.
286  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: February 28, 2024, 07:46:20 AM
Why Manchester United is obsessed with a bald guy? Cheesy

We will see another new rumor Manchester United wants Luciano Spalletti and Pep Guardiola in the future.

Zidane is like a coward since he only sell his names to make people remember with him, he has no other industry except in football. This will built his personal branding and increase the probability for him to make money.
287  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: February 28, 2024, 07:36:14 AM
Erling Haaland scored 5 goals and strangely he still didn't get a rating of 10 in this match and his partner Kevin De Bruyne with his 4 assists helped Erling Haaland awaken the monster that had been sleeping inside him for a long time. It's great to see Manchester City's greatest duo back and everything would be easy if this pair had never experienced any difficulties since the start of the season. The injury suffered by Kevin De Bruyne made him quite behind and before this season ends we hope to see the beautiful goals they will score.
Yeah it's really strange Haaland didn't get 10 rates when he's scored for 5 goals, does Fotmob deduct 0.3 points because there are two shots by Haaland didn't produce two goals? that's why Fotmob think Haaland isn't perfect in this match lol.

This is the real Manchester City's strength, there's no team can compete with them, Vini and Bellingham is nothing. Lips sealed
288  Other / Meta / Re: sembt.com clones entire Bitcointalk topics on: February 28, 2024, 06:36:01 AM
Based on my research. sembt.com is owned by ggcoins.net

Innovate encryption, and safeguard digital wealth: Join our wallet discussion community to co-create the future of wealth!

They're greedy since they only want to grow their own sites without giving any credit to other forum (Bitcointalk), that's why they create their own forum.

Whoever own ggcoins and sembt, f*ck you!
289  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is it ethical to break your gambling rules on: February 27, 2024, 02:52:27 PM
Let's be frank, most people can't even set a limit to themselves and they can't consistent with the rules that they set to themselves, so breaking your own gambling rules is normal. I really hard to find someone who stick with their own rules, they mostly do anything when they want or gets forced, not consistent.

As long as you didn't gamble until you have a financial problem, it's fine enough.
290  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin portrays less risk of financial transaction than other investment system on: February 27, 2024, 02:25:26 PM
I don't know if everyone can agree about this because if you look at it in a perspective where you're not an investor of bitcoin and you're a normal person that doesn't know how to invest in bitcoin then you're going to have a hard time understanding how it all works and when you look at the investment choices, you're going to likely choose the one investment that's got a name or a people that's operating behind it known to the world and that's not possible with bitcoin because Satoshi is an alias and so with that little information, you're going to be having some doubts choosing bitcoin as an investment despite all the profit potential because you're doubtful about the existence of it and the lack of identity for the creator. What I'm trying to say is that it's not true for everybody that bitcoin has less risk if you don't have an interest in it.
Absolutely agree with you.

A lot people heard Bitcoin, many people try to search the definition, few people try to find a way to buy Bitcoin, but only one person is really buying.

Most of Bitcoin holders are rich because only the rich can afford to take a risk with high volatility asset, but there are many poor or middle class people now hold Bitcoin, because they're either get reward from airdrop or joining a signature campaign, it makes them able to know the power of Bitcoin.
291  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Europa League 2023/24 Season on: February 25, 2024, 03:03:51 PM
While its fantastic to see Liverpool and AC Milan get easy draws, Im still nervous about upsets. Football's unpredictability is its charm. Bayer Leverkusen, Liverpool, and AC Milan are worth watching, but Roma, Atalanta, and Benfica should also be considered. These teams know how to make big games exciting, so they may surprise the favourites.

Personally, I've been monitoring Liverpool's progress, and their form this year is excellent. Like we've seen before, being a favourite doesnt guarantee victory. David can defeat Goliath in football, as Sparta Prague will against Liverpool. Football is magical because anything can happen, even though Prague's odds are slim. My intellect tells me the big teams will win, but my heart wants the underdog.
It's too much if you wants the underdog to win, I don't expect Leverkusen, Liverpool and Milan will not qualify into the next round, they might lose or draw in the first leg, but there's no way they won't qualify.

Roma vs Brighton is worth to watch, I think most people think Brighton will qualify into the next round, but I'd say Roma will able to beat them. Although Roma plays without Mourinho, but Brighton is worst than them.
292  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How would BTC ve further influence over the Fiats if we ain't safe with the bank on: February 25, 2024, 07:40:14 AM
Alright there's nothing wrong if you think Bitcoin will replace banks and fiat because you're believing in Bitcoin.

May I ask you how frequent you use Bitcoin to buy foods, coffee, groceries, paying bills etc? if you still use fiat to pay everything in your country, it means you're one of among people who not believe Bitcoin will replace fiat and banks. It doesn't make sense if you hope or believe Bitcoin will replace fiat and banks, when you're not use Bitcoin as frequently as fiat.
293  Economy / Reputation / Re: There is an abuse of merit on: February 25, 2024, 07:30:08 AM
I didn't find his personal wallet, he was a campaign manager and distributed the campaign rewards, but there's a chance if it's a custodial wallet or a multi-sig wallet. I also didn't find his personal social medias, can't really say too much about this case.

Since I don't see anything that lead to scam, I'd leave it until I see something suspicious.

This is indeed merit abuse but this doesn’t mean that the account who received it will benefit on it in the future. There’s no way that account can join on signature campaign or can be trusted on loans once he/she apply.
The @OP meant the sender i.e. Icefrag, he's eligible to participate a signature campaign since he's a Hero rank user.
294  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2023/24 Season on: February 20, 2024, 12:17:48 PM
Im still waiting for the name to replace mazzari, im sure that napoli has got it caused by the club was taking the risk to sack him at the middle of season.
It's Francesco Calzona, a manager that was previously managed Slovakia's national teams https://www.pulsesports.ng/football/story/francesco-calzona-osimhen-gets-familiar-face-as-third-napoli-manager-this-season-2024021920200578373

He can become a Napoli's manager because Osimhen is choosing him, Osimhen now is like Mbappe in PSG, a mini boss who has a control on the team lol.
295  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Fixedfloat is scamming me for 8000+ EUR IMPORTANT PSA! on: February 19, 2024, 02:49:18 PM
After I read this accusations, it seems I need to stay away against this swaps even though they might the most popular swaps.

Someone posted if Fixedfloat is asking his "private key" even though Flxedfloat's representative already give a clarification if they asked Tx "Private Key" to prove the receipt of Monero transactions, but still they could choose better words like Tx Private Key or Transaction Key.

I didn't follow the case, but when I check the accusations and feedback on your account, you don't have to create a clarification because the community know who's the real victim.

But, good to see you're planning to return the advertisement in this forum, the future participants need to thank JackpotRacer. Tongue

298  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My first time utilizing the Bitcoin ATM…. on: February 18, 2024, 03:12:12 PM
It's so sad that the O.P of this thread just violated one of the serious forums rules (i.e image plagiarism), of which even when caught still insist he is the one in the image above, hence, I think it's high time the moderators look into this matter, as with my many years of being here, I never knew bitcointalk to be a place where people come and post fabricated false stories, just as O.P did, hence, the earlier we take prompt action regarding this issue, the better for us.
There's no such image plagiarism in this forum, almost everyone already get banned if the forum has no zero tolerance with using someone image without put the original source. Even though you won't get banned, but if you broke the copyright laws, you could get a punishment.

Even if I can't use Bitcoin ATM Machine I'd be happy if I could see it. But is it possible to get this machine everywhere? I don't know at the moment how many machines there are worldwide and where they are but if I ever see this machine in my local area I will definitely support it as a Bitcoin enthusiast.

299  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: hi all, please tell me someone, which wallet is better for bitcoin address watch on: February 18, 2024, 02:55:39 PM
this may be what the OP is trying to achieve. The use of mobile or Android wallets such as Trust Wallet or Bitget Wallet may be very popular on social media. This is for ease of transactions that can be carried out every day.
But still, cellular wallets on smartphones are very risky. Indeed, it would be highly recommended not to use it to store very large amounts of assets.
Both Trust Wallet and Bitget Wallet aren't even secure because they're closed source.

You're talk on a different context, the @OP didn't mean to use a hot wallet, but he's only use his cellphone to watch his holdings.

The risk of installing a watch only wallet in your daily cellphone is privacy concern, someone might able to know how much you hold.
300  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: You should use a 12 or 24 words seed phrase ? on: February 17, 2024, 06:45:22 AM
The rule to secure your coins is no rule.

Some people said 12 words is secure and enough, the other said 24 words is better.

Some people said using passphrase is better, the other said it's not secure because we can lost or forget it.

Some people said non custodial wallet is better, the other said centralized exchange is better because you don't have to pay fees and you can easily recover your coins when you lost your password.
