Real Madrid against Espanyol today the league leaders need just a point to clinch the tittle with some few games to go. A league won today might boost Madrid's confidence into the UCL semi final on Wednesday. It has been a remarkable season for players like Benzema, Vinicius and also Courtois. Not excluding the manager Don Carlos Ancelotti, who I think is the most underrated manager of this era. Another achievement as Benzema is set to win his first Pichichi price aged 34. Congratulations in advance to all Real Madrid supporters
284  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Features of fake/scam AirDrops on: April 28, 2022, 01:06:48 PM
There have been alot of scam project now...

Three features of fake airdrop.

1: any airdrop that "have no end" they often runs for 2/3 months, majority are not true.  real airdrops don't last more than a month.

2:  95% of airdrop given to "all participants" is not real. Normal airdrop is mainly for a limited number for top referrals.

3: Any airdrop promising you high amount of their token equivalent  $5000, $10,000 or even more without through referral bonus may not be real. Real airdrops don't give such amount, unless you are claiming on  their site where you pay gas fee,

There is still some good airdrop but any where there is 100 different airdrops, the probability of one to be true is less than 2% which means you will waste your precious time doing task, you didn't just waste time alone, you may have been convince to digest some ideas that aren't true, far from the way cryptocurrency.
Scammers and bad actors also steal your address and emails, personal data you fill during the course of registration, they use it either for another scam or sell them and they may even go extra mile to send you some fake tokens, the bad thing about this tokens is that they may have some price attached to them and when you intend to sell them or swap them, it steals all your main chain coins (bnb, ether, so, ftm). Some people called that act Honeypot.
Exactly it's practically advisable to use a different wallet for AirDrops just to avoid some of those problems you listed.

Two big news just coming in regarding Raiola's death

1. Mino Raiola's agency has told @DaniellaMatar, that Mino is not dead. "they're fake rumours. He's not dead" ❌

2. José Fortes Rodriguez, Mino Raiola's right hand man, on Raiola:

"He's in a bad position, but he hasn't died." [@NOSsport]

Both Chelsea and Manchester United having over too 2 odds according to bookmakers shows how both clubs have had a mix season. I would have gone for a straight Chelsea win but due to how they played there last two matches I see united having a little redemption over them. As for what the win will do to united this season, it save to say that united could just come out after winning that they weren't beating by Chelsea this season but in all honesty it doesn't had anything to this United's dismal season. Top 4 hopes dead immediately they lost to Arsenal. This match is been hyped due to both clubs pedigree and fans rivalry, Nothing more. Long were the days when this fixture decides the league title
287  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread -- 2021/22 Round of 16! on: April 28, 2022, 12:09:30 PM
At least what I said before has come true, that Liverpool this season is indeed better than Juventus and Bayern Munich so Villarreal can't surprise anymore. Also, Villarreal last night reminded me of when Atletico played against Manchester City which at that time was in the first leg of the quarter-finals and both played in England, Atletico played at the Etihad Stadium and Villarreal played at Anfield. Both Atletico and Villarreal are completely defensive, this also proves that Manchester City and Liverpool this season are indeed worthy of the UCL final because they are two of the best teams on earth this season.
Actually according to the first leg match performances, these two England teams Liverpool and Manchester city have played really well, and I am sure they will be the two team to play Champions League final. Although Real Madrid still have chance to shock the world with maybe a supposing game in the second leg, but Manchester city are well prepared for them, so it will be difficult for Real Madrid to qualify to finals, but Anything can happen football.
I would also fancy an all English final but you can't just rule out Real Madrid out like that since it is just a goal deficit. Madrid will be with the return of Casemiro to cover up there defence, as well City will be much balance with the return of Walker and Cancelo. If Walker should be back and In the team I forsee a tough leg for Vinicius. Because at the first leg had it easy with the ageing Fernandinho. Finger's crossed though
288  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread -- 2021/22 Round of 16! on: April 28, 2022, 11:55:58 AM
30 Minutes are running now but I saw a pretty good game, Villarreal are doing something quite tactical now and I like the strategy they are implementing at the moment.
They knew they wouldn't be able to win by playing open so they kept defending and kept defending but it's quite effective now because I saw throughout this game Liverpool couldn't create any good chances until this minute
Such a strategy in my opinion is very boring, especially in a big game like the Champions League semifinals. That's why a team like Villareal don't always deserve to be in the Champions League because I think they just rely on luck in scoring goals from set pieces and counter-attacks.

Villareal had a good defense, but they didn't attack as expected. It was so boring that I didn't think they deserved to be in the final. Take a look at their stats so far, you'll know what I mean. The first half is almost over, the score is still 0-0.
It's not a matter of being boring or not, I know that a football fan wants to see an attractive game in one game, but the problem is that Villarreal are aware that when they play open they will find it a little difficult to face a fast game from Liverpool. They just played defensively, they lost, let alone they played openly.

But maybe for the 2nd Leg there will be a little change, I don't think they want to continue like this because it's better for them to try than to continue to survive
Yeah Villareal would try to open up the game a little bit in the second. But for me I don't see anything shocking from yesterday's Villareal setup every coach will opt for the same thing. You are not just playing Liverpool anywhere, you are playing them in that hell of a place called Anfield. The fans will always try to make it difficult for them.

Benzema continues to make magic touches. He scored a goal in the overtime of the match and earned Real Madrid three points. He works like a master locksmith. He has been the savior of Real Madrid in the last matches. He has a fascinating performance. According to this result, Barcelona's chance of second place increased.
It was an interesting match, Real Madrid made a comeback after trailing by 2 goals in the first half. Again and again the mentality of this team is unquestionable, they can even win in extra time. And you are right Benzema has been a key figure for Real Madrid, again and again he is the player who saved Real Madrid and brought his team to victory. Sevilla must give up hope of at least a point in this match.
Yeah Benzema has been a phenomenal in this incredible Madrid side this season, but can we appreciate Ancelotti's subs he always has a way of bring people into the match to change the game. Rodrigo's introduction was spot on and a well deserved MOTM for Rodrigo
291  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: April 17, 2022, 09:25:14 PM
Manchester United's problems are not only in defense, but in the defense sector, it is a position that is often highlighted because of fatal mistakes that happen again and again. And I think it's a little strange that Ralf Rangnick always uses players who make mistakes, whether Manchester United lack strength in defence, I don't think there are many options for that position, even young players can be tried. But Rangnick seemed to be at his wits end for that.
The thing that I most hope for when the new manager of Manchester United officially trains then he must be able to focus on improving the MU defense which has been bad so far. Maguire is one of the thorns in the defense that Rangnick keeps playing. if the MU defense has improved then next season they will definitely be able to dominate the premier league again.

United spend 135M on both Maguire and AWB but the defence is still shaky. Another area MU needs to look at if they want to compete next season is the issue of a Proper DM. I think united needs to be going all out for a DM this transfer window
292  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Can a Checksum be used to recover a forgotten data? on: April 17, 2022, 02:19:30 PM
If you need error correction feature, you could always use Reed-Solomon algorithm. QR code use that algorithm with 4 different capability level, so you just need to generate QR code based on your private key, seed/mnemonic phrase or master private key.

But RS can only detect the error but can't correct it, or is there a way to go about it?
293  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Can a Checksum be used to recover a forgotten data? on: April 17, 2022, 08:11:22 AM
Checksums is a 4 bytes of data generated through hashing data twice with SHA256. Checksum is used to check the validity of the original data whenever it is typed. The checksums are included in addresses and WIF private keys. The checksum is created by hashing with SHA 256 twice before then the data for hashing is converted from its string to bytes and after hashing the first 4 bytes is saved as the Checksum.

My questions are;
1. Other than using the first 4 bytes of a hashed can the last 4 bytes also work?

2. Can Checksums be used to recover a forgotten data?     How?

Spurs and Arsenal dropping points, does this gives Man united hope, maybe Vestige of hope

295  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Newbie help; What happens when the combine transaction fee and block reward ar on: April 15, 2022, 10:44:42 AM
Coinbase transaction; this transaction is the first stored in a block. It differs from a Bitcoin transaction by creating new currency which were not spent (the reward for the miner). There by having an empty input in a transaction. This reward can be transferred to another wallet ( base on the choice of the miner). Some of the data found in a Coinbase transaction data are; version, output, input number, output count, VOUT, Scriptsig, and its size, lock time, TXID. Reading through I found that the transaction outputs can only be spent only when it must have confirmed a 100blocks or more.
My questions;
1. Does these apply to every transactions?
2. If no, please explain the phenomenon behind it?
3. What happens when combined reward of the block with its transaction fee is bigger than the output value

Liverpool - Benfica game has finished and I think that it was just an amazing game. We watched six goals in total and I just love this kind of games. It was the completely opposite version of the boring Atletico Madrid - Manchester City game. Benfica put a huge effort in this game to have a chance maybe but it was really difficult. Liverpool secured themselves and still reached the semi finals. And Atletico Madrid - Manchester City game also finally finished with a 0-0 draw after a very long stoppage time. Now we have Liverpool - Villarreal and Manchester City - Real Madrid matchups.
The semi's ties look tricky. On paper it should be a easy win for Liverpool but we saw the kind of upset Villarreal has been causing only man United has beaten in UCL.
The city- Madrid match depends on the tempo but team start the first leg with. But I see city going through to the final
A all English final is my prediction
297  Other / Beginners & Help / How I saved myself from cryptocurrency disappointment on: April 12, 2022, 11:32:48 AM
As a newbie that has Falling into crypto currency scams and disappointment. The following is how I overcome those disappointments

Risk involve in cryptocurrency
i. Crypto pump and dump;
Crypto is highly volatile and a lot of people do not consider this before investing.
ii. Fake investment scams; This risk applies to a lot of newbies like myself. Someone will just tell you to bring your money and they'll help you invest,
It's important you recognize scams when you see them
iii. Emergency of new coins;
New coins emerge frequently it is now your own to DYOR(Do your own research) to know which ones you should invest in.
iv. Money-laundering through crypto exchanges;;This is also very common.VSome people are actually fraudsters but they just use Cryptocurrency as a camouflage.

What should your mindset be about cryptocurrency?

Mindest 1: Crypto is not a get rich quick scheme. If you have the mindset of putting $10 into crypto today and getting $100 tomorrow, please, I beg you do not venture into crypto.Having the get-rich-quick mindset makes you fall for a lot of scams.

Mindset 2: Cryptocurrency itself is not a skill or Business. This might sound a little bit controversial but it is what it is.
Cryptocurrency is neither a skill nor a business. At the moment, cryptocurency as a whole is more of an investment. The skill and business part of crypto is in Crypto Trading.

So, you should know this and know peace.

There are 3 major and sustainable ways to make money with cryptocurreny.
1. Investing
2. Crypto Trading
3. Crypto Mining.
298  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Newbie question; can a particular digital signature work for several transactio on: April 12, 2022, 10:49:56 AM
A digital signature is created by combining a private key with transaction data. It's used instead of a public key or an address.
In a Bitcoin transaction, a digital signature is utilized to open an unspent output with the address save from the network

My issue is whether this signature can be used for several transactions.
299  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Help a newbie; why is hashing not done once but twice during Bitcoin transaction on: April 10, 2022, 01:16:32 PM
Thank you all for your contributions.
The other unanswered question is that if an hexadecimal string is inputted to the hash function due to forgetfulness will it accept it? and will there be a difference to the result since the function requires the string in bytes?
300  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Help a newbie; why is hashing not done once but twice during Bitcoin transaction on: April 09, 2022, 10:04:51 PM
My question now is since   during hashing bytes sequence are required what happens when one forgets to pack the hexadecimal strings to bytes?
I'll need you to elaborate. What you do mean one forgets to pack strings to bytes?
Thanks for concern.
My question is since the hash function accepts data in binary form, as I read it should be in bytes. What happens when one forgets to change the strings in hexadecimal to its respective bytes, will the result still be the same

Secondly why is hashing not done once but twice in Bitcoin?
That is a good question. It turns out that it has to do with the so-called length extension attack. I have never seen this been discussed back in the early days, though, so there may be another reason.

Thirdly can two transactions have same TXID?
Theoretically, there could be a collision. Realistically effectively, it can't. It's 1 in 2^256 which is a stupidly large range of numbers.
