Is your F5 button now broken also due to pounding the shit outta it during the past several days. Your post seems to be the first after the forum came back online.

My F5 button was replaced with an adamantium one

Some might think that price is gonna stay in a long period of consolidation/sideways like it happened in 2012, but the sudden drastic decrease in volume lately suggests that a big move is coming IMHO. It should be imminent. I'm gonna monitor the trend lines I posted a few days ago and I will long the breakout/short the breakdown.

Arguments for down: decreasing volume since january bottom (trend reversals should have increasing volume and enormous prolonged buying pressure), decreasing and low bid sum (especially considering daily inflation), overall bearish price structure since the $150 bottom, if this bear market behaves like the 2011 one the bubble should deflate almost completely to reach $60-$80 in a few months (which would be the same percentage of retracement of the $32 to 2$ bubble), BTC swaps still atrociously high, the long term support trend lines are being already slowly tested and breached while the resistance ones are barely touched, EW theory counts (ask the EW guys, I do't know much about EW).

Arguments for up: Overall slight seller exhaustion lately, the drops don't have much follow through in this choppiness, signs of accumulation (although we might have already passed or be in distribution already), increased confidence because of good news (nasdaq experimenting with the blockchain and all that shit) lately.

I think the bearish arguments are stronger and technicals are more important than news, but wait for confirmation and a definitive break with volume in either direction.
If despite the decreased volume and signs of a big move coming we just stay sideways, that would be boring AF lol
In that case I'm gonna forget about BTC for a few months and get involved again only when another breakout/breakdown no brainer setup appears.

My 2 satoshis.

As soon as i finished reading the bolded section, the rest of the text suddenly became unreadable. I lol'd, i scroll'd and i continued with my life. Your unintentional comedy brightened my day,

yes, excellent opportunity to sell.

Why the hell would anybody be happy to sell now?
It'd be awful trading to sell now, if you're going to sell at least wait until there's some good news & a subsequent pump.
Come on tarmi you're not going to convince people to sell at this price, you'll have to get your cheap coins another way.
If anything I'd say now is a great opportunity to buy, you bears have failed to take us below 230 for any sustained period, we may have already reached the bottom.

I remember not too long ago when a price below $300 was simply unacceptable. Everyone was thinking that there was an unknown form of energy involved in keeping it above $300. I remember when the delusional bulls were eating that wall like it was made out of chocolate and vanilla.

People live on short memory. It looks like $200 is the new trend and it's just a matter of time before they will get to accommodate with little above $100. Time is passing by and i still don't see the user base growing significantly.

Bitcoin bored the fuck out of me so much in the past days that i even had time to invent this

This device is mining for bitcoins and, unlike the inefficient toasters from 21 Inc. that still use great amounts of electricity, this one is mining for bitcoins while you perform this simple act of shitting. You also have a slot in the back for the newest Home Battery manufactured by Tesla, in case you want to override the gyroscope based solid-to-liquid converter and hash the algorithms by up to 20x faster. Anyways, i won't write the technical white paper in here. For that you can access the project on Kickstarter.

As a dev, considering the experience that i had so far with BitColon, i would say that this is very bullish for Bitcoin.

It's great to be able to short Bitcoin on so many exchanges.

There are so many cretins in here that i might start liking BobSurplus, and that guy is ranked #1 on the list (top 10-worst) of people i would want to encounter in my life.

This coin should've been dead a long time ago, more precisely after the dump that took it from 800k and buried it at 65k. You are bag holding this candy colored coin with a skull as a logo because BobSurplus and his crew invented it, so when you see Bob in here cracking jokes and bullying these little monkeys, the first reflex should be to divest from this garbage like...

Yesterday!

Unless, of course, you want to experience the pleasure of turning a bitcoin into a a few hundred satoshis.

I'm seeing more volume in Bittrex from a shitcoin called Graviton

Now that Bitcoin isn't interesting, do you peeps want to talk about hardware wallets? Tell me about all the features you want.

Hardware wallets ? Do you really want to go back to this fucking era ?

Because when i look at Trezor, Case and other pieces of trash, my mind goes here.

The future is a similar tech, but implemented in smartphones. Nobody wants to carry extra devices in their pockets.

Edit: 24 hours later the price is still 237 and the volume as dead as this thread. Is the blockchain closed on weekends or what in the name of F... ?

No pump before the Sweden's Nasdaq addition of BTC

Damn, i wouldn't wanna be a leveraged bull right now. It's comin'...

295  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: May 16, 2015, 02:05:00 AM

The kind of stability that makes me cringe. How much time do i have to wait before this stupid coin gets mass adopted and me rich as a result of it ?  Huh

Is this the story of Crypto ?

I will have to read some more, cos it's hard to know which is the sadder story. The one of Neucoin or the one of Factom.

The scammers from Neucoin managed to sell $1M worth of coins with nothing but the promise that the project will be launched in August or September or some shit. So no source code, no blockchain, no nothing. Only a great marketing plan.

Coin all but dead. Only 60 Btc in trades.

No, it's just the last attempt at exiting this garbage. Someone bought and sold to himself multiple times until he created that 60btc volume.

Actually not quite, there are a TON of huge buys.  10k+ grav buys.

No! Some imbeciles saw that big volume and immediately got fooled into thinking that this is the hottest shit on bittrex, and they bought.

The volume of the coin increased from 0.8btc to 70 btc per day in a very short amount of time (minutes) while there were no substantial sell orders. There were only 12btc worth of sell orders in total and if someone wanted to buy everything, the price would have been now 700k, not 5k.

I'm actually surprised that this simple form of manipulation worked.

So what is the status here?

It died a long time ago, i think on 5th of May when the Graviscam dev or some miners dumped hard from 26k. The current bagholders are strongly in denial.

0.8btc volume per day on Bittrex.  Cheesy

You underestimate the power of the dark side
